I have placed order on 16th of july for a cake from this website. As per them the cake will get delivered by 17th july. I was hoping that cake will get delivered but i was not receiving any notification regarding my cake until 16th july so i have initiated the email querying about my order. No one responded to my email on that day and on 17th july i got the response on my email that the location you have selected in not in their delivery zone/area. Before what they are they told that refund will be done to my account but till now no processed nor reply from them.order 3450.

I had placed an order through this website cakesportal.com on 15th sep 2020 for same day delivery. I had selected a designer cake worth 1499/. I did not get any notification on the delivery so when I followed up they reverted back saying the cake is unavailable and gave me an alternative option of simple basic cake for same price which I denied. The order was cancelled and they said they would refund in wallet however I wanted money back in my bank account for which they had no option. They agreed to refund in the wallet which I never received after multiple follow ups till date. They are a big cheat and just take the money and disappear there is no way you can contact them over a phone call. It’s been a month and inspite if multiple follow up no luck in getting my money back. Fraud and fake website. Be ware of it.
This is in relation to my order # 5865. They are biggest fraudsters and are not refunding the money. As usually it happened with other customers, my order too got cancelled and now am following up for refund but no response. Please take strict action against them. Merely restricting/ banning them from internet won't suffice. Such people deserve penal actions with imprisonment u/s 420 Cr. PC.
