Wrong messages being sent to 9830406270

They are however sending to my phone number [protected] information regarding someone else's electricity bill. That person's customer id is [protected].

This belongs to someone else as mentioned so I don't want to receive information about someone else's electricity bills.

Power theft

Hi,
I am complaining about the electricity bill of my neighber dont know what is happening at her electric miter some thing is fishy there bcoz she stayed in below mentioned address ground floor she have 3rooms and she uses fridge, iron, mixer and hopefully heater also and she also given power to her first floor room in rent... So pls justify the amount of rs.230 on her bill pls go and check her meter without informing her i m sure...

Delay in new connection even after depositing fees

We had applied for a new connection to our premises at Flat-1, 2nd Floor, Millennium Apartments, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Road, Palta, West Bengal-743122 somewhere in April, 2016. On our application (submitted online) we promptly received an offer letter dated 19/04/2016 (ref-MR no-16/05438/16) for a load of 1 KW (Domestic).

Repeated complaints were made to install a good quality (preferrably of fiber make) meter box in place of the existing 25 yrs. old wooden meter box which is now completly broken & partly eaten by termites. cesc's electrical instalations inside that meter box are also not safe and secured.

Unfortunately, due to "legal restrictions", consumer's hands are tied and can not do anything but to wait for the mercy of cesc to do the...

I have complained earlier also thro emails but there is no result.

There is no attendant who takes meter reading

Myself, subrata konar at serampore, have an industrial meter (2313226 polyphase & 2096680 single phase ) .In the month of july 2016 i 've got the bill without present meter reading, and in August got it without previous meter reading ..morever on the bill my singlephase meter showing present reading 1597, but actual reading 1590, which is now showing in that particular meter...

Misuse domestic connection

My consumer ID. [protected]. while paying payment against CESE august 2016 electric bill through net banking vide paytm on 10.09.2016 at 20:00 hrs, Rs.630.00 debited from my account. After deduction from my bank account, paytm shows oops ... and no payment was made to CESE and no refund was made to my account. please look into the matter at earliest....
