[Resolved] Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Money deducted from bank account but bill not paid | |||||
I was paying my monthly bill of may'17. The transaction was being processed but then the browser showed that server timed out. I got a message that rs. Xxxx has been deducted from my account regarding cesc. The next time i checked in to cesc, it is not showing the latest bill that i paid now. Jun 12, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved My problem was resolved.My complain was forwarded to cesc.In about an hour i got cesc's message.Thanks to consumer complaints. Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Today I paid the electricity bill no. [protected]/03199, dt.07.04.2019 due on 18.04.2019 for Rs.1, 430.00 for the Month of March, 2019 online through Debit card and Bill gateway. My customer ID is [protected]. The said amount of Rs.1, 430.00 was debited from my S/B account, but no receipt was received. Kindly mail the receipt ASAP.
