I have cafe moment card and they claim to offer free drink after every 5th transaction. To avail this I make sure I recharge my moment card and use it for all my transactions. I have received about 10 such promo codes in my account however when I try to redeem then at outlets, the staff will say its an invalid code. Now this is something bad because you are asking customers to pay up advance by recharging moment card offering free drink and then send such codes which are invalid. I approached Aditi who takes care of complains but she didnt even had manners to reply to complain. I have read receipt of my email too which confirms she had already gone through the email complain. I also approached Venu M, Director of CCD via email and same thing, got read receipt of email but no reply. Pathatic

    Hi. My name is Mr. Chandru Akki from Hubballi. And i am one of your loyal customers. I visit ccd every second day by T. B Revankar Road, Huballi. Its such an unfortunate experience that the basic infrastructure like the air condition, water availability in wash room are not upto to the basic standards... This is summer now and the ac is not at all working, cant use the wash room bcos there is no water. And the worst is mosqitoes all over irritating customers. And you guys charge us with service tax ... why should i pay you extra when i dont get the basic amenities.

      Hello, My name is Sanket Watharkar. Today I had visited your outlet in Dahanukar colony PUNE. I would like to inform you that amount charged was higher than the actual bill. Bill was given only when I asked for.(bill and card charge slip attached).After seeing the bill, I asked for the explanation she started giving silly reasons and manipulated the incident. As the payment was made by card, I had the proof otherwise she would have simply denied her cheating. Like other outlets there was no number of city manager displayed anywhere for immediate complaint. When asked for the number to the cashier she simply refused to give and replied very arrogantly and in a very insulting manner. This is not a way to talk to a customer and simply not expected from a reputed company like CCD. I would like the management to look in to the matter and take serious action against the cashier.           The complaint is for East Patel Nagar, New Delhi Cafe Coffee Day, where I happened to visit today i.e. on 7th March. Total charged of Rs 450 were taken, and a bill was not provided. On regular asking for the same, they said that the Bill has been DISCARDED, and therefore we'll have to take a Manual Bill. Secondly, we ordered for a Choco Frappe with Ice Cream, where Ice Cream was not even added. On complaining, they added a scoop of normal Vanilla Ice Cream(costing Rs. 37 in the Menu), for which they charged Rs. 81 in the so-called manual Bill. In Chilli Cheese Toastizza and Egg Wrap, where we had asked for Single Cheese, no Cheese was added, and again on complaining, they refunded us Rs. 12 back. Thirdly, the order was taken by a girl, Ginny, who did not look like a staff of CCD, since she was not in her CCD Uniform, and knew nothing about the orders. Dear Cafe Coffee Day, we are very old and loyal customers to you, and that is why raised such an issue. I personally do not want the image of CCD to be spoilt like this. Kindly resolve this issue.

            It's not the first time, I'm visiting Cafe Coffee Day(CCD), but today's experience was exceptional. I visited CCD-South City Mall, Kolkata around 5:15pm and tried to order two combo meals and another extra cup of cappuccino, all for my family. While ordering, the person taking the order (Mr. Avishek) replied that they don't have one of the combo meals in stock. So he suggested me with alternatives. I relied on him. Total bill was supposed to be around Rs. 350, as I've already calculated while choosing from the menu, but was shocked to hear its rounded to Rs. 867. When I asked him to modify the order, he replied that the order is already under process and they are almost ready to serve. I asked him, WHEN I HAVEN'T PAID FOR MY ORDER, HOW CAN YOU PUT IT UNDER PROCESS? The reply was a SILENCE. I paid and asked him for the break-up of the bill and the balance money, he said I should get back to my table and the balance along with the bill will be delivered there, then only I can check. It took them more than 10 mins to deliver me my order, in a haphazard manner (they should have delivered earlier as they are ALREADY DONE with the order, as said to me by Mr.Avishek, the reason why he could not modify my order). When I received the bill, I found it full of Add-Ons, which I never asked for. They have charged me extra by MISLEADING and PUSH SELLING Add-On items, which I never ordered! I think the sale of CCD has dropped these days, which has resulted them to follow unfair means. Last month I visited CCD-Golpark, Kolkata and found that they are literally forcing us to pay the balance money to a charity, whose ad was beside the cash counter. It's a life-time experience for me as I have lost all my trust on CCD, which I used to visit regularly during my college days. I would never-ever suggest anyone to visit CCD, as I don't want anybody to be heckled like me. My bill no. = 43486 Date & Time = 25/02/2015 17:32:11 TNO = 1002 Order No. = 3

              Hi, This is to bring into your notice the highly inappropriate and non-cooperative behavior of CCD staff at CCD Lounge, JP Nagar 5th phase, Bangalore. I and my friend checked into the lounge at around 11:30 pm, took our orders and went out while bike's helmet was left inside. We realised and rushed back only to find the glass-door locked from inside. It was around 11:45 pm. We repeatedly shouted from outside, and saw two people inside, who despite seeing us, did not respond to our calls. They clearly saw us as we could see them from the glass door. We called the CCD land-line 6 times. The guys inside peeped out of service window, clearly showing that they heard the phone ringing up did not pick up. They even switched off the lights from inside to ward us off. I don't know what kind of hospitality is taught to them during their training programs. This clearly marks a black day in the history of CCD and its customer friendly repute. I always appreciated the way CCDs operate, but this particular incident clearly washed away all the good will. I hope this matter is taken seriously. An irresponsible staff is worse than a bad product. Just imagine the trouble I would have faced if instead of helmet, had it been my vehicle's keys, or my room's keys. Regards, Nripane. [protected]

                I have been a regular customer at Jeevan Beema Nagar CCD for last 1 year ( Every Day 18.30 till 19.30 Aprox.)                   I'm Simran Kaur, regular customer of cafe coffee day which exist in Belapur Sector 11. I went inside and ordered for a cappiccinno and I asked for the bill. The cashier Mr.Rohan was on the phone I paid and asked him to give me the bill when he will issue the order. I got my order but not the bill. I ordered at 5.45pm. I asked the staff member to issue the bill. He went inside and did not get the bill. I asked for around 5times still bill was not issued. Later I called the cashier itself and asked him for the bill. I got an amazing reply that "I have punched somebody elses bill in your bill." I told him I want my cappucinno bill any how. He went inside and gave me bill which was punched on 7.17pm. I want you to take an action against this billing issue. This is not the first time, things had happened before also but I ignored. But this time I won't.

                    I happen to visit a newly opened outlet of Cafe Coffee Day(opp Qutab Minar, New Delhi) on 26th Jan.2015.I placed an order over the cash counter for 1no Devils Own Cold Coffee- Rs146, 2Nos.Cappuccino coffee's (Regular)- Rs 79/- each & 1No.Hazel nut Pastry- Rs116/-. The total amounts to Rs 420+ local taxes.I was conveyed by the server- Mr Rajesh that 17.5% were the local taxes, applicable which amount to Rs73.50. Hence, the Grand total amounts to Rs493.50/-where as Mr Rajesh demanded & charged Rs 750/- which I paid in advance to him. I paid this amount in good faith since I had 2 guests with me.After my guests left I realised that I had been overcharged & therefore I demanded the bill from him which he was reluctant to give / handover.On discovering this I insist upon the bill to Mr Rajesh who made me wait for nearly 10mins. As I was adamant, Mr.Rajesh gave me an excuse that the cash machine was not functioning & therefore issued a manual bill #36670/8 dated 26th Jan.2015 for Rs.750/- without reflecting the tax amount separately.Having no course left I accepted it which tent amounts to a clear cheating.Hence, I wish to bring this to your notice with a request that employees of this nature should be suspended/terminated by Cafe Coffee Day IMMEDIATELY & request that the amount- Rs 256.70/- overcharged to me should be refunded to me although I believe Cafe Coffee day has a policy of refunding the total amount in the event a bill is not handed over by the server.

                      Hi, I am a regular goer at CCD and love Devil's Own, but am highly disappointed with the inconsistency in quality of coffee they serve across the outlets. I visited the one at Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai CCD and ordered Devil's Own. First of all, the operators do not know how to prepare coffee. Secondly, instead whipped cream he added extra chocolate sauce without conset which made the coffee tasted bad. I have now stopped going to CCD which used to be my favorite place for hangout. The same incident repeated in Infinity Mall, Malad CCD shop. If company does not pay attention to its quality, it is going to loose its customers soon to many competitive coffee chains.

                        14thJan15 18.[protected]@CCD Phoenix Mall Bangalore(Lower Ground Floor) 1) I ordered for 1Cafe Frappe, 1Chocolate fantasy, 2Banana Bites and paid by cash. 2)Instead of Chocolate Fantasy(89INR) i was billed and served for Choco Frappe(142INR). 3)I have politely informed Mr.BALA who took care of my bill @billing counter 4)He said i must have given him wrong order & also i have been served what i have ordered. 5) So i told him i know what i have ordered and why should i will give order 2 cold coffee for myself. My friend who is standing next to me also heard what i have ordered. 6)He seems irritated, very impolite, raise his voice ans start arguing that its my fault, very rude(even though i have informed him politely)and behavior is not at all accepted and i have face this for the first time with CCD all over India. 7) I told "its ok" and request him to get me a cancel my bill. He said i will not get the cancel bill!!he walked away. 8) After 5mins he send 1 steward to deliver 'Choco Frappe' with the fresh BILL. I said i have cancelled my order and i said ITS OK again. 9)Since he cannot cancel my order and cannot issue the cancel bill or return the money even though i paid by cash. I would like to know if the ordered has been punched in incorrect (and in this case, which is not my mistake at all)how difficult is for Mr.Bala to get me a fresh bill or rather return the money by cash??? Ultimately, i don't expect him to come and say sorry however he could have atleast accept his mistake and be nice, i'm completely shocked that kind of behavior is accepted in your service. Nevertheless, i have lost 142INR at CCD today i wanna make sure it does not go to his pocket!!

                          My wife had ordered for a cafe frappe and she was charged for Choco frappe when enquired the cashier told her this is the charge for cafe frappe, later I rang up to the store and enquired they said it was a mistake and the cash would be refunded and they made drive back to ccd again and when I went there this is what the cashier told me "sir, we had charged for Choco frappe because she had asked for Choco frappe, thank you and good night " . Is this the way loots the customers ?? I'm going to make it a point that I'm bringing this matter to a consumer court if not strictly dealt with !

                            Hi, I happened to visit your store at Bengaluru Airport (Kempegowda International Airport) located near the taxi drop off point on 10-Jan-15. I purchased a Mocha and a Honey Oatmeal cookies box (for which the storekeeper offered one more box at 50% discount, however I did not go for it). Strangely though they did not give me the Bill and when I insisted, they gave me the Bill only for Mocha and stated that they were unable to punch a bill for cookies due to system problem. Since I was in a hurry, I left without further probing. However, when I reached home I saw that the Honey Oatmeal cookies have almost expired. Date of manufacture was 29-July-14 and is good for use within 6 months. I now realize that your store has cleverly tricked me into buying non moving stock without issuing a Bill. Such 'under the belly' tactics might help you in earning some money on non moving stock but you will end up losing some loyal Coffee Day customers like me. I'm shocked aswell as disappointed that a brand like Coffee Day can follow such cheap tricks at the cost of hurting its brand image. Regards, Your just cheated customer

                              I regret to say that i had one of the worst experience with cafe coffee day outdoor catering at a prayer meeting we had hosted in delhi at shri sathya sai centre lodhi road. Mr anand in particular of the team incharge of the setup was so unprofessional in his approach.firstly the machine could not be set up till 6 pm whereas the coffee start time was 5.30. So nearly 30%of the guest had left. Then secondaly there was no proper count of how many cups they had taken out before start.then at the end of the party there was a demand of a much higher rate than finalized with mr ashish of marketing.i will take this matter to all online forums as this should not happen at anyone else party or event.i still made payment of the no of cups that were told to me taking in considertation the place being sai baba centre and the it being a prayer meeting for my grandmom .But now i feel i did wrong but paying for such bad services. I would like to hear from someone of higher authority before taking this matter further.

                                Hello Sir/ mam I had ordered a coffee pack online (Mysore pack Royal) from Cafe Coffee day's online shopping portal on 12/12/2014 and I have paid them using my debit card, the item has not been delivered to my address and the order status is showing as "completed". I tried calling the head office at Bangalore to follow up on this but I did not get any update on this, my calls are either getting transfered from one extension to another or the calls are not picked up at all. I have written an email to them as well regarding the same but I have not received a response from them yet. My order id :[protected] Thanks Siddharth

Fedex has tried delivery on 13th & 15th Dec but the consignee wasn’t available, and finally it got delivered on 16th of Dec.                                     hello sir/madam, I am from chennai and i am a regular customer to CCD . Me and my friends spends every weekend at CCD . This week v decided to go a newly launched CCD in ANNA NAGAR ( opposite to jack and jill fast food) . I really feel sad for visiting the branch. I never ever have seen such a rude behaviour from all over chennai many branches expect this one. Me and my friends placed a order jus 3 items at first and thought of ordering at later, V spent almost 1 hr for receiving the orders. Inbetween, the employees are rude and harsh if v ask whether its done or not. I asked the reason why its getting delayed, he told me that his swiping machine is not working and he havnt placed my order til that . soo he havnt informed me regarding the issue . Me and my frnds were waiting hoping that this week goes fine. Finally i asked him to cancel my order, that time he became rude and started to stare at me and used harsh language at the back of me. Then he brought the orders with a sullen face and while swiping for the second time i asked whethr the machine is ok, he told everything is ok expect customers . Really these guys spoiling the reputation of CCD ., the guy was wearing ash colour shirt and he was black in colour, average body type . I don kno his name. Please CCD give training to employees regarding customer satisfaction . I am really satisfied with starbucks when it comes for customer satisfaction .

                                    Very Rude behavior & Poor Service of CCD main market, B - block, sector 50.
                                    Person is not ready to take order of a coffee without extra flavour on top of it. When i ordered for cappuccino, he was looking to me as if i ordered some unknown thing to him.

                                      6 months I back I went to coffee day in hyper city mall hyderabad. My youger brother ordered for coffee but he did not get any bill for that. This is not the first time I had seen this happening. They are giving bills only to adults but when kids are not ordering they are not providing any bills. It happened even in eat street hyderabad. So it would be great if you could take an action on this.
