I have taken a personal loan amount of 250000/- with 16% pa. In my login portal showing it was 27.53% pa. I have asked them there is no reply about interest rate and other charges and their benefits also like insurance and all. They are always blaming the customer.

amount : 250000/-
ROI: 16% Pa,
Tenure : 3 years
then EMI: 8790/- but they are Taking 10278/- I have given many online loan EMI calculators for proof. But there is no information.

I am seeing these type of messages from last 3 weeks... There is no response instead of these type of message.. No solution and no answer about my loan and charges like insurance and what is the benefits and other charges...

      I paid my 2 wheeler loan foreclose amount through neft as mentioned in the mail and i shared my utn number with customer executive om the same day and they informed that it will update within 5 to 7 working days. But still now its not yet updated on their database. Everytime when iam calling they are saying like cal after 2 days. And the customer service is very worst, they are not even hearing properly our needs. Im calling daily to their customer support and mail also sent but there is no response from their side. Very frustrating.

        I had applied for pl for rs.250, 000/- (rupees two lacs fifty thousand only) from your esteemed organization (loan account # 8122877) from indore office and the amount has also been credited today to my respective scb bank account with the deduction of rs.14, 240/- including the insurance charges for rs.8, 000/- which was not disclosed at all by the sales executive (shubham upadhyaya – mbl. # +[protected], +[protected]. for the same i have raised the complaint with indore office rm mr. jeevan (mbl. # +[protected] and also registered a complaint at customer care.

        As i do not need the insurance, so would like to request to you kindly reverse the deducted insurance charges and credit back to my scb account and if it is not possible then i would like to return the credited loan amount at indore office. request to you please do the needful at the earliest.

          I want to state that a capital first fraud agent name Sanjib barua, who promised me to create a loan from capital first, he first told me to deposit processing fees in his account, his account no is -([protected]) at UCO bank.At first he told me to give money very confidently, after giving money he brings some pranks like it need an insurance or "i will give u a better loan" etc and told me to give more money, and keep pressure on me, i denied his proposal and i haven't got back my money yet, he is a perfect fraudster.so i want from consumer forum to get back my money plz, and take sufficient steps against this liar.

            Reference Agreement No. 3385907 and letter (email) at 12.10 am on 16.10.2016.

            Dear Sir,

            With reference to above letter and Loan a/c no, I paid all outstanding EMI up-to last months. And due to some personnel problem I repeatedly applied to your representative directly, over phone and via email (I may submit required documents to prove it) to change my Bank and A/C no for your existing EMI. But you are unable to change the bank details for your EMI.
            Due to your negligence some EMI returned and after received call from your representative I paid all outstanding EMI up-to last month (I may submit required documents to prove it). Finally last month (Sept/2016) your representative after received EMI, take a cancelled cheque and fill-up with my signature a new EMI form for change my bank and account.
            But unfortunately no amount debited from my new account as an EMI for capital fast. And at 12.10 am on 16.10.2016 you send a letter to threat me regarding to complain to CIBIL.

            For your kind information if do so I will be bound to take some legal action through Low and Order against your company and you will be responsible for that.
            You are again requested to change my bank and account no for existing EMI.
            And as per my commitment as on letter (mail ) dated 25.08.2016, I send said complain to the Consumer Forum, Ombudsmen the human rights and finance minister .

              Sir, My name is Vijay kumar Singh, working in a Pvt Ltd company in Gurgaon as less than average paid salaried person. Due to some urgent personal requirement I applied for Personal Loan of amount Rs 3 Lacks.

              In this regard I was offered a personal loan from a Lady (Kusum, Mob No. [protected]) saying that she is calling from Standard Chartered & she can offer me Personal Loan at 12.99 % with zero percent processing fee & after my consent she got collected all the required documents, After that she called me that Loan is not possible to avail from Standard chartered as I never applied any loan in the past.

              After few days she called me once again saying your Loan will be sanctioned at same rate by NBFC (Capital First) & asked to complete the formalities which I did accordingly.

              She got signed agreement by me & collected the cheques also.

              I was surprised when I got the SMS from Capital First that Rs. 287260/- is credited to my account at an interest rate of 19% which was actually not as per her commitment.

              In addition when I contacted to customer care of Capital first then they said it is not Personal Loan, it is Business Loan.

              I request you to please help me because it is not affordable to me to pay EMI at this rate of interest. I am ready to return the amount to Capital First & want close the deal with him as I am cheated by them & that Lady.

              Looking forward to your positive response & want immediate action on the company & that Lady who is not picking my phone as well, so that they cannot fraud with others.

                  I had a TW loan which was closed in previous month (i.e September, 2016) and I was supposed to get a corresponding NOC document against my loan ref no. 2363053 after that through my mail. But unfortunately I still didn't receive any kind of NOC documents from Capital First. I also tried downloading my NOC through their customer portal but it's saying that “NOC of closed cases for TW and Auto Loan is not allowed from here”.
                  I couldn't get any way to contact them as the customer care no. is useless, every time I used to call them, the call gets failed. I also tried to contact them via email but no response at all.

                    Needs your urgent and immediate attention in this, Subject loan account number Oct'16 emi got returned and when i checked my bank account more than sufficient balance was available, I called up customer care for the same, Executive was also not aware of the same as return reason was not updated, When i asked for emi payment thru online transfer he asked me to wait till 12th Oct due to 2nd batch recovery of bounced EMI runs on that date.

                    I just call from some collection executive from this number [protected] insisting me to pay him bounced EMI. I don't want just harassment, 1st EMI bounced due to no fault of mine then collection calls. pfa statement where sufficient balance was there, I have FD backed OD limit in my account where OD Limit is INR 2.81 Lac

                    Kindly fix this issue immediately. i am really disappointed with services

                    Seems there is no one interest on harassment done in this case today is 12th Oct and as per below executive confirmation that EMi would be debited thru ECS nothing has happened till date.

                    I am continuously getting calls from your collection executive.

                    I would this matter to public and regulator if this doesn't settle immediately and sue your company in case my credit history affected due to this.

                      Documents submitted still being charged ecs bounce charges

                      I had bought an AC from Capital first despite submitting all the required documents twice at Reliance in GIP Mall i am still being charge the ECS bounced Charges every month . This company is a Fraud and RELIANCE DIGITAL at GIP Mall noida is also involved in it ..

                      I have been calling up customer care almost every month to know the status and it is ridiculous that despite the fact that all documents are placed the call centre...

                      I raised the service requeston 1st oct 2016 regarding pee closure of my loan through customer care that employee said you will get pregnant closure statement to ur mail I'd within 2 working days then u can close ur loan. But still it's not send to my mail I'd. Can u plz explain how long it ll take to send the one statement. And that guys don't know WATS the procedure to pee close my personal loan.                         Dear team, it's too ridiculous, i am continuously follow up with your team. And still my payment didn't update yet. I have raised the loan closer request on 19 sept and done the payment on 21 sept. And also share bank reference number too. And payment is not updated yet.
                        Whenever i called, just received only one answer it will take 5 days to get updated.
                        Already 15 days have been done and didn't received any response from team. And installment of loan have deducted from my account.
                        Kindly do the needful and close the loan account, return the amount which has been deducted yesterday. And also share noc docs of the same.

                        Took loan for Tv around 3 back. For i paid the second last Emi twice... Now today they cut ₹2500 saying that we didn't paid money. Money has already been paid.i do have every receipt and details as a proof with me..

                          We have initiated the process to update the fresh ecs mandate with your banker. On successful registration of the mandate, the ecs would be presented to your bank account from the month of october 2016.

NAVEEN KUMAR, I took a mobile in loan and I hv cleared it without any check bounce and while applying they charged me 300 saying this is for emi card I hv finished my loan term also still I din get my emi card...                                 I have loan with capital first in april_16.. lan :-. 5500253 ..for ac yet I haven't receive my Emi card..I pay regularly Emi of 3042.. and also paid for Emi card fees..so..send Emi card.. otherwise I can go in Grahak forum..customer care...tamari to...b...bh...tamari registering web par rajister karva ma pan the Jana nathi..that show we send code in yr mail box but there is no reply send code ..yr service is very bed and very candam... That Bajaj finance is too...good and better service than u..your com policy is bed..take ruppes name of Emi card..and after never send ...it calll making c...OK fine yr 350 words is complete or get more

                                  Sir i have account with capital first and they collected installment from me even after deduction from my account and they have also collected bounce charges from me. And even they disturbed me by making calls that i did not pay my installment. This causing to my reputation and this black mark may lead to negative in cibil which will effect my future plans. Sir so please take action and help me out.

                                  after the complaint the company person mailed me and asked me to mail to his personal id and asked to mail me my details to him so i mailed him. later on in the next mail he mailed me regarding the progress in my issue and he also confirmed me that some processes are needed to be done before the complaint is completely resolved and they adjusted money of the previous EMI in this month's EMI they deposited the rest of the amount in my account with in 8 working days thanks for your help and also the company responded to me positively and i hope that the higher officials are pretty clear about the issues

                                    Sir, I have sent Mail on 12 July to customer care and on 22 and today.
                                    my wife MeenaRamesh taken loan and was regular, unfortunate due her Health problem & bed rest, she was not able to pay. I am S.Ramesh sent mail that i take all responsibility and first week of August i will pay the full amount. I worked in Vishakapatnam Port trust due to some reason my Money Held up from 2007 inPort Trust, The Chairman of Vishakaptnam Mr.M.T.Krishna Babu, Ordered to clear and pay me the full amount may be some more days i am waiting. Your Lawyer from Chennai Mr.Ragavan and Mr.Baskar cell no-[protected], called i said give me time and forwarded the mail which i sent on 12th July to customer care.Today they called me and spoke in very very indesent WORDS.

                                      My name is arjun ray, had a consumer loan account with capital first and my emi was pending because of some personal reasons. Once day i received the call from laxman ([protected]). He told that i am manager of capital first and please pay your emi and i will give the waiver of emi bouncing charges. I transfer the 3434 to his account and asked him to send an e-mail, but he did not send, so now i asked him to give his manager no, he gave anthony no [protected], i spoke to him and he told that i will not give you the waiver and if you do not pay i will update it to cibil, that laxman paid only 1717 one month emi, remaining with him only and he saying i have made the payment, but online is not showing.

                                      I was taken a durable loan from Capital First on July-16, Against that durable loan they offer me a pre-Approved personal loan of an amount 1, 40, 000. After my interest taken on that loan they are playing with me from last one month.
                                      It's completely playing with customers who actually want to do transaction with company...

                                      Shame on it...
