My customer id: [protected], bill no: [protected], consumer no:[protected]. Here i would like to inform that my flat is being vacant since last five months but this month my electricity bill has come rs.990/-, last four months i have consumed zero unit but suddenly this month i have consumed 193 units which is totally unimaginable by me. Here i have also noticed that same month of 2016 the bill is showing the 193 units i had consumed. My assumption is that no physical meter reading has been done for last month, it's has been simply done cut copy and paste. Please do the needful. I have already paid the billed amount but looking for clear clarification from proper authority of cesc department.

      I stay near vivekananda park, near to kamla girls school. However, somebody is trying to misuse the street lights and drawing parallel lines from your main suppply. So that the supply is running misrably, looks like you are trying to do a bad job by leaving the important issue of electric supply to people who are not licensed electricians, but out to catch a game in the vivekanda park area. Please dispose of rusted wires and accessories as the supply is below anyone, expectation

      The standard of supply system is going down, in hot summer season we are not able to use the fan properly as you are showering as 'gaalis'. Someone is misusing the system claiming to give uninterrupted supply now but at the cost of safety breaks. You are probably given the duty to someone who is more eager to give the supply at the cost od some humans. Hope that god helps us during the puja trips. Why would we, middle class people suffer when we regularly pay your bills.

      Please check up that the street lights are being lit properly.Often the poor people around the park area are misusing lines at the cost of normalcy.

      I have been getting lot of problems such as low voltage issues due to which my expensive equipments cannot be used and are breaking dpwn.Can you arrange for better service to customers who are paying for this kind of supply.I request you to give us a better load to save us from our miseries...is anyone listening????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????¿????????????

      Please do not leave the supply to the mercy of the poor people whp are most likely to draw parallel lines without bothering to pay any bills.Such acts are grave nuisance to regular citizens who inspite of dping their duty are at the savage end of attack by vested interests

        Dear sir,

        Against my meter no. 4658203 in june previous reading as shown by you is 9692. But present shown nil and i had been charged for 198 units amounting to rs.1430.40 as energy charge.
        In july 2017 bill, previous is shown as nil and present is shown as 9890.

        For your kind information, today, 1st sept 2017, actual meter reading shows as 9746.

        Which proves you donot do proper meter reading. Put arbitrary value and charge consumer inappropriately. I have been charged excessively more putting me in highest slab. I also had to pay govt duty heavily for this.

        My location is in gariahat. I demand proper explanation and refund of money including govt charge with interest on all.

              Yesterday damaged meter has been changed by your representative. But due to his mistake i have suffered. He instead of existing connection made reverse connection. As a result one of tube light with accessories have been damaged and fortunately my inverter system and other electrical items have been saved. Somehow my loss is small finally. I have to call my electrician to rectify and regularise the connection for normalisation of the supply to my residence. Please note it.
              I also request you to send your technician to check the electric pole related my meter box and also the connection made since rain water is licking through the pole and entire in the meter box through its rear end causing dampen the lower portion of the box. This may be the reason of frequent damage of your meter. Please look into the matter.

                  In the absence of my son i pay the cesc power bills. Of late some issues have cropped up which i bring to your notice for resolution at the earliest. On getting the july’17 bill i notice the following :
                  Month total units gross amount payable (Rs)
                  April ’[protected]Adjustment of - rs 1290.74)
                  May ’[protected]
                  June ’[protected]
                  July ’[protected]
                  It appears a puzzle if “units” are compared with the payable amounts, specifically in july’17. Please look into the anomalies as it appears.

                  Moreover, i opted for ecs payment of bills which was confirmed to have been accepted in a message on 4/8/2017. My june’17 bill was due for payment on 4/8/17 and i rested assured that june’17 bill will be paid through ecs. But the current bill of july’17 is showing me as defaulter, consequently a disconnection notice has been served, which is simply humiliating for none of my fault.
                  Please arrange payment of two months bill (June & july’17) this time through my ecs and confirm.

                    We are at bangalore since 27.06.17 for my daughter`s illness and there was no power consumption from 27.06.17 till date. I find you have generated the bill for the month of july`17 with meter reading date of 02.08.17 considering 101 units of consumption which is not correct looking at the fact mentioned above. Although i have made payment against the said bill on date, i would request to refund excess amount of the bill (Leaving aside the meter rent which is payable by me) in the form of credit to be adjusted in next bills.

                    I further like to intimate you that we will have to be at bangalore for the next 3 months (Which is likely to be extended) as the situation forces and would request you raise your bills for the month of august`17 onwards accordingly considering meter rent only.

                    A line of confirmation from your end will be much appreciated.

                      I have been charged very high bill for the month of june 2017. The unit consumed as per cesc bill 310 unit for the month of june’ 2017 & 132 unit for the month of july’ 2017. The consumer no: [protected] & consumer id: [protected].

                      My last unit history: 05/17- 53 unit, 04/17-46 unit, 03/17-01 unit, 02/17-0 unit, 01/17-6 unit.

                      My electronic device: 3 tube light (36w each), 3 ceiling fan, 3 cfl, 1 exauster fan but all of these devices are not running for 24 hr. As we don’t live here regulary, comes for 2-3 days in a month and in summer season for 15-20 days. You may ask about our staying in my building from my landlord and other tenants.

                      In the billing month i. E. 31/05/2017 to 30/06/2017, we stayed only 4 days in my flat. & for the billing period july’ 2017 we stayed only 6 days. You may ask everyone regarding my staying for the billing period in my locality.

                      I don't understand how its possible to come such a high amount o[censored]nit 310. Please see my last 2 year unit consumption. You will definitely find that some mistake have been done. Either someone is stealing my meter or meter is not properly working or there may be other reason but we are suffering for last two month because i have to very huge amount which i have not used.

                      I humbly request that plaase look into this matter as we believe that cesc will take necessary action against this excess bill amount.

                            I came to learn (By your sms) that on 17/8/17, the consume reading recorded 1927 unit which is absurd in respect of this domestic house where only two (2) inhabitant reside. Even in the summer month, there is no such record.

                            Please look into this matter before preparing final bill. You are requested to compare with past bills.
                            As i use to pay by ecs and decline on receiving paper bill, so i can't attached any previous bill.

                              This is hereby to inform you that some people who lives in building which is under kolkata municipal corporation are taking advantage and using free electricity for ac. The position of ac compressor is placed in such a way that nobody can find from the streets and the wires are also mixed up.
                              Previously some people were also caught for meter theft but they are given warning and released. Now there are some people who are using ac from municipal corporation.

                                May i inform u of the fact that this month's (July'17) electric bill has been too high in contrast to previous months' average bills.

                                  I received a sms on my mobile no.[protected] from you on 24.07.2017 that you were unable to note my meter reading due to inclement weather. You have sent me the electricity bill for rs.1, 260/-. I. E. 186 units consumed. I want to inform you that due to rainy season and comfortable temperature i did not use ac from 23.06.2017 so it is impossible that 186 units consumed for the period 25.06.2017 to 24.07.2017. I think you have sent me the amount of bill just copied the amount of bill from 7/2016 because the units consumed in 7/2016 and 7/2017 is same.

                                  Although i have paid the amount of bill i, therefore, request you to look into the matter and adjust the excess amount i have already paid.

                                      Since i was hospitalized for a considerable period as such the above ma bill could not be deposited and the same has expired on 27.06.2017.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                                      I am Ranjit Kumar Kar and had a connection having consumer number: [protected] and customer id: [protected], which I agreed to change the customer name to Durga Das Nanda on 11.04.2017.

                                      Now since the name has been changed from Ranjit Kumar Kar to Durga Das Nanda, the security deposit (approx 17 thousand) should have been delivered to me(Ranjit Kumar Kar) and it has been now more than two months that I have not received it yet.

                                      But when I called cesc help line number [protected] on 12/08/2017, the executive named Kalyan told me that my cheque has been delivered to me, but neither I nor my any family members have received the cheque.

                                      My question is !

                                      If the cheque has been delivered to me you have the sufficient prove that I have received it.

                                      Would request you to provide the proof of delivery that I have received it or else guide me the way to get back my cheque of security deposit (approx 17 thousand), on urgent basis.

                                      Very shamefull act by CESC, the security deposit cheque the had delievered to someone else instead of the owner.
                                      And after arguing with them to show me the proof that they had delievered to me then I revealed the truth.
