Hello, this is Prashanthi.I recently visited Park square mall, iptl road, whitefield in Bangalore.Me and my group of friends dropped into ccd.We were about 8 o[censored]s, all tamilians.Worst service so far.The attitude of the staffs were terrible.So far the worst I've experienced.I didnt want to post this in a public forum.We waited for 15 minutes, noone came to ask what we wanted, we went ourselves and asked for menu card, no response ! We took it ourselves went to the counter, we literally waited for 15 minutes, there was no queue.We went on asking him to take the order, he dint even respond, even little bit.He was damn arrogant & showed attitude.Another guy came behind us, he was a kanadika and he ordered, they took his order alone.Is your shop discriminating based on language?I dont understand ! We all really felt offended. I have gone to ccds in many parts, service & quality was very good, but this one sucked.The worst experience i ever had.Please take due actions

    I am writing a complaint here as my attempt to contact CCD Official customer care failed. After writing into CCD website I got a formality email reply from CCD executive Aditi ([protected]@cafecoffeeday.com) to explain my problem with CCD and this was on 18th of May. I replied in detail. I wrote her (she didnt share official contact number) thrice trying to followup, but in vain, I have no answer from CCD. My problem is : 1) I bought Cafe Coffee Day Choco Chip Cookies 2 nos small tin, Oatmeal and Honey Cookies Large Tin and Pomegranate & Cherry Drink, inside Domestic Arrival Terminal, Bengaluru Airport around 8:05pm on 17th May 2015. While the cashier claimed that he has generated the Bill and had put it inside the Bag, when I came home and checked, there was no bill. 2) The most disturbing was to discover that CCD has packaged the Honey Oatmeal Cookies many of which are broken almost like powder, Photo attached ! I was shocked because the cookies come sealed inside a Hard Board Tin box and COSTS 150 RUPEES ! Shall I hope for any resolution?

      Dear CCD this is very sorry to say that now your service is not upto the mark because now a days your store people have common xcuse that we dont have wifi coupons so we can't give you the wifi facility, recently i was sitting in a shop on 21-05-15 at lajpat nagar 4 New delhi shop no 6, store manager name MR. Aftab Alam. have their similar xcuse that we don't have wifi coupons so we cant give you this facility .

        Hi Sir/Ma'am, I have visited CCD Hotel Clark Saharanpur, on last Thursday(30 April, 2015) along with 4 of my friends and ordered 1. Devilsnow with vanilla ice cream (Quantity - 3) 2. Chocofrafe (Quantity- 2) 3. Chocolate fantasy with chocolate sauce (Quantity- 1) 4. Chilli cheese with toast (Quantity- 2) When i asked for the bill for the same she didn't issue me and said the roll is over, asked me to check in the system for the order confirmation which was Rs 1400/- but she asked me to pay only Rs 1200. But when i was waiting for the order beside i saw she issued bill for the other customers. I was surprised to see that i haven't been issued the bill for my order and also have asked to pay only less amount for the same. I don't have any problem in paying the full amount but i felt there is some kind of fraudulence going on in the same branch or in other branches as well. Kindly take severe action on the same and please let me know if could do something. I won't visit any of the CCD branch unless i get this issue resolved. Thanks.           I visited CCD at patrakarpuram crossing where I had ordered two Devils own and one cold sparkle and at the time of order the men at work asked us whether to add chocolate syrup and ice-cream or not but didnt informed us that the prices for these additionals was extra.               Dear Sir, Madam - We had received 5 vouchers of Rs 100 each from a friend last year. We got transferred to Delhi for 4 months. When we returned - we saw that the vouchers have expired on 4th March - This was an earnest request for you to allow us to redeem the vouchers at the outlet you would like to. We had Dominoes and Pizza Hut, which they redeemed as a special case. The vouchers numbers are a) 49457 to 49461 @ Rs 100 each - Total of Rs 500. Please help us.

                Dear Customer care : I had visited Cafe Coffee Day on 18th April 2015, Saturday. I had purchased Double Choco Chips cookie, amongst other items from there under bill no. 979. To my utter dismay, when i reached home and open the box, most of the cookies were broken and crumbs were falling. I tried to reach on the number provided on the invoice but to no avail. It seems the numbers is out of service. I do not expect such a product to be supplied by a chain of wide repute and fame. I have also attached the photo of the same for your reference. I am a regular customer of CCD and totally disappointed with this. I intend to strongly take this up on failing to hear from you soon. Regards Chirag

                  Hello, I'm regular customer from cafe coffee day Manipal hotel Krishna leela. Stuffs here are consistently changing and I supposed because of this they are not well trained to make quality drinks. cappuccino and matcha latte often doesn't up par with the other cafe coffee days nearby, either lack of the taste of coffee / tea or adding in too much water. Morover, stuffs spent more time warching cricket matches and TV than standing behind the counter to serve the customers. Sometimes, if there is an exexciting match going on, they will just simply make customers a sub par drink

                    Hi! I am a daily regular customer for ur CCD as S.R.nagar Outlet located in Krissh Inn hotel Building which is in hyderabad. I do keep visiting other CCD's too in hyderabad. Some outlets open @9:00 AM or some open @9:30AM as per my knowledge since I am your customer from past 5 years. But I dont know the reason why ur S.R.nagar, Hyderabad opens @11;00 Am and sometimes @11:30 which is very very worst. Actually before there were two guys who used to open by 9:30AM in S.R.Nagar. They new manager Mr.Srikanth Reddy who is in charge of this outlet allows his people to open @11:00AM. I think he doesn't know the time management or even doesn't have managerial skills. Doesn't even know how to manage his people working under him. No proper house keeping is in place. He is not bothered to open on time and moreover when asked about the delay for opening late he answers in a very very rude manner as if its his own outlet. I do wait outside your outlet for atleast one hour to open. Many other customers do come and they go away because your stores in not opened on time. Is this the way to do business? Is this the style of functioning of CCD in S.R.Nagar? As this outlet is convenient for me I do keep visiting this stores. I sincerely request you to change the manager or some day you might end up loosing your business and valuable customers in S.R.nagar. To be true its name is getting down each day. I hope you will take necessary action to maintain the time and also the attitude of the manager. I hope for a better improvement for the CCD outlet in S.R.Nagar, Hyderabad.                       I purchased two chips on 16th April'15 in CCD near RDB Cinemas, Infinity Towers. There were no customers at that hour-02:00 AM. We sat there and it took around half an hour to complete the same. On payment of the bill, the sales executive in a very rude way communicated to us that chips are not to be sit and eaten, rather they need to be carried along. We cant have chips sitting in the cafe. These are a matter of great shame and call for immediate action to rectify the same as they may hurt the image of such a big MNC like this. Since you are ultra smart to probe the matter and mail id, kindly take proper action. The same could have been communicated in a polite way but instead a harsh tone was used. I could have a creating a chaos over there but keeping in mind the great reputation of CCD, I remained silent. It could not be understood as how such ill mannered people sit at the desk and converse with the customers. [protected] In [protected], while dialing*111# for checking net balance, I went to check the first option and without my consent 40 Rs. Has been deducted by mydala.com stating that voucher has been processed for 40Rs. Cappucinno which will be given free if I purchase any beverage. The date of expiry of voucher is 24 April 15. So I decided to visit a outlet which is 8 kms far away from my home. The outlet address is H1B Ground Floor Main Market Kalkaji, Newdelhi-110019. Phone-[protected].When I visited the outlet and shown the voucher to Sales girl. She said that the voucher had been already used. When I called for[protected], Café Coffee Day IVPS says that Sunday is holiday. With no option leftover, I paid 242Rs. and had Darjeeling Tea, and Strawberry Shake vide bill no, 658 dated 19/4/15 at time 18:03:31 hrs.. As I had not used the voucher, the problem lays with Vodafone Cellular, My dala.com, Coffee Café Day. Vodafone Cellular to be blamed for adding Mydala. Com My dala.com to be blamed for presenting a invalid voucher without my consent. Coffee Café Day for stating that voucher is invalid. Cheap attitude of organization for looting a mere amount of Rs. 40/-

                          I went to CCD Connaught place, Delhi on Apr 3. I paid amount through my credit card and got message that my credit card money has deducted. But the person sitting on counter said thatthat no transaction happened. Then my friend paid amount. But I didn't get my money back Kindly look into this matter.

                            Mohammad Amir is a CCD employee at CCD, Millenium Plaza, FC Road, Shivaji Nagar branch. When I approached for placing an order at counter, I told him that I have freecharge coupon ([protected]). Its a buy 1 get 1 coupon code applicable to beverage purchase. He asked me very rudely to provide printout of the same. I told him that as per coupon terms I can show you coupon details from smart-phone. I even showed him the details of the coupon. But he rudely misbehaved and asked me that if there is any rule written then show. Its very rude way to talk with customers and show such kind of attitude towards customers. I did show him the written terms online. It really spoiled our mood at this ccd outlet. This ccd also does not maintain there washrooms clean and frequently its closed for usage.                               wenever i got any discounted offer through cafe moment card or any coupon from any apps, staff donot cooperate and try to ignore. on such moments they usually say that system is not working or your code is expired (nd they keep my coupon code in writtten with themselves). today i really got dis-appointed by their staff. i think this behaviour is spoiling the reputation of CCD.

                                I purchased 250 grams of 70:30 coffee powder from your out let in Pogathota NELLORE. THE QUALITY IS DDISMALLYDISMALLY LOW. I USED ONLY 4 TO 5 SPOONS.                                   All your promo adds offering freebies at billing above Rs.250 or 300 etc..are absolutely nonsense. I had made a bill of Rs.300 and asked for the offer getting freebie on showing the coupon. The staff over the counter was not aware of any such offer..even after showing the coupon they failed to locate any such offer on the server. The coupon being valid only till 31st, could not use it throughout the time period. This was at Mazagoan CCD outlet near ST office. Please keep your staff well informed and see that genuine offers are issued made valid across all outlets.

                                    I have cafe moment card and they claim to offer free drink after every 5th transaction. To avail this I make sure I recharge my moment card and use it for all my transactions. I have received about 10 such promo codes in my account however when I try to redeem then at outlets, the staff will say its an invalid code. Now this is something bad because you are asking customers to pay up advance by recharging moment card offering free drink and then send such codes which are invalid. I approached Aditi who takes care of complains but she didnt even had manners to reply to complain. I have read receipt of my email too which confirms she had already gone through the email complain. I also approached Venu M, Director of CCD via email and same thing, got read receipt of email but no reply. Pathatic

                                      Hi. My name is Mr. Chandru Akki from Hubballi. And i am one of your loyal customers. I visit ccd every second day by T. B Revankar Road, Huballi. Its such an unfortunate experience that the basic infrastructure like the air condition, water availability in wash room are not upto to the basic standards... This is summer now and the ac is not at all working, cant use the wash room bcos there is no water. And the worst is mosqitoes all over irritating customers. And you guys charge us with service tax ... why should i pay you extra when i dont get the basic amenities.
