Every month my bill comes around 1500 with ac. Last month (May) they send me a bill of rs 0 and this month they send me a bill of 608 units of rs 5000/- which not acceptable. Your mistake why would a customer will suffer. And the customer people are rude and do not have any ethicates. Tell me you want my money i will give you my check book take all money. Why loot the customers slowly. Bloody fraud.

I dont know why we spend electricity but not too much then when we receive the bill it`s to high for our using, so i hope that you can may take action about my bill.       Last year 2 no., 1.5 ton ac (S) i were installed in my home with a kind permission granted from cesc limited and accordingly meter has also been replaced by new one. Now, it is regular feature in my premises under consumer no. [protected] & lp no. 94/14/3 that due to low voltage, as well as fluctuating voltage during night our air conditioning machines & fans are not working properly, even the speed of fans are also fluctuated.in this connection it may also be noted that such type of disturbance was not been occurred earlier and even after repeated request these problem are still continued.
      You are earnestly requested to please look into the matter and take necessary action to get rid of the above mention problems.

      Same problem in my locality. The voltage fluctuations are so vigorous that we are afraid the ac will be damaged. Even after paying for the permission we can't use the ac in the summer months. Even the lights are turning off. I have complained several times since last few years but all in vain.

          Consumer no -[protected], cus. Id -[protected], bill month - may, 2017. Of mr. Parthasarathi ganguly, fl. No.-e5-302, eden city, b1-90/a/1 new budge budge trunk road, kolkata -700137, lp-1/95.

          Mr. Ganguly is my neighbor and is now out of india. I tried to pay the bill on-line through paytm on 01/07/2017 for an amount of rs.2400/- from my credit card of hdfc bank. The transaction could not be completed even after waiting for more than 2 hours and bank did not provide any confirmation on successful transaction. I desperately tried your e-mail, customer care phone nos. As available in your bill for a no of times and sorry to say that no one of the contact references are valid or existing. Being undone, i paid an amount of rs. 2420/- in cash on 04/07, after verification at your counter. Now my banker has confirmed that the amount of rs. 2400/- has been transferred to the merchant banker.

          May i now request you to please look in to the matter and inform me the actual status of payment status per return mail to my mail id ([protected]@rediffmail.com and m: [protected])

            Yesterday (11/7/2017) while paying the electricity bill of atanu bandyopadhyay (My father) for the month of june 2017 online through billdesk gateway, i forgot the transaction password. I was able to provide the correct password in the final attempt but the transaction encountered some problem so i had to abort it. After that i made a fresh transaction. Now after checking my balance i find that the bill amount (Rs 2370) has been deducted twice from my account...

            I want cesc to look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible...

              I have no electricity connection under calcutta electric supply company ltd. Despite that, i have been receiving sms frequently from them for consumer id [protected] and [protected]. Recently, i have received such sms from cesclm on 28.06.2017, 01.07.2017, 02.07.2017 and on 10.07.2017. I have informed the matter in reply of sms. But, no action has been taken. Please arrange to delete my mobile no.[protected] from these accounts and thus help me to get rid from embarrassment.

                  I tried to pay electricity bill online dated June 207 for May 2017 on 4.7.2017. After successfully submitting required Bank Details, including the security number, an amount of Rs.280/ was deducted from my Bank account immediately. Then it was mentioned that the Transaction was Unsuccessful and the site showed that my bill had not been paid.

                    In this connection kindly look into the matter since such a high bill amount has never occured bofore.

                              On 28.6.17 around 9 pm three persons came to my house and without any informing me they disconnect my electricity. I complained about non supply of electricity and got a docket no[protected]. On 29.6.17 in the morning somebody from cesc informed me that my supply has been disconnected due to non payment of bill. As there mwas no bill due i went to regional office at mandeville garden with proof of payment. There they confirmed that there is no dues. They also said that disconnection was not done by them. they asked me to visit taratalla cesc office at losscontrol. I went to loss control but they also said that disconnection was not done by them. They sent me back to mandevilla garden. Therw once again i met dy. District engineer and she assured me that the connection will be restored very soon. But however after a lapse of 24 hrs the supply has mot been restored.

                                Since, the replacement of electric meter by CESC on April 04, 2017, we are receiving extremely high electric bills. The increase of the electric bill amount is about 290% - 330%. The bills are so high that the autopay scheduler set at bank are continuously sending overlimit alert every month. Our consumer no. is [protected]. We hereby request CESC to replace this faulty electric meter immediately with a proper working meter and also arrange to refund the wrongly billed excess amount.

                                  I have been charged very high bill for the month of may 2017. The amount is 3440 for a unit of 405. This is not the first time that i have been charged a high bill, earlier we taken it lightly, but now bill for may month is too high to afford.in winter the bill comes around rupees 800-900, but in summer it rises to rs.[protected], how it is possible for such a difference in summer and winter, as all the devices runs for same hour in both winter and summer except the fans. Only fans running extra in summer can't increase bill so much.

                                  My electronic device:5 tube light (36w each), 4 ceiling fan, one crt tv, one refrigerator, one washing machine (That is hardly used once in a week) and one ac, which is installed in first week of may (Which only runs on night for 4-5hrs).
                                  All of these devices are not running for 24 hr.

                                  I don't understand how its possible to come such a high amount o[censored]nit 405. I am an engineer and i know the calculation how the unit is generated. If 1000 w device running for 1 hr then only 1 unit is generated. Then how its possible to show 405 is generated.

                                  We have lodged complain in cesc, but they have not taken any action
                                  I appeal to the concerned authority to take suitable steps, investigate the bill amount so that it can be adjusted later as it is very difficult to pay in this way.

                                    We have been paying our electricity bills in time to the brabourne road narayani welfare association at 27 brabourne road. Some other people are not paying their bills due to which cesc has disconnected the electricity connection to the entire building. We are among the 0.192 percent population of the country paying highest tax to the govt and our business has been totally hampered. You are requested to immediately restore the line of the building or give us a separate individual commercial connection.

                                      Yesterday i got message that my meter reading noted 3669 unit, earlier month it was 3171 that means it consumed 498 units in 1 month whereas my earlier month's unit was 91.. So how this could be possible to reach 498 units in 1 month?

                                      I used ac but it doesn't mean all throughout the day. Cesc can go through my last 6 months bill as well as last year same month's bill, you can see highest reach o[censored]nit was 225, earlier year i also used ac in same manner. Clearly it shows such problem in meter or meter reading process.

                                      I have also noted today's meter reading that is showing 3675, that means 6 unit in 1 day (I didn't use ac yesterday), only using 2 fan, 2 tube-light & 1 refrigerator how this could be 6 unit in 1 day, if i calculate it in month, it comes to around 180 unit without using ac.

                                      I am seeking the justification
