Hello,

My name is Nagaraj S Naik, My account number is[protected], Branch-Benjanapadavu.
I booked a Bus ticket in Redbus on 22/03/2020 and paid through amazon pay.but ticket is cancelled on same day due to covid-19 outbreak & India lockdown.
Refund initiated and refunded on 22/03/2020 as per amazon but the amount is not credited to my bank account.
After I contacted amazon then they given the refund reference number #[protected].After that I contacted canara Bank customer care but they can't locate the refund reference number.
Please solve my problem, because I need the money urgently.

    Sir, my name is hemant kumar. I was pay 16673 rs. On 8th march 2020 in yatra.com acount. But the transaction was failed and the amount was deducted from my account. It is not refunded to me yet after 22 days left. I also complained in my canara bank branch my account number is[protected]. And my mobile number which is registered in the branch is [protected].
    Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      This is to bring to your kind notice that i did not received cash from atm (Sequence atm txn.[protected] but the amount of rupees 5000 got debited from my account. I messaged suspect on the number 56161 but no action has been taken yet. Please look into the matter. Kindly clarify weather the amount will be credited to my account within 7 working days or not?

        My 3 products refund transection id which i've still not received... Sir i cancelled 3 product of amazon on 20th march 2020 which are pre paid soo as i know bank take 3 to 5 business days to reflect our amount in our account but today is day 10th day and i still not received my amount... Please help me...

            From last 2 days your I am trying to recharge my Airtel data pack but your bank is not allowing to take our money its success rate is less try other option I tried about 50 time at different time but always failed first there were many bank which also showed low success rate but at last all bank shows nothing except cannara bank city Union Bank was your good compitator in failing transaction but it also become normal at about 07.00 pm only cannara bank never showed up please do anything before tommorow 8 am before I wake up or else time to change bank with all my friends and family

                  But not received the cash. Message displayed in atm machine-'please contact your branch'.
                  But i got message two times that amount has been debited. That is rs.14000 has been debited from account, without receiving cash.

                      Please improve net banking options canara internet banking app i want to add biller or urn number in internet banking app.. But there is no option at all.. Please provide add biller options in net banking as soon as possible because i want to add biller and autopay automatically in net banking this add biller or add biller name, urn number this option is in every banks internet banking.
                      But we don't have this option in canara internet banking...
                      Please update this app it's very worst please try to understand and update this candi or canara bank app like other banks mobile banking app example like axis bank hdfcbank icici bank etc
                      Please update as soon as possible

                        Hi I am trying to activate net banking for canara bank by clicking new registration.
                        After entering details like account number, customer id and debit card number, the system shows below error.

                        First name/Last name/Fullname are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, Please contact branch.

                                  I cancelled an order ID[protected] for rupees 657.40 and the refund was processed by Amazon bearing refund reference # 501883 but the amount has not been credited to my account yet. I contacted to Canara Bank customer care as mentioned in the mail from Amazon but customer care representative from the bank showed inability to help out in locating the above mentioned refund reference number. Kindly get it resolved.

                                    I did 4 transaction on 16 march 202 i did my airtel dth recharge on 16th mar 2020 at 16.31 pm. Rs 300 withdrawn from my account but i didn't get recharge. I did transaction from amazon pay upi. I contact to amazon and airtel as well. Airtel said recharge is failed and amazon also said failed. Please have a look at my transaction. Kindly refund my money in my account i will be thankful to u.

                                        I, mr. Muguvalappa nagarajanna vishwanath, retired on 30th sep 2014 and my ppo no. Is ppo no. C/navy/17248/2014 having account no.[protected] at canara bank, ndc bhandup branch, mumbai, was receiving my pension and medical allowance (Rs 500/- during 6th pay commission & presently rs. 1000/- of 7th pay commission) regularly.

                                        It was discontinued since last 3-4 years. I made several rounds to the branch. At last i made a written complaint on 13th nov 2019 and the same was sent to your office on 16th nov 2019 and also a reminder on 15th jan 2020 by the mumbai branch. However no reply as on date received, by you

                                        In view of above, no action was taken by cppc, i was forced to complaint to pensioner’s cell on 20th jan 2020. The same was processed and informed vide their letter at/psb/ni/cnb/cppc/2020 dt 18th feb 2020 that paying of fixed medical allowance is already notified in the said ppo. (Copy attached for ready reference).

                                        I hope that the matter will be resolved as the case is more than 4 months old.
