I have made foreclose payment in the month of may (10th of may 2016). Given details also in the month of may '16 itself. But they have taken emi for the month of june 2016. Since i have paid the payment in the month of may, i didn't have enough money on the due date. They have put my cheque twise in the month of june 2016, they have taken cheque bounce charges for the same & my emi amount also. Now they are returning only the balance deducting my cheque bounce charges. Please help in getting my full emi amount.

this is not correct and fair business.

    Be posted that i have bought a product from capitalfirst, my loan account number is 3600583 and i have cleared all of my emi"s before 4 months ago. But recenly capital first intimidated me rs-2390 due, rs-1195 due but suddenly capital deducted rs1195. And before rs-400 deducted for payment failure i don't know what payment have i failed. Whatever it is i just want all of my money back as soon as,

    So now requesting you, begging you as last time please please please refund my money back.

        My instalment due on every 5th of month. I paid all my amount on 12.07.2016. Now nothing is pending towards me. But on 05.08.16 your bank send to my bank ems to pay 1013921.00. We stop the payment because nothing was balance. But again it was presented again after two days. I had inform your branch several times. And send so many e-mails to you but nothing done.
        Today i again received message to pay the instalment. I had paid after your letter that we have to pay 34413777.00 before 17.07.2016. But we send it on 12.07.2016 by rtgs.
        O please stop sending ems to my bank. And issue me a noc.
        You had harassed me two much. My whole life my issued cheque was not bounce back. My reputation is on stake.

        Since we are taken the loan from Capital First for Bike and due insufficient from one of the account it got delay
        And they are not even trying to inform us and top of that every day they are increasing 400 rupees for the delay.

          On dated 05.08.16, from my bank rs. 287.50 was debited for head of 'charge recvd-mandate fail txn dt. 15.07.16'. For you kind information now i am not existing customer in capital first company. My final emi was completed on 05.02.16 with no default. So, please clarify the debited amount which was deducted my bank a/c. Kindly take the necessary action on priority basis.

          Have not recived emi card yet 6mothns i have raised complaint with customer care not yet received

          I need no objection certificate from capital first against loan no. 3363668 against purchasing of an air-conditioner through your organisaton on easy instalment which completed in april 2016 kindly send me the noc as i do not know the log in id and pass word kindly help me to get the noc
          I paid my august EMI through online but it debited from my account also. i.e my EMI ammount is deducted twice. My id is 5607884.

            My name is K.Padmaja and I have bought an HP Laptop with Hire-Purchase scheme. So far the cheque has not come to my bank for clearance but I have recd an SMS that the chq has bounced. None of their phone nos work. Please sort this out asap as I will not pay bounce charges for no fault of mine.I have more than sufficient balance in all my accounts and have never had a bounce.

              I have taken a two wheeler loan from Capital First and for that Rs.2712 gets deducted from my bank account on 5th of every month. This month the EMI amount didn't get debited on 5th, that's why I paid that amount through net banking from your customer portal on 6th August. After few hours I got a message from the bank indicating that Rs. 2712 is again got deducted even after I paid the same amount through net banking! So the moral is Capital First has taken the EMI amount twice for the month of August.
              My Loan account number is: 2363053

              Another thing is that the toll free no.[protected] is useless. I have tried for 30-40 times to get connected with the customer care but the call used to get failed every time.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I have availed a consumer loan from Capital First of Amount Rs.17600/-agreement no 2300129 in July'14 whose last four instalment ( 2200*4=8800/- ) I have paid in advance in order to close my loan as I got transferred to Gujarat and there recovery executive gave me the assurance that I have no dues to pay and my loan is close but according to my credit institution I got to know after one year that my one EMI is pending as they have off set my one EMI against late payment charges of my first EMI which was get bounce, so One EMI of Rs.2400/- was pending which I have paid on 03 May'16 with all the late payment charges i.e Rs8300/- as I want my CIBIL to be clean but it was painful to know that it was not updated by capital first, they confirm me that the loan is in closed status in there record and file my complaint for rectification in CIBIL. My CIBIL report shows that there is Overdue balance Rs.8300/- even after 45 days of payment. And also the status is WRITTEN OFF. I have got the NOC of the same which clearly state that " We are pleased to confirm that there are no outstanding dues towards the captioned loan and the loan amount disbursed under the said loan account number has been CLOSED in our books".
                  I raised the Dispute through online dispute process in CIBIL against non updation of my CIBIL Account status, I Got reply from CIBIL dispute cell that my loan is changed to close, but how can I get my updated CIBIL report, Do I have to repurchase it? and also how much time will it take to get updated CIBIL report as the dispute is closed.Will my points improve?
                  And the most important thing I want to know please tell me how can I remove this WRITTEN OFF status as I have paid in full along with all the charges. When I called the customer care of capital first they deny to change the status from WRITTEN OFF to ClOSED as I have paid in full even when they have not informed me I didn't get any notification through any call to my/alternate mobile number or through email about my dues and about how they offset my EMI against charges.That time I specially asked the recovery agent about bounce charge he just say you don't have any chagres to pay just pay your EMI and your loan get closed in advance. All I want My CIBIL Report to be clean as I have paid all the dues.

                  Sir, My job application in Kotak Mahindra Bank got rejected due to above mentioned just a meager amount of Rs.2400 is ruining my career, Sir please provide your guidance to me. I will be highly oblige for the same. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

                  This with reference to my complaint dated 04.08.2016, I got the mail from customer service desk that my loan is closed in there records and there is no outstanding dues but they will not post my status as "CLOSED" in CIBIL but will post as "POST WO SETTLE" but when I have paid all the dues why they are not closing my loan in CIBIL records as well Becouse POST WO SETTLE simply means that I have settle my loan account by paying lesser amount against my dues.
                  I want my CIBIL records to be posted as "Closed ".I feel harassed and looted that even after paying every single penny I am not getting closure or clean report ?
                  Please till, Now where to complain against this? can I write to RBI against this or to Should I write to Banking Ombudsman ? or to Consumer Court?

                      Hi,

                      With reference to agreement no - 5179036, i had paid emi online (https://reporting. capitalfirst.com/quickpay/qpinfo. aspx) on 22th july 2016 and had sent mail to them as well. also had sent receipt of successful payment but they deducted emi from my ICICIaccount on 26th july 2016 which i have given for ecs.

                      I have my emi due one this 5th so please manage the deducted amount or refund immediately in my account so the my emi will not be bounced and if does no extra charges should be deducted.

                      When i have paid and sent mail why did they deducted the amount again.

                        I have pre closed my loan from capital first 11 july 2016 my receipt number is [protected] and i have given request for my noc that time i was given rc copy at hyderabad branch that time they people was told me it will take 21 working days after payment i'm calling everyday regarding receipt updated or not after five days customer care people told me it updated that time also they doesn't told me send rc copy from that to 27th of july i'm calling to know about noc status they doesn't told me need to send rc copy july 27th when i called customer care that time customer people told me send rc copy to customer.                           I have taken finance rs.8000/- from capital first to buy lg ref. from kohinoor on 10/12/2015 (total value rs.12000/-) and paid down payment rs.4291/-. capital first have submitted ecs form of rs.12000/- pm to my banker obc, powai and i had requested to cancel the same. within 3-4 days mr. jatin pharmar (mob.[protected]) from capital first. pl solve
                          He promised to collect new ecs form since 4 months & not yet done.

                            I have concern about capital first they offered me 2 consumer durable loans which is runing currently on time to time, sometime back they offered me personal loan of 175000 via tele call n 2-3 time docs picked up from some officers but no response after that, it means capital first only works on false commitments because i have asked them to reason for not responding on my email, but surprisingly they teach me his rule n policies which is totally same while they finance n i have already told i am paying 2 current loans, n also cibil also ok as per my cibil report, as i am also in finance field dont teach me anymore about rules n policies, i[censored] r not capable to finance so pls tell me openly.

                              This is very very pathetic services and experience we are getting from Capital first Limited. we are chasing this issue since 1 year but nodal office of Capital First Limited is postpone our issue without resolution every time they just given next date even there is no any kind of issue to transfer money to my sisters account just they given senseless answer that they transfer amount of 25000/- but account is not correct we have submitted cancel cheque and shared account details thrice but still we dont understand why Capital First Limited is not given insurance amount. below is last mail which i got from nodal office of Capital First Limited but after i told that there is transaction has done on my sisters account and i sent mail to confirm correct account again they took time to verify but not getting any response even i send many mails since 26 July 16, even i called so many times no one is received my call.

                                    I received this message below.

                                    Please pay your overdue amount of rs 3450.00 for loan a/c 5876614 online at www.capfirst.com. you can also now pay at your nearest axis bank branch.

                                    I paid the same to them and they confirmed receipt below.

                                    Received rs. 3450 by online payment towards your (consumer durables) loan (a/c no.5876614). it will show in your account in next 3-4 working days

                                    However again they withdrew inr3050 from my hdfc bank account please note transaction below from my account.

                                    Capital first[protected][protected]-dated12/07/2016-rupees3050.

                                    I would like the same to be reversed effective immediately.

                                      With reference to agreement no - 5053128, i had paid emi online (https://reporting. capitalfirst.com/quickpay/qpinfo. aspx) on 7th july 2016 and had sent mail to them as well. also had sent receipt of successful payment but they deducted emi from my hdfc account on 12th july 2016 which i have given for ecs.
                                      When i have paid and sent mail why did they deducted the amount again.

                                      Not only this, there number[protected] is not working and no one is responding to mails i sent on customer. [protected]@capfirst.com.

                                      I need reversal of duplicate emi of july 2016 which they deducted from my account.

                                      Hi,

                                      With reference to loan account no - 5053128, i had paid emi for july and had sent them reciept. But still they deducted it from my account. And there no[protected] is not working and no response from customer care on mail.
                                      I asked them to revert my one EMI but no response.

                                      They should have seen the mail i had sent when i paid the EMI and should not have deducted the amount from account.

                                      I want reversal for duplicate EMI amount.
