I visited CCD at patrakarpuram crossing where I had ordered two Devils own and one cold sparkle and at the time of order the men at work asked us whether to add chocolate syrup and ice-cream or not but didnt informed us that the prices for these additionals was extra. All your promo adds offering freebies at billing above Rs.250 or 300 etc..are absolutely nonsense. I had made a bill of Rs.300 and asked for the offer getting freebie on showing the coupon. The staff over the counter was not aware of any such offer..even after showing the coupon they failed to locate any such offer on the server.
