My Customer Id is [protected]. I have paid my Oct 2015 bill online using my Axis Bank Visa Card on 07.12.15. The bill amt of Rs 690/- debited from my A/c but no Trasaction Slip generated. Please send the Transaction Slip to my mail id ( bose.[protected]@rocketmail.com) or please arrange to reverse the said amt to my A/c as early as possible.

    I have paid all my bills through website since October. But due to some unknown reason from November to Till date the website is not opening. I tried to pay my bill using Application. But to my surprise the app showing invalid Customer id or Consumer No. I am unable to pay last month's bill. Please help. My Consumer No [protected].

      Consumer number [protected] id [protected] i paid the bill via the cesc android app on 27/11/15. last due date is 2/12/15. transaction was successful and i received a txt msg from SBI showing transaction was successful.but till date i havent received any receipt nor the payment history in the app has updated. i would be grateful to you i[censored] do the needful. thanking you in advance

        I have paid all my monthly bills of CESC Ltd. till October 2015 for my Customer ID: [protected]/Consumer No.[protected]. But in November I am unable to view/print and pay my bill as my Customer ID [protected] is showing as Invalid. I have no information whether my Customer ID or Consumer No. has changed. Please help me so that I can obtain my Bill for October 2015 for my Customer ID: [protected]. Requesting your Urgent Help in this regard

            CESC is not taking meter reading and sending us higher bill in every alternative month. I got a Docket No 41528619 from them for the complaint and without responding they have simply mentioned in their website www.cesc.co.in, " Query Responded on 17/11/15". I have not yet got any respond

            But I have not received any communication from your end on 17/11/2015.

            our meter is accessible from the road . Any one passing through our home
            can see our meter from the road and we dont have dog at home.But they are giving excuses like house was locked, weather was not good, dog was barking at yr home etc etc and that is why reading was not taken

            Pl find attached CESC Bill of JUNE /AUGUST AND OCTOBER ALL are STAR are marked under METER READING HEAD.

            Electricity consumption Charges are on slab basis and not flat rate basis so it makes difference if they adjust the reading in next month..

                Hey i am an resident of kolkata and i am receiving excessive high amounts of bills from last month which is unexpected as my consume is not upto that level so that i could receive such huga bills. necessary action should be taken immediately. Its not a daily bill like previous months and my amount from last month of bill has just been doubled with same consumption .                   My Consumer Number is [protected] and I have been raising complaint against CESC since months but the issues were left un attended. They simply keeps on sending monthly increased bill and we are compelled to pay them without expecting revision or any co-operation from any Institution who will look after the common issues and fight for us against this corrupted company. I stay in a newly built flat and my electrical Waring is also new. All my appliances are new and during night most of the time we keep our room dark and stay jointly to avoid excessive consumption of energy. Our bill has to be from Rs.350- 400/=. But Constantly we are getting bills which amounts roughly 850 to 950/-. several times I have complained against CESC but got no response nor the billing was less. Hope it made my Bills hike as punishment rather. I had even requested them to send some experts or technicians who will check my connection thoroughly but all were left un attended. Month on month we are compelled to pay them without expecting mercy or justice from any Governing body or anti corruption department.                     As per sms recvd from your vk-cesclm the bill for the abv amt has been raised.We are shocked to note there is a jump from sept bill amt rs 1800 to rs2440 in the oct bill amt...Showing an excess of rs 640 for no cause of increase consmption of electricity by us.There is some thing gone wrong in your spliced and jumbled up wiring...Connecting several meters.There is possibility leakage of electricity at some point of old wiring connectin to several meters.Kindly depute a qualified engineer of cesc kamarhaty north regional office and arrange to do new wiring. Also pl recheck and make sure we dont have to pay thru the nose under any pressure as there is no way out but have to depend on u for the supply.Nb. We not yet installed air conditioner.

But sorry to say that I am receiving message one after another in my mobile, bearing no.[protected], that the payment against the said consumer for the month of Sept'2015 has not been made, which may please be checked from your official record and feed back may please be given to my mobile accordingly, otherwise it is most insulting, because I never became defaulter since the effecting connection on my premises.

                        Dear Sir, We are facing huge amount bill where we stay in basti/colony area.Our average bill was Rs.500 to Rs.700. But last 9 month we are paying around Rs.2000 per month but we are using same electrical items.We believe there is technical problem in meter reading otherwise it can not be possible.So please take some necessary steps otherwise family will be in dark.Please help me.                           Sir Kindly note that in my absence, the CESC Ltd has set up a new lamp post No.31/10/13, address 39, Purbo Sinthi Bye Lane, Kolkata-30, in front of my parking space. THis is causing complete blockade of parking of my car. Inspite of a written complaint to CESC, the company is reluctant to remove / relocate the lamp post. Kindly advise D. Das

                            I had given my complain regarding for your billing for the month of September 2015 where as I along with my family are in Chennai since 2nd. August 2015. How this type of billing done by you as well as collect the money from my bank.

                              My consumer number [protected] got a bill for Rs.26580/- for JUL for a locked flat. When I complained to concerned officer Saunak Chakrabarthy, He checked and told me not to pay the bill as the seems to be some mistake. He deputed another inspector, who visited the premises and noted the facts saying that there was a wrong reading. now i get another bill for Rs.26580/- saying that if i do not pay, the line will be disconnected. I should not be penalised for their inefficiency.

                                To The Divisional Engineer CESC Dear Sir, Sub: Complaint against absurd bill amount of Consumer No. [protected] The above mentioned consumer no. is of Metropolitan Institution Main Boys’ Primary School. It is observed in last three bills amount of the bills are absurdly high. Because our average bill amount is nearly 600/- to 700/-. But very surprisingly we have followed the bill amount of the month of summer vacation came around 1300/-, whereas during summer vacation the school remain closed. And in the following months the bill amount is increasing rapidly. Bill for the month of September 2015 has been raised to Rs. 1840/- (Rupees one thousand eight hundred forty) which is totally absurd. So, I am requesting you please inspect the matter and do the necessary as early as possible.                                   Dear Authorities, Since last 3/4 or more we are receiving excessive electricity bill. Our Consumer Number is [protected]. Each time it is showing increased units consumption whereas day by day we are trying to control and restrict the usage as far as possible thereby putting off the switches hand to hand and ensuring power off in all appliances after ending its function. We had complained against CESC before also and after 2/3 months the Bill became actual but I feel sorry to say that if this happens frequently then recurring complaint has to be raised and highlighted. I would request and beg for its' permanent solution.

                                    This is to inform you that my flat was under lock & key wef.19/06/2015 to 15/9/2015 as i was in Bengalluru, my daughters place, but surprisingly the electricity bill for the month 7/15, 8/15, send for rupees 420 &490 respectively.despite no consumption. Ilodged complaint from bengaluru about it, they advised me to check my meter wheather any malpractise is there, after returning from bengaluru I checked my meter by a electrician, but no foul play was noticed. There after I observed my daily consumption unit. It showed 4/4.5 units /day accordingly wef 15/9/15 to 23/9/15 ( meter reading date ) . so the electricity bill will come around rupees 250/ only, but the 9/15/electricity sent to my mail is rupees 680-00 .so you kindly please tell me the previous reading & present. my con.no.[protected] & c.id [protected]. thanks, waiting your kind advise & positive reply.

We have only one 1.5 ton Window AC...runs daily 6 hours in average...but getting bill amount around 4000/- per month in average...whereas in winter season, the same remains around 1000/- in average...kindly look into the matter as urgent.

                                        The meter for my apartment in Golf Green has been installed in Mid-August 2015 and the bill raised by CESC for the month of August 2015 is showing a net amount of Rs 4021.04 due on 08.10.2015, which is surprising. May I request the concerned department to recheck and rectify. While I will be paying the amount shown on the bill within the due date, as desired by your official at the counter, I would like a refund or rebate in the subsequent bills which should be reflected on the bill for my knowledge.
