Objection against illegally Meter shifting .
Premises No.1/5, Gour Laha Street, Kolkata – 700 006
Owner – 2, Lot A, B
Lot A, Owner Smt. Puspa Roy, Lot B, Basudev Roy & Joydev Roy.(1983)
3-4 year ago Lot B sale to one of the Lot-B tenant .(Some title Pal).
But till date No separation made in the said Premises 1/5, from KMC .
Also please note Lot B owner have no KMC papers (Tax etc.) from KMC in the said premises.
But they already shifting meter (on 25.03.2010 only owner meter, their tenant meter till on Loa-A portion, if any accident happened your are the liable) from their side with the help of your some officers. – its illegal .
One premises, one meter box – it’s the natural rule of CESC, Please help, please .
“ Lot B owner first doing the KMC Mutation & Separation, then shifting their and their tenant meter, ” - now its past no action taken against my request .due to as per instruction given by Mr. Divisional Engineer (North) CESC Shyambazar, Kolkata the said Objection work done by the worker of CESC. - It is clear that No Rule, No Law for Poor it is only for Richman,
Money is the creation of CESC/ Indian Law !
But I till belief that Money not changed any think, it depend on Man, but Law depends on Man, that is the very Laughter creation of God .
I have a last prayer to You, please justice all an equal, Please .
