    Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a consumer loan for AC since April 2013 and have been paying EMI every month from starting I had given check as first installment and for rest I initiated ECS from bank but after a month a team member from your company call me for check and told due to some technical issue your ECS was not processed and also told that don’t worry every month a collection executive will come and collect the check the same has been confirm by customer care also and told if any issue we let you know now the EMI is about to close when I called to customer care to ask about NOC and all he replied me that I am having 2400/- Rs. Charge of check bounce for first installment if my first check was bounce then there should be an alert from your side like call, SMS, E-mail etc. you could send a communication through collection executive and even when I asked for that you told me like technical issue from your end and you collect all the check now I am not going to pay this charge please wave off this amount and process for my NOC.

My complaint is only that if this company has not contacted me to inform about the ECS failure and bounce

Charges how can they charge me the same and why would i pay when i was never informed about the same.

I would consider it as a cheating case by Capital First as the amount of my first EMI cheque differs from the original amount. The people had the knowledge about it and still the amount has been withdrawn from my account. They have misguided from the very first day I have taken their service. They have asked me for a different cheque which was also given to them with the original amount but they have presented the earlier cheque and they have not till date returned my cheque. How can they keep somebody's else property in their What was their intentions i dont know, i also dont understand one thing, we give them business take their service leaving behind other premium brands and they take us for granted. They crave to extend their service and once we take it, they show such behavior of indecency. They should be penalized and deregister.

I Vidhu Siddharth Yedery had availed the captioned loan account from Future Capital for Purchase of Furniture. I have repaid the total amount in full. I would like to bring to your notice that due to some unavoidable circumstance the November EMI was bounced. I have paid Rs. 400/- in cash along with the EMI to the Collections person who came and collected the EMI in cash. The Loan was Closed in January-2013.

Recently I wanted to apply for a loan and when the Bank retrived my CIBIL report it is showing Rs. 22,175/- as Current Balance and Rs. 800/- as Over due charges.

I am forwarding the entire chain of mails between me and Future Capital. And you can see that I mailed them continuosly to collect the charges from me (Rs. 800/-). And I also intimated them about the Current Balance showing in the account. But I am not getting any response from them.

I am also attaching a copy of my Payment receipt. You can see that my entire credit history has been spoilt.

I recently applied for a loan from a Bank and they denied me the loan because of Overdue in loan and current balance in loan.

Its my humble request for you sir, to kindly intervene and help me to recover my credit back.

        Awaiting your reply sir,

        Thanks & Regards,

        Vidhu Siddharth Yedery

Its a fraud company trying to cheat people. Purchased a fridge from big bazaar through future money, chennai in 2010 August in 12 months emi, Two months emi was paid in advance, 10 months emi was paid monthly, after paying for 6 months, preclosed the loan on the 7th month paying all dues in advance in 2011. After 3-1/2 years, someone suddenly calling stating he is a lawyer from capital first and going to initiate legal proceeding for not paying three months due. Thought i am a fool. I have all the phone numbers from which they are calling. I am going to hand over them to the police and initiate a compensation case for 1 crore against this fraud company Capital first. Do not buy anything from big bazaar or ezone financed by Capital first, its a fraud company.
I have financed washing machine with Capital First with 8:2 scheme. I have paid 2 months installments as down-payment and 2 other in subsequent months. However ECS which I signed was not working (God know how they collected or submitted the form)and I had pay them manually. I ended the loan with Full and Final settlement by paying a F&F amount in August.

However I have been receiving messages and calls regarding repayment repeatedly every month and I have been following it up with your customer service agents and others with no fruitful outcome.

The calls and messages are now threatening with legal action and spoiling my credit score.

I am sorry but this is very bad way of doing business.

        Regards,

I had bought a LG LED Television and had opted for the EMI option thru Future Capital Holdings.
One fine day, I got a call from the customer care and was informed that the ECS got rejected by the bank due to sign mismatch. I requested to fill fresh ECS form to avoid any such rejection.
I even requested your colection agency to collect the payment from my office on working days or at my residence on weekly holidays. But no one has turned up but I was regularly getting the calls. At Last on 23rd Dec one executive named Anand Verma visited my house to collect the payment. I paid Rs.5550/- in cash. I even inquired that can I pay next EMI in advance, which he refused. He even called up his office and gave the request to stop the ECS and confirmed to me that the ECS will not hit, and told me that I will get a call from his office for further process.

I waited for nearly 10 days, but since I didn’t got any call from their office I wrote a mail to customer.[protected]@futurecapital.com, but no revert. Further to my surprise I again got a call from customer care informing ECS bounce. I called up your call center on[protected] but I was only advised to visit your office. Again the same guy Anand Verma visited my residence for payment, I inquired with him regarding my second ESC but he simply said “Sir I informed my seniors but I don’t know why it was not done”. Since then I am following-up with Mr.Nadeem from the collection agency and Mr.Nilkanth from Capital First but of no use.
These guys never pick-up the call nor revert back on mails. I am stuck and trying get hold of some top management mail IDs, to escalate the case.
Hopefully they will respond to my complaint.
