Hello sir/madam,

My name is piushkumar maru. I had purchased an lg led tv from reliance digital xpress in viviana mall (Malls address: 2nd floor, thane west, thane - 400601, next to jupiter hospital, off eastern highway).
I was consulted for 0% loan on the product by mr. Sieran kumar of capital first. (The capital first's representative name was provided to me by mr. Sanjay from reliance store, i believe he is the head of store). Since i was not carrying any document proof for loan process, i was told that my documents could be collected from my home. So the product was delivered to my house and the person (Mr. Aakash from reliance) who delivered the product collected my documents (One cancelled cheque of hdfc bank, my self-attested passport copy & pan card copy). When i provided the document, i was told to sign the ecs mandate form, but since i had incorrectly signed the ecs mandate form and it was the only form that mr. Aakash was carrying with him, i told him that i will keep the ecs mandate form and will sign the new form. Also, the cancelled cheque that i had provided had some details on it, so i called mr. Sieran kumar to see if that cheque would work, but as he was also not sure about the same, he said he will let me know after checking with someone from capital first and that he will meet me with the new ecs mandate form to avail my signature on it. After few days when he called me twice during weekdays i was not available as i had already told him that i can be available on weekends. After the two calls i never got any calls from him, but i received an sms from capfirst on 28/11/2015 that my emi's will be starting from jan-05-2016. I was under the impression that since the sms is from capital first the representative (Mr. Sieran) from capital first will call me for signing the ecs mandate form. But when i did not receive any calls until a week before 31-dec-2015, i myself visited the store to check why was i getting those messages even though i had not signed the ecs mandate form, to which i got the reply from mr. Sieran that its just a process from capital first wherein the loan details were filled online and that mr. Sieran himself will be visiting me with a new ecs mandate form before dec-31-2015 which he did not. So just out of curiosity and suspicion about my signature being forged, i decided to check after jan-05-2016. So after jan-05-2016, i got a call from directly from capital first's customer care department, that i had missed an emi, to which i was totally surprised. So i asked a simple question that did they received any ecs mandate form with my signature on it and i was told that the ecs mandate form was rejected by bank due to signature mismatch. Now as i mentioned earlier that i had not signed myself any ecs document to be submitted to bank except the one which is still with me at home on which i signed but does not match my signature on cancelled check, so i requested to have capital first's management call me in order to discuss the matter. After that i also visited the reliance store in viviana mall, this time with one of my friends who has knowledge in banking sector and in his presence when i questioned mr. Sieran kumar on how was it possible that my emi got started and also got missed without my signature on ecs mandate form to which he said it was some online procedure which he was not sure of either. So he connected to some lady from capital first (I cant remember the name, probably it was someone named shraddha or sheetal) and she said to me that she will look into the matter and get back to me with hard copy of the ecs mandate form and again i never got a call from her on that matter. After that i only received a call from your collection department about asking me on when i would be paying the emi and i had to explain the whole story to them again, to which your collection departments mr. Satish, says that i was trying to enjoy the product free of cost. He also said that it would not be good for my record in cibil, what the hell? I have three loans going on for more than past 2 years and i haven't missed any payment dates.

I had received the first message from captial first regarding the emi starting on jan-01-2016 and then a reminder on jan-02-2016 that the emi will be deducted on jan-05-2016. So i believe that, if i was getting those reminder messages then the ecs mandate form would have been sent by capital first to hdfc bank much before jan-01-2016 and capital first would have received the rejected response from hdfc before jan-05-2016 may be even before jan[protected]On which i was sent a reminder from capital first). If capital first representatives say that i had signed the ecs mandate form then my question is why was i not intimidated about the rejection (With reason) of ecs mandate form, from hdfc bank? Let me tell you why, it's because i did not sign the ecs mandate form. If the process had been legal capital first would have provide me a hard copy of the loan document with the ecs approved.
Let me also tell you that, in an argument on this case with mr. Sieran, when i told him that why did he not call me or visit me for having the ecs mandate form signed as i had requested him to meet me either on weekend or in morning before 10:3 am in weekdays as i also have to go tot office, he said does not have time to come early in the morning.
Just because the deadline of your sales target should not get missed, a wrong and illegal approach has been taken and this may have not only damaged my credit history in the records of cibil, but has also put me in a stressful situation as i am afraid hat my documents that i provided as a proof may have been or could be used illegally.

I demand that capital first immediately return my documents along with a letter to cibil providing an explanation about the same.

    I am Aman Jadhav from Mumbai. I have taken the electronic items in the capital first loan(Loan no. 3869619 & 3869664), The 5 EMI has paid by me on time. After that I got a call from capital first customer care([protected]) that " you are very good customer because you paid the EMI's on time so we are going to offer the personal loan worth of Rs.91.000/-" if you say YES, with in 2 working days the amount will be credited in your account.regarding this I get below mail form ([protected]@capifirst.com)would you like to go for that" I agreed because of some personal emergencies so that I rejected the some other source of the money, but when when I inquire about executive coming details that time they told me they didn't give any loan. are you playing with customer emotion. Call centre number is coming busy always now I don't no my process is on the line or not. I suffered by capital first by these ways 1) I believed the capital first so I rejected other source of money. 2) Call centre people said that only 2 days process and they didn't give information properly I think they don't care about customer problems. 3) I paid 5 EMI on time so as per capital first commitment they should give me EMI card, but still no update on this. Capital first think that' they are providing loan not free amount, if one EMI is not paid also they will take the proper action. First off all I didn't ask any loan to them, they only came to give with in 2 days.If they promise they should follow other wise better keep quit. My no- [protected]. -If you resolve the complaint do it otherwise do not disturb others like me. -If you have the capable to execute the plan do it otherwise better do not make any plan. Because of your false commitment I am suffering prom many problem because I reject loan from others source and now I am with empty hands, if I didn't get this loan I have to suicide because I don't have choice.       Dear Team, Please help me with my quite disappointing situation. I have applied for a Home loan from State Bank Of India(Oct 2015)and as per them my Credit report is not clear in CIBIL against the loan I had taken the loan from Capital First and hence my Home loan procedure is put on hold for the time being. Description of the issue: I had taken Loan from Capital First in year 2013 in Kolkata against an Air Conditioner.Loan number is 1337711. Not paying the amount on time led to penalty imposed on me which I paid in year August 2014 as in the form of Full and Final Settlement which was an official agreement between me and Capital First. As per the Full and Final settlement, Rs. 25000 was to be paid in three installments.June[protected] Rs, July[protected] Rs and August[protected] Rs. The First amount I paid was through cheque i.e of Rs. 10000. Then the person (Neha Roy) who was dealing with me from Capital first right from the beginning gave me few personal account numbers where I deposited rest of the Full and Final settlement amount i.e. amount 15000 Rs. So overall I paid Rs. 25000 to Capital First in three installments. After Paying all the amount, Neha Roy confirmed that no dues are pending against me and everything is clear.When I asked for the official letter of the Full and Final settlement, she did not respond to my mail since then. Now as per the Customer Car, They have not received any amount which was quite surprising to me and also one of the member Mr. Ashok Mitra an official person of Capital First who is aware of all these is not picking my call or responsing properly to my mails. As a matter of Full and Final settlement confirmation, I have send the mails proof, Account details where I deposited all the amounts to the Customer care of Capital First, Neha Roy and Ashok Mitra(Ashok.[protected]@capfirst.com) but none of them is responding to me. I am in big chaos now as I have done the down Payment but Lender(State Bank Of India) is not disbursing the Home loan amount.Also Builder is keep on chasing me for the disbursement of the Loan amount. please help me to fight against this fraud case against Capital First and its outsourced employees. On 23/12/2015, I went buy a bike in sprint Yamaha showroom in kudlugate Bangalore .In showroom one of the executive by name VENKATESH represent of CAPITAL FIRST LTD briefed about bike and financial plan as discussed I agree his finance turms and condition after submitted my address Prof. bank details. 2 Photos to him after his conformation he agree for dilavary the financial amount before 31/12/2015 because for new year I feel if I did good work full year will good so I confirm with him if it possible I will move with your businesses otherwise will check other finance .that's what he agree for dilavary the finance amount for buy bike. As his confirmation i paid 500Rs/- for book a yamaha soluto bike.but after 31/12/2015 also they are not inform me about finance progress.so I called to executive on 31st for progress he told some problem is there in our office contact manager CHIRANJIVI .So I again I call finance manager he told your document will clear on today (31st DEC) you go to show room and pay the down payment. tommarow you will get bike for new year.so I called executive for is it possible with in a day so he told no sir some process problem is there deffenet we will delivery the finance on 1st Jan 2016 you can get bike on 2nd Jan.actually we expected 31st but till 4th also they not inform me about finance progress.so I very fedup for new year day. so I want canceled booking and ask about return my documents and 500Rs money but they not return my documents and money.

              I had taken two durable loan from capital first.i have paid all installment on time except one that i paid along with overdue charges.My all E.M.I has duly been paid and it's completed in November 2015.However my loan account still showing unpaid overdue charges.initially i was told my executive of customer care that you don't have to paid any additional amount apart from the amount has been paid, But now i have been denied by capital first to waive of additional penalty.Moreover my credit score getting worse and i am afraid about my CIBIL score.Therefore i need to be waived off such penalty so that i can have a good CIBIL score.I want to draw attention of capital first redressal team to fix my issue as earliest as possible.My loan account nos. are 2828795 & 2969525.

              Its finally resolved and now i have noc so that i dont need too worry for unnecessary resaons.Initially i was overcharged and later it is resolved by the capital first team after my complain.I can rely on capital first finance services.

              Finally i got the redressal mail and my loan account has been waived off.I am so thankful to capital first team as they fixed my concern.Now can rely on capital first for any future transactions.

                I have taken a durable loan with monthly EMI. During first month their was some issue with cancelled cheques submitted, so ECS facility could not be activated as per capital First agent. So from next month a collecting agent used to come every 15th/16th of every month to collect EMI from my residence address. Now when I'm checking loan status after paying off all EMIs, it is showing overdue charges of Rs.3800. On calling customer care, the executive informed that after couple of months bank automatically started EMI debit and due to non payment the charges are applied. He said I need to contact bank. Even called up HDFC bank but they are unable to provide any detail related to charges and asked to check again with loan provider.

                    This is to bring to your notice that capital first is harrassing me mentally and physical even after paying my full Loan foreclosure payment they are not closing my loan and giving false statement day by day because of this my record will be spoiled in cibil. Kindly look in to this matter otherwise I will be forced to suicide

                      The nuisance is not ended yet as I received call from Head Constable Vinay Tyagi (Mob.[protected]) before an hour for looking me to get me summon from Tis Hazari Court, through Advocate Vikas Kumar Sharma (Mob.[protected]). I have already told them that case is settled down and have confirmation email from Capital First.

                      I already have asked for his email ID to send him whole incident and settlement email but haven't got response till this moment of time.

                      Please send me NOC letter or case closure letter of forgery which is done on my Name and loan no 3926399.

                      This is totally harassing case from a long ago but still I keep patience by trusting your settlement email. Please fix this permanently as this would the last request.

                      I haven't received any mail on my email and I recently received a letter from your Advocate about to pay the due amount while you didn't investigated in your company that who has done fraud against me. It is really harassing to me and I had also complaint to NOIDA Police Complaint cell about this.

                      I would like to detail you about my case with Capital First fake loan disbursement against me.

                      1. On 18th October 2015

                      Mr. Manveer Singh (collection Agent, Mob.: [protected]) came to my old residence C-257, Sector-22, NOIDA where I was tenant 5 years back. But due to good relation with my old House owner called me about his visit and I sent my brother to get Manveer Singh at my current address.
                      He told me about there's an EMI due for APPLE IPHONE 6 loan that you purchased in August. And I told him that I never purchased APPLE IPHONE 6 and not even loan. After 30 min. of discussion he convinced and told me he will send loan papers on my company email.

                      On your trust and email confirmation on this case, I didn't pursued any legal action against Capital First as you mentioned loan account no. 3926399 is suppressed due to fraudulent case and I wouldn't have any communication regarding that but today 24th May 2017 I received attached conciliation letter Ref: PC/CF/Consi/MAY2017/Lot-2/N-1187 from Pristine Councilors, that you find in attachment.

                      I am getting frustrated after seeing this letter, as you guys again initiating this case later on 1st July 2016 confirmation. Please advise me what to do and what exactly you guys want from this fraudulent case.

                      Should I again register a complain or file a case against continuous harassment for non ownership of loan? This time I need a NOC or any written proof on your company letter head that you guys don't notify me for fraudulent case and loan payment.

                      Please fix this at ASAP that nobody gets unnecessary trouble.

                        I took a loan frm Capital First against an A.C in apr2015. 1st e.m.i. Startd frm may 2015. June this co. took two e.m.i. 1st frm my a/c i.e IDBI (through ecs), n 2ndfrm my husbnd a/c i.e ICICI ( through online payment). Till now they hv neither adjusted nor refunded dis money. And they are deducting late fee &bouncing charginges from my IDBI a/c in sep & Oct. I have always maintaind requird balance in my a/c. I talked to this co. to adjust dis extra e.m.i that they have already taken. But they are not doing it. This co. 'CAPITAL FIRST ' Is Harrassing me by deducting undue amount from my A/c. I m complaing 2nd time in dis forum. Plz take requird action... Asap..

I had been couriered a KIT from CAPITAL FIRST FINANCE but after a long day I did not get the courier . I need my courier as soon as possible which had been sent from CAPITAL FIRST FINANCE else I will escalate the matter with legal advisor & make sure you have to give me the penalty .

                              GL[protected] I pledged my gold for Rs.2lac. 1) initially I have pledged my gold in Yeswanthpur, bangalore, without intimation the branch was closed and the loan account was shifted to Vayalikaval Bangalore. Somehow i found out and i started paying the interest. Later on, again the branch was closed the loan account was transferred to Rajajinagar Bangalore, again I went there and started paying interest. They made me to rome the whole bangalore to pay interest. And again the bank itself was closed and got to know that the whole loan account was shifted to some other bank (DCB Bank). when people from DCB bank started calling me for interest payment, I asked them for the loan statement which they did not give and they were telling there is a pending of four months interest but as per me it was only two months. Hence I got the email ID of bank and sent my bank statement to them where the interest was made, but I didnot receive any response for my email. Later, I again made online payment of two months interest on June 30, 2015 (Stmt attached) after getting the bank details. Today, when i called them to know the status of my account and also to request a loan statement, I got a response saying "My gold has been AUCTIONED on 24th Aug, 2015". As per me two/three months interest is pending, that too because of the shift of branches and banks and confusion between Capital first and DCB bank. Now, I am ready to settle the complete loan amount and I will pledge with some small pawn broker who 100 times better than banks like this... Please give me my gold back. regards, Manu

                                    I brought durable loan in Capital First, Agreement No: 2528880. I applied loan in Bajaj Finserv but the Capital First executive said in Capital First EMI date will be 7th of every month and there will be no bouncing charges compared to Bajaj Finserv. So ended with Capital First durable loan. Then problem started they changed EMI date to 5th without any intimation when I enquirer no response from them. Every month goes on most of time debited in bank and sometime collected by cash. Now last month was unable to pay due to my personal problem. They called through phone said to pay immediately I replied to them can pay next month 1st Sep 15 due to my illness since it's an final payment if required you can collect bouncing charges but they said usually will not collect any bouncing charges from customer. Later days they didn't stop, keep on calling to pay the amount in hash way and also blackmail as they gonna send a person to take my product at home and also they said the same to my friend who gave surety for this loan. He said if you gonna call like this he will file complaint in consumer court they said you can't do anything about that company if you can complaint against us. I spoke with my friend to leave this issue that I'll take care I can pay on 1st Sep 15, Capital First customer agent agreed on phone call that they will send collection agent to collect on 1st of Sep but no one came. Yesterday received message to pay Rs.9800 I was surprised and shocked then made a call to Capital First no response then called to collection agent Rajesh. He said as for now you need to pay Rs. 3200 if anything required check with Capital First office by tomorrow. Today paid the last EMI of Rs. 3200 at Capital First Office Coimbatore and enquirer about extra amount, got improper response, I asked Rajasekar (Customer Service Manager) initially your executive said there will be no hidden charges and bouncing charges also I asked to provide agreement copy because I didn’t find any charges bouncing apply while I signed, he refused to provide. Ended in trouble butter I should allow my friend to complaint in consumer court when they talk rude. Kindly help me on this issue. First they said it is the last payment need to be paid 3200 now they increased to 9800 when I ask getting improper response from there side. Hope they can easily change the agreement copy too as they charged 6600 as bouncing charge now. Need your help on this case about hidden charges.
