[Resolved] Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Money deducted from bank account but bill not paid

I was paying my monthly bill of may'17. The transaction was being processed but then the browser showed that server timed out. I got a message that rs. Xxxx has been deducted from my account regarding cesc. The next time i checked in to cesc, it is not showing the latest bill that i paid now. I think that the bill is not paid but the money has been deducted. Please help.

My problem was resolved.My complain was forwarded to cesc.In about an hour i got cesc's message.Thanks to consumer complaints.
