The offshore delivery manager/Portfolio Manager in a europian project-hyderabad(GAR tower 3, Kokapet) thinks that he is the king of the project.
Those who raise genuine concerns or share their opinion, they will be target to him a d he will assassinate their characters by his cunning nature, giving bad review comments and poor ratings in the performance appraisal
There are lot of complaints on this portfolio manager but he is still playing games and surviving with the top management support.
It's because of this sick minded people Capgemini is becoming a dirty place to work.

    It has been almost a year I have applied for PF transfer from capgemini account to current employer . They said They have initiated transfer but it didnot seem so. Later I have applied for PF withdrawl which also I didnot get response. There is no phone no to contact. Their email response is very slow.

      I have attended interview on 24th October 2020 mumbai and cleared all round and got selected on 11th November 2020. At the end of the day got the hr call for salary discussion and I had submitted all my documents. But till now no response or call for the offer letter. I tried to contact my recruiter but no response from them till now.
      So i would like to request you that please let me know by when I will receive offer letter.

          Hi, I am an ex-igate (currently capgemini) employee. I was employed with Igate from July 19, 2010 to September 11, 2015.

          I have been trying to withdraw my PF as i no longer reside in India and it serves no purpose for me as it has been more than 8 years since last i worked in India.

          PF withdrawal now requires UAN number. I have tried to generate it online but since my PF account is prior to 2014, i could not do it myself and EPFO website did not recognize my PF number.

          I reached to Capgemini in January 2020 to assist with UAN generation as it can be done only my employer for older PF accounts.

          I have sent may be 30+ emails and provided every bit of information to capgemini officials to generate my UAN. There has been no response for almost 1 year now to generate a simple UAN number which is may be 5minutes work for them.

          There has been emails after emails to follow up and capgemini responds once in a month or twice a month but they do not tell me what they need nor they generate UAN number.

          This has been almost borderline harassment as this HR team would not provide what employees need and in turn withholding my PF withdrawal money for over an year.

          I am attaching the email thread and conversation with them. Please note, as the email thread is long and this site only allows jpg files, i am attaching multiple jpg files.

          I am now formally raising this complaint and seek resolution. This torture to withhold money is very stressful and i require the money and Capgemini as an ex-employer is not helping.

              Provident Fund transfer

              I had transferred my PF amount from Accenture to Capgemini, which was successfully transferred. Post that, I had requested for transfer of PF from Capgemini to my current organization, LTI about 5 months ago. When I saw the amount which was transferred, it was only the PF amount during my time with Capgemini and not the total amount.               Please note that i had received an email with pf settlement details from capgemini which is 54434 rupees only.
              But, i had transferred PF amount of 129738 rupees from PF account KDMAL[protected] which is my previous organisation (Lionbridge Technologies) to PF account PUPUN[protected]E0211877 which is capgemini trust.
              My transferred amount has settled in passbook status on october.

              Here my issue is i had received an amout of 54434 rupees only and still i need to receive an amount of 129738 rupees (which is in capgemini trust).
              I am following up with the retairals team and other for the same since two months.

              So, could you please rectify my issue and provide me my pf amount 129738 blocked in capgemini trust ?

              Also note that i have a medical emergency.

                I was started PF transfer process 5 months before still i m not received. I have done 32 mail conversation, every time they trying to escape.

                What are the way to do legal complaint against company ?

                    Iam working for HCL Technologies now, I requested for PF amount transfer from EPFO portal and submitted the signed form 13. I was shocked to see that claim is settled and 0 Rs/- (Zero) fund is transferred.
                    Despite of all mail exchanges and twice claim request they settled for ZERO Rupees.
                    Please help me in above case.

                      As per Capgemini, they have transferred my Provident fund to my present employer.

                      I can see the status of the request in the EPFO as claim settled, but the transferred amount is 0. I have checked with the EPFO team and they have told me that this is what they have received from Capgemini and I need to contact Capgemini for an original copy of Annexure K and transaction details. I notified the same to capgemini, they asked me to resubmit an application for transfer by sending annexure K, but this time also same issue happened. And now I have been in touch with the Capgemini retirals team, allsectech, excelity global, but no resolution, no response over calls, emails. We even do not know where to contact since these people do not respond over emails. When we call to company reception then either they do not respond or ask to write email and royally use to disconnect the call.

                        As per Capgemini, they have transferred my Provident fund to my present employer.

                        I have been in touch with the Capgemini retirals team and because I have not been able to get any answers from the team for the last 1 year, I have escalated this to the highest level but I have still not received even an acknowledgment of the complaint and hence I am raising a complaint here.

                        Attaching the communication history with Capgemini from Nov 2020 in Capgemini Retiral too.. Only answer we get is "will update in 2 or 3 days" .By 2 or 3 days Capgemini meant is 2 or 3 years?

                        Capgemini is ### company. So mANY COMPLAINTs are like this only. They did the same in my case also. Its really frustrating chasing such ### people for our own Money.

                            I have applied for pf transfer from Capgemini to Amex. Transfer shows complete at EPFO portal and have received annexure K from the pf department.
                            Amex requires NEFT reference number and beneficiary details from last employer i.e Capgemini.
                            It's been over 1.5 months chasing Capgemini as well as Allsec but no one responds on mail or even phone.

                              I am an ex-employee of Capgemini. They have updated incorrect Date of joining in EPFO portal and due to this on transfer PF page, Capgemini is shown as my current employer. Due to this issue i am not able to transfer PF in my current employer.

                                Capgemini has a PF trust and I have been trying to withdraw my PF amount from almost an year now. Initially they asked me to send documents to their mailing address. I sent them 3 times and they always said they did not receive. However the courier delivery always showed delivered in tracking status. Then they replied to my email and asked for sending documents in email. After I sent they never turned up. I keep sending emails but they do not respond. Even I tried escalating process and sent emails to escalation matrix and emails but still no reply. It’s been years now that I am not working. I want my money.

                                  I am trying to contact Capgemini regarding PF issue pending from 2 years.. They are neither resolving nor giving any response in back.. Send emails to their PF department, retiral portal, allumini portal etc. But no response in back.

I am frustrated with poor responds from these people. I am going to lodge a legal complaint against this issue. if i dont get responds from here.
