ITS a fake portal they will never deliver or they dont reposnd to mails, please do not order from this cakeportal.
I had placed an order for cake on 7th Feb. 2021 order no #9712.
I received an email regarding confirmation of the order.
later on I received an email from Mr.jatin stating that "dear customer,
we are rally sorry to inform you that currently we won't be able to deliver the product at your location as our merchants are too far from your location. hence, we have to cancel your order and your refund would be initiated within 7 working days"
so I asked for the refund but yet I have not received any refund nor they reply any email.
If they cannot deliver to a particular location, they shouldn't have accepted the order.
This website is a scam, there are only e-mail ids in the website in contact us section. There is no phone number.
I need them to refund the amount to my bank account.

I placed an order on 17/4/2021., my order has been accepted, after 10 mins I received a mail regarding cancellation of my order abd they said they will be refund my money within 7 working days but still I yet to receive my money back, I sent lit of mails regarding this but ni rply from their side.

An order has been placed today i.e. 31/07/2022 having order ID 43683 with a commitment from their end that the same would be delivered by today. "Track order" is showing the delivery within 3-4 working days. This was an anniversary gift whose anniversary falls on this day and importance of getting the gift on later day would not have that importance.
Such false commitment would lead myself not to place order further or recommend others not to place order.
