Hi, we have a connection in 15/c lindsay street, and in the name of m/s h lal &co, consumer no. [protected], customer id [protected]. For the past few days we are facing severe power cuts at prime business hours which are effecting us adversely. Due to such long power cuts even inverters are failing us. Ours being a garments showroom, air conditioning is a must to survive the heat. Furthermore, not a single helpline number mentioned on the website or bill or any and every place that we could find is working, either it is incorrect or they are not picking the phone. Kindly help and deal with this asap.

      Meter as soon as possible online bill payment was done in 26.5.2017 but the meter did not get installed it's too late i don't use any electronic appliances plzz install meter as fast as possible so i can use the electronic appliances i have to do my home enter ceremony but without electricity it is not possible

        I would like to draw your kind attention that the metre bill is too excessive from last 6 months. Last month metre bill was rs.5590.00
        And this month it became 7290.00 due date is 23.06.2017

        My appliances details are as follows:-
        1 tv
        1fridge
        1 washing machine (Defunct from last 4 month)
        1 pump of 1hp. (Start at 8 am to 8.20 am daily)
        2 ac of 1.5 ton each.
        And 3 fans (Used only at morning)
        Light 6 +1 of led all.
        So how it can be possible to generate a bill of amount rs.7290.00
        Pl clarify immediately within due date of payment. Or deduct the bill as per actual consumption. Your mettre may faulty one. So how can i pay the amount for your faulty metre reading or faulty calculation.
        Pl do the needfull as after your satisfatory clarification and justification, and satisfactory reply i might go through consumer forum court. So pl reply technically, by proper inspection. And deduct the excess amount from my bill immediately.

            Dear sir,
            My consumer no. Is [protected]
            I received my elictric bill for the month of may on 10th of june.
            It shows consumption of 164 units.
            Now let me tell u what are the appliances in my house. Its a 1 bhk flat having 5x9w lights. Which are on for 4 hours on an average everyday. And 2 fans. With same rate of consumption.
            No air conditioners.
            1 electric kettle which is used everyday for 5 mins.
            And one induction cooker that was used in april for the first and last time for 3 hours in 3 days combined.
            Now my average monthly consumption till april for 45 units.

            Another point. Recently my landlord and the other tenant got an air conditioner installed in their lines in may.
            The other tenant claims that the line is same but metre is different. After that there has been continuous voltage fluctiations as well.
            Please send someone to check this. I can for sure say that this is not my consumption's reading only.

                I was paying my monthly bill of may'17. The transaction was being processed but then the browser showed that server timed out. I got a message that rs. Xxxx has been deducted from my account regarding cesc. The next time i checked in to cesc, it is not showing the latest bill that i paid now. I think that the bill is not paid but the money has been deducted. Please help.

                My problem was resolved.My complain was forwarded to cesc.In about an hour i got cesc's message.Thanks to consumer complaints.

                Pl ignore wrong noting above.
                Today I paid the electricity bill no. [protected]/03199, dt.07.04.2019 due on 18.04.2019 for Rs.1, 430.00 for the Month of March, 2019 online through Debit card and Bill gateway. My customer ID is [protected]. The said amount of Rs.1, 430.00 was debited from my S/B account, but no receipt was received. Kindly mail the receipt ASAP.

She is supplying electricity to others without my permission. She is renting my meter without my permission and has stopped the electric supply of my room from 4 days. [protected]), address - 31/1, manujendra dutta road, kolkata 700028, would like to raise complain for my new faulty meter. It is behaving abnormal/faulty after replacement on april by cesc. This month we have received bill ([protected]) rs.2670 for meter unit 333. Which is totally impossible for our current utilization. I have attached screenshot of last one year consumption, so you can get idea about this issue.
                  I am requesting you to change the faulty meter as soon as possible and revert the bill amount.

                        This is partha pratim hazra. I have made an online bill payment on 5th of june, 2017 worth rs. 570, but i didn't get any payment receipt due to some error during generating payment receipt.

                        Now cesc authorities are saying that they have not get any such payment.

                        I have talked to senior official in this matter and they advised me to send mail giving such details.

                        I have got transaction details from my account, such as:

                        You have made an online payment of inr 570.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc from your account xxxxxxxx3847 on jun, 05, 2017 at 14:38 hours.

                        But now the online transaction agency of cesc telling us not such payment has been made.

                        Then where has my money gone?

                          I would like to ventilate my grievences through this letter. My consumer id is [protected] and my consumer number is [protected]. This complain is regarding my high bill no [protected].
                          This is to bring you notice that since last 3-4 months i am receiving very high electricity bill from cesc kolkata. Actually i am using this connection since last november 2016. But electricity bills are coming approximately more than rs 2000/- per month which is very high than what it should be.
                          I have a doubt in my mind that either electric meter is not working properly or someone is doing electric theft from our meter as we are unable to check what exactly happening. So request you to kindly look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.

                            We r facing a low voltage problem in our area only at night, we count use our ac, i had also visited the regional office, they said they count solve the problem without rain, i have to wait a few days till the rainfall arrives. As i also khow the electricity bill will incrise if we run appliances in low voltage, and it has more chanses of damage of the appliances.

                            Please suggest what to do now to solve this problem, as i am not in the state of buying stabilization for all appliances.

                              This is our nightmare to spent a complete day such a power fluctuation in my area.ac's, fan's are not at all working day or night. I have 2 senior citizens and one child in my house. Several call also has been logged to resolve this almost one month old issue. It is quite unbearable to stay without fan or ac. It is absolutely not expected from cesc. Need an immediate solution.

                                Due to single phase supply to my electric post, we are facing high voltage fluctuation. We can't run any electronic appliances.ac is not working and fan is also not running at full speed. 3 phase supply is provided to the immediate nearby lamp post but in my lamp post there is single phase supply.                                   I have registered several complains under Customer ID: [protected] regarding the tripping of main meter over use of regular appliances but have failed to get a satisfactory service from CESC. The follow-up men from have visited and have acknowledged the fault of the meter and have also registered a replacement of the said meter. But until now, there has been any further progress and the meter hasn't been replaced leading to massive problems in our daily life!

                                    Last month CESC secures power distribution franchise in Bikaner, but they are very irregular after coming CESC in Bikaner we see more power cuts and there are fluctuation of voltage, it's 12:26 here and my fan is not spinning because of low voltage we are suffering so much because of this company.                                       We are customer of cesc limited of regional office at south regional
                                      6 mandeville gardens kol-19 of customer id no, s [protected], [protected] & [protected] lp no -186/7 of address 10 ganguly bagan east road kol-84.

                                      The wires connecting the meter to mainswitch are jointed severlally made of alliminium &also brunt. The wires are hanging dangerously. Our electrician instructed us to change the wires into a single wire made of copper.

                                      Since he has no permission to touch the meter i am requesting you to take the necessary action.

                                      All the cost for replacement will be borne by us in
                                      this regard.
