Cakesportal.com — Non delivery of order and refund amount | |||
I had ordered cake for my mother's birthday on July 18, 2020 and was asked to deliver at 12:00 to 4:00 pm slot timings for delivery. But the ordered was not delivered and there is no contact number in the website. When enquired with Justdial, they said that there is no such cake portal or address mentioned in their website. I need the refund back. But the refund will be credited to cakeportal wallet which is of no use as they don't deliver any product. Was this information helpful? | |||

Not yet. Its been a month now.

After several reminders for refunding my undelivered order#13946 dtd 8th Apr 2021 amount Rs 1573 on [protected]@cakesportal.com, I did not receive yet any response from your side. I were received an email that refund amount will be back within 7working days but it been a month neither getting reply nor refund amount.
I don't understand that if you are incompetent to do business then why are you cheating with customer. Customer hard earned money deliberately looted by your kind of online services which result in people wont show interest in buying online. You will not grow in future because you are cheater.
Refund my money quickly.

Cake portal is fraud..they deduct the money and dont deliver the order. Order no. is 30156. It was supposed to be delivered before 12 pm today but there is no status. No contact details to conplain.
