My consumer number is [protected]. I made a payment of Rs 934.56 to CESC on 16/09/2015 using SBI Bank Net Banking. The amount was debited from my account but no transaction slip/receipt was generated. Please send my transaction receipt to my email ID ([protected]@gmail.com) as soon as possible. Otherwise please reverse the transaction so that the funds are credited back into my account....

Excess bill for the month of August 2015

Consumer no:[protected], Customer Id [protected]..This is to inform you that for the month of august the amount of the electricity bill was huge i.e Rs 1890, the unit count was 290 units .Which was on an average of 167, 154, 178, 130 and 40 respectively for the last 5 months.I think the meter was wrongly read for the month. Excess billing (10 times more)

Consumer No. [protected] It seems there has been some error or mistake in taking metre reading as our bill amount is Rs. 6970 for the month of August ' 2015 (896 units). Excess billing

Receipt not received after online bill submission

I have submitted electricity bill of july 2015 amounting of rupees 630 via online payment gateway bearing the Customerid - [protected] and Consumer id - [protected], unfortunately there was no response from your side to inform whether my payment was successful or not but the same amount was deducted from my bank account (Account Number - [protected] ), in spite of that a error message was generated stating "Receipt not received"....

Meter reader not comes

Cutting off electricity during weekdays.

It is very disappointing that CESC people asking people to sign an aggreement of no objection, they want the electrcity supply to shut down during weekdays from 11am to 4pm. It seems people and business people like us should close down our operations??? They should work at night or during weekends. It is highly disappointing from their end to even for these. Money Deducted but Payment Unsuccessful

I had made an online payment of my electric bill using SBI online banking of Rs 394.56 and the said amount has been deducted from my account but my CESE bill was not paid . Transaction was done using Billdesk. I tried to pay the bill again. So in turn my bill amount was deducted twice from my account.

Fake electricity bill
