The above complaint no. Is closed without resolve and still our supply is off. Sir we have to face a huge loss as production loss due to electricity problem please restore our supply immediately so that we can start our production immediately. Already 30 hour pass and no proper support is received. Please help us urgently in restoration of our supply.

    While making payment of bill for the month of march amounting rs.970/- on 16.04.16 around 1.00 a.M, the amount deducted from bank a/c but the transaction shown unsuccessful. I had made a fresh payment again but the money o[censored]nsuccessful transaction has not yet been received.When contacted the bank regarding this matter, they told that cesc is responsible for non refund.They have nothing to do regarding this.
    So, i, therefore request you to look after this matter seriously & take necessary action as soon as possible.

      On 16.04.2016 around 1.00 a.m while making payment of bill through billdesk gateway amounting Rs.970/-, the money deducted from bank a/c but the transaction shown unsuccessful.when contacted to bank for the refund, they told that no communication has been made by you regarding this matter.
      So, I, therefore request you to please look after the matter & take necessary steps as early as possible.

      My electricity bill is excess, Rs 2150 for 2 person.there is no AC no electrical appliance used as such ..the reading 284 unit on 28of march2016 but my electricity bill is showing 338 unit on 07/03/2016. please check.

          I have applied on line for new connection on 12.04.2016 against MR No. 16/05186/16 but till today no one has visited for inspection inspite of two visit date on 14.4 and 26.4 with reason best known to you.

          This has happened 2nd time within a year. I don't receive any response on telephonic enquiry to the office of District Engineer because no one picks up the phone.

          If your on line system does work properly then how a common man will get a connection.Please advise.

But CESC mailed me that the filling of for A1 and A3 is not correct but they have not informed which is incorrect, they are not even allowing me to submit a fresh application please help.               I have made a payment of RS 1170 to cesc, kolkata through SBI netbanking on 25/04/16 at 10.40 am . Transaction referrence no IG0BWKKQZ1 and the payment was successful. However, though my account has been debited the amount, Billdesk is yet to forward the same to the company or cesc is yet to acknowledge the reciept.                 I, Subhasish saha, Customer ID - [protected], Consumer no [protected] logged a complain with CESC on 06.04.20196, Docket no 3166246 to remove the branches of coconut tree which are causing Flashing regularly. Moreover during "Kalbaishakhi' it increases to high altitude & these may cause loss of Human- Life --, I am afraid.
                Moreover another complain was logged with them over their help line Docket no being [protected] on 22.04.2016. requesting to remove the branches of the tree as a safety measure of the life of my family members as well as the trespassers .
                At about 6.pm, I received an SMS from DM-CESCLM stating that "That your supply has been restored' .
                I logged the complain to remove the branches & they restore the supply? I can not understand whether they are making "JOKES" with me.
                Please help me to sort out the matter as early as possible.

                      I, Samudra Prosad Banik (Customer ID [protected]) reside at 29/29 Kendua Main Road, Kolkata 7000084 with nearest LP No.143/9/4/2. We are having an incessantly low voltage supply along with high voltage fluctuation at our flat since last summer. The problem becomes even more acute in the night hours. We are having one 1.5 ton air-conditioner installed (with due permission from cesc) and we cannot risk running the machine due to the extreme voltage fluctuation The same problem is also faced by other neighbours in my apartment . Inspite of innumerable complaints lodged, no satisfactory action has been taken yet to resolve this issue till date. One of your service personnel suggesed once that this owes to a malfunctioning transformer in our locality but could not assure us any repair/replacement of the same. Under the circumstances, please do the needful to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                        i emailed cesc, paytm and united bank all at same time but that didnt worked atfirst later i wrote another email to regional head of united bank and regional head of cesc and paytm higher staff after writing email in 6 hrs i saw my a/c got credited with the said amount above ... and my problem got solved.

                          This is in reference to the above cited subject, i would like to state that its almost 03 years i have paid the extra load charges to cesc ltd before taking my 1.5 airconditioner but till date there is no update and every year during summer i face the power fluctuations heavily whenever i switch on the ac. I have instances of ac getting damaged and other short circuit issues related to negligence of cesc ltd.

                            Abnormally low voltage after 10 pm which stops the smooth working of most electrical appliances.Inspite of the company taking extra money as additional security deposit for air conditioner operating permission the service is very poor.Air conditioner stops working most of the time due to low voltage and creates inconvenience.

                                  I have a domestic meter in the name of sri kashi nath shaw address: 1/e chalta bagan lane. Kolkata- 700006 . I am a senior citizen aged 86 years old. I come here to know that from february onwards the meter name has been changed to mr. Abhishek jaiswal without the consent of sri. Kashi nath shaw, who is the owner of the meter. How, it is possible without my authentication they have changed the meter name. I didn't gave any consent about the case which has been done. Please look after into this matter, and enquiry about it.                                   Another query is that i didn't get the bill of the month of january, 2016. Can i get the january month's bill. I come here to know that from my security deposit, which was rs. 3224/- the arrear amount of january has been deducted and rest amount has been sent by an account payee cheque. I was very surprised that what all these things had been occurred without informing me. Please, i beg to state that kindly look out after into this matter.                                     Hello, this is rajdeep majumder, a customer of cesc residing at 46/2/9 kazi para road, kolkata 34, facing a new problem of abnormal low voltage due which electronic household items are failing to operate and many other anciliary problems arising out of this. on contacting the cesc helpline though the complain redressed for the time being but on the very next evening the same problem arising and is persistent till now. most of the time the common cable fault incident and fire incident in trasformers also happening. it is prayed with utmost urgency before the concerned authority to take necessary steps to solve this problem and also to take necessary steps against the customers using a.c. connection without prior permission of the cesc and with the old low tension connection due to which the transformers are failing to take extra load.

                                      I just called at cesc and mr sk das received the call & i was lodging the complaint that it has been very long that there is no power & to this he asked how long! I said 30 mins, to this he replied arrongantly that 30 mins is not very long & he just denied that call at 1912 and complain there. Is this the way one talk to the customer. I called from 53 block-d new alipore on 10.4.16 at arnd 10.40 pm

                                        Just know i again call to the cesc customer care they said now it's not possible to work, monday you go to the cesc ltd office and give complaint there they will short out your issue.
                                        See from today means saturday 11am there is no electricity and they are saying to go office on monday
                                        That clearly means 3 days we have to suffer with no light and electric
                                        Dear sir please take nessesary action against cesc ltd. Because in our home there is 1 senior citizen age 77 yrs
                                        How she will survive 3 days without fan and light.
                                        It's humbel requst to the consumercomplaint.In to take strict and nessesary action against cesc ltd.
