I, mr. Muguvalappa nagarajanna vishwanath, retired on 30th sep 2014 and my ppo no. Is ppo no. C/navy/17248/2014 having account no.[protected] at canara bank, ndc bhandup branch, mumbai, was receiving my pension and medical allowance (Rs 500/- during 6th pay commission & presently rs. 1000/- of 7th pay commission) regularly.
It was discontinued since last 3-4 years. I made several rounds to the branch. At last i made a written complaint on 13th nov 2019 and the same was sent to your office on 16th nov 2019 and also a reminder on 15th jan 2020 by the mumbai branch. However no reply as on date received, by you
In view of above, no action was taken by cppc, i was forced to complaint to pensioner’s cell on 20th jan 2020. The same was processed and informed vide their letter at/psb/ni/cnb/cppc/2020 dt 18th feb 2020 that paying of fixed medical allowance is already notified in the said ppo. (Copy attached for ready reference).
I hope that the matter will be resolved as the case is more than 4 months old.
