I booked a Bus ticket in Redbus on 22/03/2020 and paid through amazon pay.but ticket is cancelled on same day due to covid-19 outbreak & India lockdown.
Refund initiated and refunded on 22/03/2020 as per amazon but the amount is not credited to my bank account.
After I contacted amazon then they given the refund reference number #[protected].After that I contacted canara Bank customer care but they can't locate the refund reference number.
Please solve my problem, because I need the money urgently.
Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
