Installation of New Meters

I have applied on line for new connection on 12.04.2016 against MR No. 16/05186/16 but till today no one has visited for inspection inspite of two visit date on 14.4 and 26.4 with reason best known to you.

This has happened 2nd time within a year. I don't receive any response on telephonic enquiry to the office of District Engineer because no one picks up the phone.

If your on line system does work properly...

Name change of consumer

But CESC mailed me that the filling of for A1 and A3 is not correct but they have not informed which is incorrect, they are not even allowing me to submit a fresh application please help. I have made a payment of RS 1170 to cesc, kolkata through SBI netbanking on 25/04/16 at 10.40 am . Transaction referrence no IG0BWKKQZ1 and the payment was successful. However, though my account has been debited the amount, Billdesk is yet to forward the same to the company or cesc is yet to acknowledge the reciept. To remove the branches of coconut tree from the supply line.

I, Subhasish saha, Customer ID - [protected], Consumer no [protected] logged a complain with CESC on 06.04.20196, Docket no 3166246 to remove the branches of coconut tree which are causing Flashing regularly. Moreover during "Kalbaishakhi' it increases to high altitude & these may cause loss of Human- Life --, I am afraid.

Low voltage issue

Frequent voltage fluctuation and low voltage

This is in reference to the above cited subject, i would like to state that its almost 03 years i have paid the extra load charges to cesc ltd before taking my 1.5 airconditioner but till date there is no update and every year during summer i face the power fluctuations heavily whenever i switch on the ac. Abnormally low voltage after 10pm

Abnormally low voltage after 10 pm which stops the smooth working of most electrical appliances.Inspite of the company taking extra money as additional security deposit for air conditioner operating permission the service is very poor.Air conditioner stops working most of the time due to low voltage and creates inconvenience.
Please do the needful as u r charging extra money for that service and still defying it...

Cesc ltd not listing our issue

13 hrs running but no supply of electricity

I called more than 10 times but they didn't come for checking the problem
We are suffering from 11 am and till yet no one come from cesc office
