replacement of meter - meter box-consumer no. 67109027015

Yesterday damaged meter has been changed by your representative. But due to his mistake i have suffered. He instead of existing connection made reverse connection. As a result one of tube light with accessories have been damaged and fortunately my inverter system and other electrical items have been saved. Somehow my loss is small finally. I have to call my electrician to rectify and regularise the connection for normalisation of the supply...

did not get on receipt against my online payment of bill

Sir,

I came to learn (By your sms) that on 17/8/17, the consume reading recorded 1927 unit which is absurd in respect of this domestic house where only two (2) inhabitant reside. Even in the summer month, there is no such record.

Please look into this matter before preparing final bill. You are requested to compare with past bills.
As i use to pay by ecs and decline on receiving paper bill, so i can't...

using free electricity for ac

May i inform u of the fact that this month's (July'17) electric bill has been too high in contrast to previous months' average bills.

I don't know how units could be high as558 while consumption is rather lower. Single ac operative in may'17

extension of m a bill no. re: ma bill no. 03/09791/15/6/2

I had applied for a new connection before cesc limited the above ma was due to be paid by 27.06.2017.
Since i was hospitalized for a considerable period as such the above ma bill could not be deposited and the same has expired on 27.06.2017.

damaged door of transfer area installed in our premises

new connection request inspection not done - ref # 08/33268/17

I have submitted my online connection form on 3rd August 2017, application vide reference no. 08/33268/17 (Annexure Form No. [protected]) .

Inspection supposed to be done on 5th Aug 2017. I have not received any call to get this inspection done. When I called CESC South KOl office, they said I will receive a letter.
I received a letter on same day afternoon, mentioning inspection done and they are not giving the connection...
