gratuity amount - delaying the process

Hi Team,

I have submitted my Gratuity amount and till now Capgemini is not crediting my amount. I have transferred all the details. Mr. Naran Desai from Capgemini also confirms I will get the gratuity amount before the end of Dec 2019. Till now I have not received any credit. I left Capgemini in the month of Dec 2018.

capgemini kolkata employee commited suicide

Dear team,

Capgemini kolkata employee committed suicide due to tremendous humiliation at workplace and abusing language by his manager and senior manager.

He also wrote a suicide note and mentioned the name of person responsible for.

Several employee left the organisation just because of there torture and several employees are in mental depression...

Few weeks back i got a call from hr regarding interview, then they ask my current salary and expected salary and they agreed and call me for the interview process at noida office for aem developer profile. profile kept on hold

I have interviewed in capgemini for hfm consultant, i have cleared all rounds of interview,
1. Telephonic
2. Face to face
3. Client round

After completing technical interview, i got and email from capgemini saying that you have cleared interview process and asked for submitting all documents including letter of authorization,

Once i done, not a single call received from hr, my consultancy...

pf withdrawal after quitting from capgemini

I resigned from capgemini in april 2017. I was told that i could withdraw my pf amount after 60 days. For the past 12 months i have tried following up with the retiral services team at capgemini mumbai office but have not heard back from them. It has been 1 year now and i am trying to withdraw my pf amount from capgemini.

The epfo site says "present employer has not made payment in your pf account."

Please provide email id for transferring my pf account from igate to wipro for pune location.
Also, provide the address to which the form13 should be sent to get it duly signed.

Sudden change in notice period

Hi,

I am an employee of Capgemini India. I was hired few months back and at that time in my offer letter the notice period for termination was mentioned as 1 month. I accepted it rather it was so for all those who joined in that period. Recently we have been informed through email that the notice period will be increased to 3 months from June 1st. Hi Team, I am trying to reach out recruiter via mail/call but she is not responding .As per request I have shared all necessary details with BGV team its been quite long nearby 2 month they not given me update .
