This has reference to your sms on 25th September 2015 for the billing month July 2015 which is Rs 3530/- It is much higher with respect to normal bills which are average Rs 1000 to maximum 1500/- Probably the last reading was not proper.Please verify and send the corrected bill in connection.     Please note that we do not have an AC connection and only 1 person is staying at my flat mentioned below. Inspite of that my Aug' 15 bill stood at Rs. 1100/- which is highly unjustified. It appears that the meter checker had put in an average figure while noting down our meter reading. Please look into this and ensure that these kinds of incidents are not repeated in future.       NAME- Manoj kumar sethia Customer id- [protected], consumer no.-[protected] from last one and half year i am averagely paying the bill of Rs 14, 000 in this above mentioned and Rs 15, 000 on the below mentioned consumer id and customer id. Name- Sanjay sethia customer id- [protected], consumer no.[protected]. They have made this as dada giri. When asked for rechecking they says ki first pay the bill. And once the bill is paid then they we will see into this matter next time. On an average I am currently paying Rs 30, 000 as electricity bill. No one is there to stand with the customer. They say that all is fine. There is no problem. If any one runs out factory then also not more then 20, 000 will inncurr. Please help me out. My address is 7A, allen by road opp to forum mall near cream centre Bhawanipur-700020 .

        We are facing lot of problems from lastone year as continuously even after saying that we are receiving huge amount of bill CESE guys are not ready to listen only.Can u image that a mid income family gets a bill of 30, 000 thousand. When we say them how can we get bill of 30, 000 they say that it's done on an average. Last month we got bill of 12, 000

          My consumer number is [protected]. I made a payment of Rs 934.56 to CESC on 16/09/2015 using SBI Bank Net Banking. The amount was debited from my account but no transaction slip/receipt was generated. Please send my transaction receipt to my email ID ([protected]@gmail.com) as soon as possible. Otherwise please reverse the transaction so that the funds are credited back into my account.

            Consumer no:[protected], Customer Id [protected]..This is to inform you that for the month of august the amount of the electricity bill was huge i.e Rs 1890, the unit count was 290 units .Which was on an average of 167, 154, 178, 130 and 40 respectively for the last 5 months.I think the meter was wrongly read for the month.               Consumer No. [protected] It seems there has been some error or mistake in taking metre reading as our bill amount is Rs. 6970 for the month of August ' 2015 (896 units). This cannot be correct as there has never been such high consumption ever. We do not even have Air conditioner. Also, last 2 months consumption units had been 72 and 99 respectively.                   This is to inform you that my electricity bill for July 2015(NAME--MD HELALUDDIN HAIDER, ADDRESS--11/B ANJUMAN ROAD KOLKATA 700014, CUSTOMER ID-[protected], BILL NO- [protected]) is Rs 4430 and total unit 513. But no checking of meter was done on be half of you for this month and even today the meter does't show that such a huge unit has been consumed.This bill is unexeptedly high because I don't have AC or anything that consume so much electricity. Please take necessary step to adjust the excess amount after checking the meter and oblige me.

                    I have submitted electricity bill of july 2015 amounting of rupees 630 via online payment gateway bearing the Customerid - [protected] and Consumer id - [protected], unfortunately there was no response from your side to inform whether my payment was successful or not but the same amount was deducted from my bank account (Account Number - [protected] ), in spite of that a error message was generated stating "Receipt not received".

                      The last complaint docket no. # 21544575 I reported Meter reading: Previous 4092, Reading as on 24/08 - 4241 Units consumed: 149 units The original incorrect bill that I received showed consumption of 396 units as on 07/Aug15 Could you please send me a revised bill for 149units as on 24th Aug15 at the earliest ??                         Hello CESC, Meter reader not use to come for meter reading in my home in every month. As a result we need to go manually in CESC office to note down meter reading to generate every month bill.                               Hi, my Consumer no. is [protected] /Consumer id. [protected] This is with reference to my June & July'15 electricity bill. The electricity bill for the month of July'15, is Rs 5790. This is much higher them what I have been paying in last 5 years to CESC for a monthly bill. My average electricity consumption is approx. 270 units, hence such charges are beyond comprehension. I had a similar experience with the June'15 Billing, where initially the Bill sent to me was for Rs 10940, which was reduced to Rs 6690 post complaint registered vide Docket No. 21535004 with cesc. I was not given any clear reason for the higher bill charged, I was told that the bills for March, April & May'15 were charged on the lower side hence the balance has been charged in June. I feel this is customer harassment and seek your support in resolving this at the earliest. Regards Santanu Guha [protected]

                                I have submitted my request to district engineer south west kolkata taratola for shifting the ground attachment support wire of electric pole no. 67/9 situated on binova bhave road( sil thakurbari road) in front of premises no. 79b binova bhave road( 21 no.                                   I, Mrs Arati Sen Gupta- Consumer No - [protected], LP NO-93/1, had received one green bill (for the month of July 2015), where NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION served towards negligence shown for non-payment of electricity bill for the month of May 2015. To avoid further inconvenience I had paid Rs 3810.00(Electricity Bill for the Month of July 2015) on dtd 12th August 2015 to your 6, Mandeville Garden Branch. So far my knowledge concern as a responsible citizen I use to pay all my statutory obligations well within the time period. Please note that I had paid my electricity bill of Rs 2140.00 for the month of MAY 2015 on dtd 19.6.2015 which is also appearing rear side of the bill raised for the month of June 2015(Paid on 17th July 2015). A similar case also noticed by me during checking my present & previous bills that same type of NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION was served during the month of March 2014 by warning me for negligence shown towards non-payment of electricity bill for the month of February 2014 of Rs 991.63. But for your information I would like to write that an amount of Rs 980 (net payment) was made on dtd 17th March 2014(Due date was 19th March 2014).
