I bought the durable product (Vide lan 2264176) in jun - 2014 under 10 emi of rs. 1384, which were completed by aug'2015. . . But this month, received alert sms asking me to keep sufficient amount of rs. 1384 for the emi dated on[protected].

How come it's possible, when my all the 10 emis completed (Starts from aug'2014 to aug'2015) . It's simply disgusting services.
