As per Capgemini, they have transferred my Provident fund to my present employer.
I can see the status of the request in the EPFO as claim settled, but the transferred amount is 0. I have checked with the EPFO team and they have told me that this is what they have received from Capgemini and I need to contact Capgemini for an original copy of Annexure K and transaction details. I notified the same to capgemini, they asked me to resubmit an application for transfer by sending annexure K, but this time also same issue happened. And now I have been in touch with the Capgemini retirals team, allsectech, excelity global, but no resolution, no response over calls, emails. We even do not know where to contact since these people do not respond over emails. When we call to company reception then either they do not respond or ask to write email and royally use to disconnect the call.

This is happening since June 2020 and really frustrating chasing these people for our own money because of their incapability to provide proper service in timely manner.
Capgemini customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
