Hi,

I can see from my bank transaction that all the ECS transaction to Future Capital are done successfully against my consumer loan taken in the year of 2012. today i checked my CV and identified that Rs 1600 is showing overdue against me for the same, I do not understand what overdue amount is this? Also, in July 2013 Future Capital (now known as Capital First) has done 2 ecs transactions in the same month without notifying for the emi of 1917 rs.

I have sent lots of email to them in the past but they never responded, Can you please close this loan and send me NOC ?

Hi,

I have completed my complete loan outstanding for the LCD TV purchased in 2012 via Future Capital but still it is showing 1600 due which i do not understand why ?

Can you please explain the same ?

I have even sent multiple emails to future capital customer care but they have never responded. Also on July 2013 they did 2 ECS transaction in the same month without notifying.

    This is Prabhu. I have two wheeler loans with your finance in Chennai. My loan no is LAN.2316352. I have one compliant with your one of collection executive. I don’t know his name but having his mobile no. That no is [protected]. Today morning (28.07.15) I have received call from that mobile number regards loan EMI pending on this month. He was speaking very very vulgar and idiotic words. I have paid my EMI properly. This month only I haven’t done. Please take necessary action against that executive ASAP in front of me with written statement. That time tl speaks with me mobile no [protected] till now no steps your side but now i have pending 5 emi today your excutive mr.shyam mobile no.[protected] said i dont know this complaint make payment first or give bike i take...i told i make the payment next month 5th he said no no today only and loud voice so somthing wrong movement he is already today 1.pm written surrender statement no.01972 takes my bike so going wrong...

          I had taken the loan (from big bazzar ganguly baggan, kolkata) made all the term payment complted by 2011. Currently i am applying for home loan and during the verification it showing from cibil end some over due on consumer loan. In this 5 yrs cpaital first did not contact me. Today i contact them and paid the amount. Transaction no : FHDF[protected].
          When i am asking for the closure document they are sayinh it will take 7-8working day. This isnot the correct process. I need this ASAP. Thanks for the help.

            I have just visited Vinay company in the Rammurthy nagar to check whether they will give loan to purchase a product .they told Yes. Proprietor Vinay than i have Oder 2 product 1.water filter and 2. refrigerator above details for you. Before down payment he has approved loan of 2 product. Due to sum finalization problem i have taken only one product that is Water filter than i visited the Vinay company i told my problem than he told OK sir we will give the water filter and other loan i il cancel he told than i agree to this point. after one i got a message regrading loan amount.i called to vinay company he told no problem sir .By mistake i have payed 2EMI to the number loan 3649878 .i am request you please give back my respective amount and also they Chargeing ECS around 3216 INR .Please help me

                  Please notify that I'm complaining 5times for not getting my EMI CARD, after payment of 6 EMI. But nobody can response.
                  & today I'm visit Bhubaneswar office for getting my extended warranty details, there have facing many problem. The customer care executive madam behaviour not good. Please teach them how to handle customers. & actly my complaint Is, I have purchased a Samsung led tv (32FH4003)loan through Capital first on 26th July 2015, there your executive convince me to purchase extended warranty which was start after end of manufacture warranty. So please tell me when manufacturer warranty finishing on 25th July 2016, How your future general extended warranty start from 26th January 2016. In that case the Ccm behaving like that (if you interested please cary the copy otherwise not) is this your service.

                      I Have taken a Consumer Finance from Capital First LTD.

                      My first ECS got bounce due to insufficient balance in my Account, but after 3 days again the ECS was hit on 8th July & was success then. So for this they have charged me 400 Rs this happen in month of July 2015.

                      This was not intimated to me after ECS got unsuccessful in first hit on 5th July.

                      I felt Shock when I came to knew about this after 7 Months. That also from CIBIL, I came to know about this while applying Home loans.


                      Capital Finance has submitted to CIBIL that Rs 400 amount is over due in my records.

                      Due to this my over all Cibil points got effected.

                      They do not have any rights to update this 400 rs as an overdue in CIBIL, because of this my CIBIL points got effected & as a result I am still facing lots of problem.


                      I never knew anything was overdue of mine with them, they didnt sent any Alert too.

                      Now I am in grieve problem where i have paid money to the Owner & still awaiting my home loan to get approved.

                      As an compensation I am asking them to provide me with home loan instantly for which i have been effected due to their silly mistake.

                        This is Sheefa Wadekar. I have on going loan for an LED with capital first. Loan # 3924096. Completed 6 emi. I got message from capital first stating that if (Dear Customer, It has been observed that you have not used your Capital First Easy Busy Card in last 90 days. Request you to utilise your pre-approved durable loan limit in next 30 days failing which your sanctioned limit will be downsized. T&C Apply), I called customer service # the reason they are giving no one was home so the card came back, thats n9t possible bcoz my family is always home. The representative said now ourchase another priduct we eill try to give u another card. The reason is not satisfying. Need resolution on this. My # is [protected] / [protected].

                          My name is manoj.i have applied personal loan when i got call. From company. The representative collect all the required documents from me and tell me that if your case has been approved then we signed aggreement and give him six cheques.after that they call me that my case has been approved and i m give six cheques and the signed the agreement.then tell me that before tuesday the payment will credited in my account and the first installment will be debited in the month of april.but now they tell me that our system is showing that you are holding two pan cards on your name and tell him that i m not holding that kind pan cards.i have taken many loans such as vehicle personel or consumer loans from different organizations.like tata capital. Kotak .bajaj etc. And they offer me the loan on my pre existing track.if i m default any kind of thing then why i m eligible for that kind of loans.

                                      I closed my two wheeler lone on 20/april/2015,
                                      i am very tired from capital first ltd...i cleared his all payment again he will harrased me for payment i am maintely disturb from that company
