My loan number is 5064589. There was some problem in online transfer so
this month EMI of Rs 2700 was bounced. This capital first company has sent out a msg for branch deposit of Rs 3500. Again I received an email where they have asked me to pay Rs 3923.
I really do not understand what kind of charges are these. Why they r doing so.

          I have a complaint against capital first finance company, this company has given wrong loan due amount details to cibil and cibil also blindly updated in my cibil record, because of cibil report & low cibil score i am not able to apply any loan from bank or finance company.
          I have spend so much amount to buy cibil report and find out the fault against cibil report.
          I found that in my cibil report capital first loan agreement no : 2310648 has been updated which i had not taken any consumer loan from that company. but company updated record due to similar name.
          In all this process i was too much mentally disturbed because i applied personal loan from bank for my grandmother's medical treatment, who was suffering from kidney failure and expired due to insufficient amount. which i was not able to pay and my loan was also not sanctioned due to cibil report.
          Now i want my all dues refunded to me with a penalty amount otherwise i will go to the consumer court against both the companies.

          I request to rbi please take strict action against both the companies. and give me positive reply as on urgent basis. as i lost my grandmother because of mistake of that company.
          I have cleared all my loans and dues till the date.

          As a common man i ask you, if this kind of wrong information is provided by cibil so how can we trust on them.

            this is akshay shimpi. my loan account number is 5213608. i have two wheeler (jupiter scooty) loan with capital first finance in mumbai. i have one compliant with two of your collection executive. there names are divakar patil and vaijayanti there contact numbers are [protected], [protected]. today afternoon (30.07.16) i have received call from that mobile number regards loan emi pending on this month. he was speaking cheapest of words, very very vulgar and idiotic words. this lady (vaijayanti) first did a call. she said on call
            ("teri aukat nahi hai toh loan kyun leto ho, teri biwi kiske sath sone gayi hai, tu kidhar gaya tha kiske sath sone gaya tha" and so on). later on this male executive (divakar patil) did a call. ("aukat nahi hai toh gadi kyun letey ho.. emi bharne nahi hota itna sa... dikhata hu tereko") and many more things he was saying. i have paid my emi properly. this month only it was delayed. please take strict action against that executive as soon as possible. i want this two peoples to apologise in written as well as on phone.

              I had purchased one housing loan on March 2006 from Citi financial consumer finance India ltd. for amount Rs 7, 40, 000/- for 120 monthly installment. It starts from 5th April 2006 for instalment amount Rs 11490/- to 5th March 2016. I gave one ECS Clearing to Citi Finance to take my monthly installment from my SB account. One letter came from CAPITAL FIRST that we are ready to top up your loan for the amount Rs3, 90, 000/- and contact us. So I went to their office immediately and contact them. At that time CAPITAL FIRST OFFICIALS said that they have takeover the Citi financial loan on[protected] for an amount of 5, 95, 023/-and receive my instalment amount Rs 11490/-through ECS clearing from 5th July 2011 to 5th March2016 and I have a balance to pay them Rs 3, 58, 920/- for the Principal amount Rs7, 40, 000/-. I have shocked because CAPITAL FIRST Company taken over my loan, I never informed by letter or by phone. Every month I paid the instalment amount in my SB a/c and due to ECS clearing I think CITI Finance Company receives it because I gave ECS clearing letter to Citi finance to take the amount for120 installment. Due to no default in payment CAPITAL FIRST have no contact with me and at the final of my installment only I came to know. CAPITAL FIRST company says the principal amount as on June 2011 Rs 5, 95, 023/- instead of Citi finance gave me the statement as per june2011 Rs 4, 60, 250/- i.e. difference amount is Rs1, 34, 773/- Capital first company added in excess and put heavy interest levies 18 % instead of 11.6 % without prior notice to us. If they informed earlier I would have taken over the loan to nationalized bank due to correct payment history without fail.
              Now to solve this, we went to their office to contact Dinesh whom they (CAPITAL FIRST OFFICIALS) have said to meet. Many times we went and waited for more than hours in the reception. They never met and gave proper response to us. We wasted our most time and ending up with failure. I have sent mail to the customer care since April 26th2016 till today no proper reply and action has been taken.
              The agreement no is HE358414. I never thought CAPITAL FIRST will act response and like this. We need an immediate action and please provide us a reply on this. Please contact to this number [protected] for further details.

                      Regarding lan 2185983 i had paid in cash the chq bouncing charges if rs 400 for the month of dee 2014 but capital first had charged me twice for same for chq bouncing charges for the same month. My loan is finishes now but still it is showing overdue of 400 and not giving noc of two other loans. They call to say that since you have good track record we pre approve a loan for you, but how can you charge twice cheque bouncing charges for the same ecs in the same month. Please clear the account and stop charging twice for the same ecs bounce charges

                        Hi capital first,

                        My name is sohaib and i have a consumer loan with a/c no.5754726 for which the emi is inr 3, 589, due date being the 5th of every month.

                        In this case being 5th of june. I ensured that you received your payment right on time and i made the payment on the 4th itself for which i also received an email confirming the receipt of the payment.

                        However, after making the payment on the 4th of june, capital first again deducted an amount of inr 3, 589 on the 6th of june and also reversed it the same day itself as i had already made the payment on the 4th of june, (Just 2 days before).

                        To my surprise, once again after 2 days, capital first have again charged me inr 3, 589 on the 9th of june, after me making the payment on the 4th and you taking money and reversing on the 6th. You had again charged me for that amount in an unauthorized way.

                        This is definitely not acceptable and "considering you may have looted millions of customers who do not check their bank accounts" you can be sued for fraudulently charging customer's bank account without their consent. We may have standing orders and scheduled payments and this is intolerable.

                        Kindly please rectify the issue and ensure this does not repeat again. You can reach me on [protected]@yahoo.Co.Uk / +[protected].

                        I hope capital first is not involved in money laundering or anything like that for which we may have to involve consumer national poling and court and all.

                        Your cooperation in explaining this and instant reversal will be highly appreciated.

                          I had a consumer loan from capital first, then future money.. Cl255079.
                          The loan was cleared and i have the closure letter also from the company and i was under the impression that it will not affect my cibil but to my horror i applied for a personal loan and a consumer durable loan and both got rejected.
                          Reason:- default from capital first. This means its not updated since 4 years,
                          I found it just 2 days back. When i call their customer care the first day... A lady agent took all the details and filed a request. Call number:- 1350209 and said will be updated within 45 days. When questioned why was it not updated 4 years back no answers. I called in second time on the second day to check for update a lousy agent named suhail was adamantly denying to take the call number and check for the details and even when i gave the loan number he was denying that it is not a loan number without checking. I had to persuade him to check with the loan number and the call number and finally he did relent. His lousy tone was unacceptable behaviour from a reputed company and demeaning from customers. All said and done he replied me the same thing... It will be updated in 45 days and when questioned why was it not done.. Again no answers.. Please dont play with customers guys... Please update the records or intimate if any action needed from my side.. Such lousy behaviour being a finance company does not suit you guys.

                            Capital first — emi taken two times in same month that to happen two months

                            Respected officials,
                            I am are jayaramireddy taken glamour motorcycle in emi plan through capital first. My loan account number is 3780200, and my bank account no is [protected] belongs to sbi chilakaluripeta.
                            My first emi cash paid on 6/10/2015 to capital first agent for 4454 rupees, and again 4454 rupees is deducted from my bank account also on 8/10/2015 so by this i recognised capital first is taken money two times from me on same month, and they didn't give any information about it before i contact them. After approach also they didn't take any action about it. This entire problem is repeated in april 2016 also. On 13/04/2016 4454 rupees is deducted from my account and the capital first agent came to my home on 26/04/2016 and requested me to pay the cash by hand because of check bounce, and i given cash of 4454 rupees to him. After two days i went to my bank for knowing the reason why my check is bounced but the respected employee of sbi told to me already your amount is deducted on 13/04/2016. So i need proper explanation why they are taking money two times for same month. Problem happens in one month and i given information about it, and again this problem is repeating whey they are not taking any action.

Today i went to capital first branch office at banjarahills to pay the my loan amount closing of full amount but unexpected i dont know this saturday office will closed... So, i need to pay amount on monday dt. 06.04.2016 first hour at capital first branch office... This loan amount dt. Is 05.06.2016.. Please consider the i will pay the full closing amount on monday pls accept my request...

                                I bought a fridge paying 11000 down payment through capital first finance and I had 8emis to pay.
                                But last year is Dec 2015 due to floods as I wasn't able to keep funds that month at the right for the emi debit but the very next I got the funds to my account and post which my emi got over by Feb 2016 but post Dec Mon by cibil scores for the payments I made weren't updated by you guys and due to which i'm right now finding it so difficult to get a personal loan due to my cibil scores and neither did you guys send me a confirmation of my emi completion. So I need my cibil to be updated by you and a confirmation for my emi closure.

                                  Dear sir i already complaint arround 1week before and 1 year before for this issue. Not satisfied yet. My loan account no. 1469651 and my two emi is due amount (5300) but they charged unnecessary 18000rs overdue charges. After that they are not ready to sattlement. They talk rudely also.
                                  I want to close this loan amount. I can pay my due emi. Please help me as soon as possible

                                    I have been receiving repeated calls on the due loan emis availed by some other individual by the name prajesh raman last year. Prajesh might have purchased a sony led tv where he gave my reference which was only made known to me through sms send by capital first on the due emis.
                                    I have let known the executives several times that i have no trace of prajesh raman and we last met in our previous syntel office in may 2015 before he went absconding. After this there have been no contact and i have no idea where he is currently residing or working. Even after informing all these, the executives kept calling me and insisted for more information of prajesh or his friends/relatives and even asked details of his pune residence.
                                    This is very disturbing and should be put to an end.

                                    In syntel ltd, prajesh was my reportee and he might have given my reference at the time of purchasing the asset without my consent or approval. I am maintaining a very decent cibil rating and is in the good books of the vendors/retailers.

                                    If you want to discuss further on this issue, please let me know in advance.
                                    We can sit and discuss and put this kind o[censored]nnecessary harassment to an end.

                                        Due respectfully I beg to state that my son Surojit Das had purchase a Karizma Zmr two wheeler motorcycle as on 23.09.2014 by loan A/c. no. 2483698 dt. 18.02.2014 . we have to pay loan total amount from our side. as on 13.04.2016. after clearing the loan amount so many times calling for N.O.C. but still we are not received the N.O.C. Please do needfull as early as possible.
