[Resolved]  Capital First — Blocked an emi card without any intimation.

I'm a capital first customer. I've bought many consumer product and it product using my emi card with the credit limit of 80, 000.

Card nunber:705195

Ive been making payments on time almost for last two-three years without delaying. I didnt miss a single emi during this period. I have one last emi for the month of may. Today on 13th april 2016, i received message from capital first mentioning my card is blocked due to internal policy. Capital first is so very incompetent that they are least botherd to inform their customers well in advance about this. When i called customer care at 11.38am on the same day, i spoke to manish. He was very rude towards me and all he kept on saying is its internal policy which he can't disclose with me. I really don't understand what kind of policy is this which is affecting customers like us. Now it will be unlocked 90 days after clearing all my dues. That means almost 4 months i can't use my card. I asked manish for his manager or supervisor. He kept me on hold and got the same reason which u get in all call centers. "my supervisor is not available and he is in a meeting" i was ready to wait. But he hung up on me. This is really an appalling service..

Same case here,

My card is also blocked for no reason, Capital First team why are blocking the card without any intimation or why the card was blocked. Your customer service team doesnt know why its policy except for a reason which states its internal policy.

Why are toubling the customers who pay the EMI on time.

I have 2 loan going on, out of which i have already closed 1 loan withaout any bouncebacks. Please let us know why the card is been blocked and waiting for 90 days without a reason is stupidity.

This will not earn you a good customer relation.

Please chnage your policy or you gonna lose customers for sure.

I have two loan accounts with Capital first.I have clear all the dues first loan account and paying emi regularly on second loan being account no. 11214428. I have visited to Vijay sales for purchasing products on EMIl. The executive informed me about my card was blocked.

The response from customer care is "it was closed due to internal policy".

Please update when it was blocked and reason behind the same..

capital first easy buy card is very hopeless. no any use in time...not more limit after pay all dues payment. in customer care and mail answer only that internal policy ?????? what rubish ????!!!. if customer miss onne or two emi missed but after only some days made full payment then why blocked card ? in this time honest customer go other option and leave capital first.
please do some thing if want stable in market and want more customer

I have three loan accounts with Capital first. I have cleared all the dues of my 2 loan accounts and paying emi regularly . I have visited to Chroma for purchasing products on EMIl. The executive informed me about my card was blocked.

The response from customer care was, "Your card has been blocked temporarily".

Please update when it was blocked and reason behind the same..

Dear Concern

I have been using EB Card for morth thn 3 yrs and no emi is pending, went to Croma on the day of Diwali to Buy UHD LED after to finalising the product went to Capital First executive and being told my card is temporarily blocked for no reason.

I came back and spoken with customer care executive and aslo marked an email got the same lame reply blocked due to internal policy.

I am desperate to know the reason behind temporary blocking of my card.
