Hi,
I have 2 loan accounts 5731890 for which i pay 2000 & 2750. I paid through Paytm but they did not update my payment and kept charging my account and when asked to update the previous payment they did not bother to revert moreover they applied late fee of INR 800. I m not gonna pay any late fee and will also not pay further EMIs if proper resolution not given. contact me ASAP.

Still no response received from capital first.. such a fraud company it is.. i have also used bajaj finserv but never faced such issues ever.. no problem.. i will ensure no further payments released to them until they sort out this issue.

    I mr. Vijendra ramkumar mittal request you to please return our original title deed of aforementioned property as it was mortgage earlier in the name of m/s. Mahak synthetic pvt ltd but subsequently it was released. We send request letter and reminder for the same to your ahmedabad branch office also but there is no response from your behalf.

    So, i request you to do needful in this matter. I attached copy of letter sended to your ahmedabad branch and also to mumbai office via courier but still there is no reply from anyone. So i request you to please arrange for handing over me original deeds as i m in need for that and please reply me if any default.

      I took a loan from capital first of 60000rs for an Iphone on Aug 2016. It was suppose to deduct 5000rs every month for 12months, starting from SEP 2016.
      On 5th Sep 2016 5000rs got deducted as communicated. On 23rd Sep 2016 again some charges was debited from my account.

      CAPITALFL_MNDTVRFCHGS_AUG-16 115.00

      I need to know the reason and want my money back. As it was communicated to be interest free loan on the purchase of the mobile phone.
      Once resolved this should not happen again in future.

        Hello Team,

        I had taken a Two wheeler Loan from Capital First for One year. I want to close this loan before the Period of One year. They had given me the Force closure amount of INR 22, 844.93 Rs./ . While there are 5 EMIs(4537 Per onth) remaining and if I sum UP the Remaining EMIs then I will pay INR 22, 685 Rs./.

        In this way they are charging me more than Interest + Principal. I want your Help to please sort out my Issue as they are not supporting me in this case.

          Regarding my Consumer durable loan#1140685 from Capital First in CIBIL, which I have been following up from 9th Dec 2015
          [I have made many calls to the customer care prior, but of no use) and it has not been addressed correctly
          As per the above email communication from Nodal Desk, and I have extracted the CIBIL on 12th Mar 2016 and I have seen that the status is updated correctly after several follow ups. Attached the screenshot of the same below for confirmation

          Unfortunately when I extracted the latest CIBIL as on 15th Sep 2016 (Pasted below) I could see the “Written Off” status back against my loan#1140685 reported by Capital First with status of reporting date as 31st of July 2016.I am surprised to learn that why the wrong status has been reported back by CAPITAL First team after clearing all the dues and obtained NOC which you can see in my previous emails. I am very sorry to inform you that I had to write the email again and again for the same rectification issue and how the CAPITAL FIRST team will do the wrong reporting to CIBIL. I do not see any check points/toll gates to check the process of reporting. However my only concern is
          Why the status is reported back in my CIBIL as "written off" when it was clarified (paid all the dues and obtained NOC) and clearly sorted out and communicated earlier?
          AS ON 15TH September 2016

          My Loan prospects are being impacted badly with this kind of wrong status reporting, kindly look into the matter on priority
          Audit Team: I understand that you audit the customer status reporting to CIBIL, request you to investigate this and help to ensure that this kind of wrong status reporting is avoided in future. I hope that with this kind of wrong reporting, no other customer is impacted or penalized.
          Nodal Office: Nodal team (Manish Vichare/Vineet Salve), despite a clear discussion between (Vinit Salve) and me over a call at length about this issue, it is back with wrong reporting in CIBIL.
          Management Team: Please review this kind of incidents where a wrong reporting status to CIBIL and how it impacts common individuals like me and eliminate the process gaps from the root to avoid these issues in future. I have to approach consumer court based on your response

            Due to my bank server related problem(according to capital first ltd) the ecs cheques couldn't cash on against loan agreement no. 2742324 from capital first every month since January 2015.. My account balance was enough for the cheques to be cleared, my loan duration time was from January 2015 to January 2016..I received phone calls from capital first asking me either to settle the amount with rs 7000 or to close it with the total charge of rs 15500.. I was told that if I would pay ₹15500 my cibil would be uneffected and if I settle it down my cibil will be unhealthy so I opted to pay ₹15500 with all penalties and late charges..I transferred ₹15500 from corporation Internet banking online on 10th January 2016..I made sure that no due was left by checking it on capital first website, in January 2016 the outstanding amount was ₹0, last time I checked it in February still it was ₹0, this month I applied for the auto loan in dena bank after login of my file I got to know that amount of ₹900 is outstanding against the loan agreement 2742424 from capital first through cibil report..it was showing write off against the same loan .. I want to resolve this problem, so i want n.o.c for the loan agreement and I want the write off status to change into closed..please help me out as soon as possible..further I am forced to pay ₹900 which I have paid, since I need to resolve this problem within a week..i have also attached my corporation bank statements copy showing it the amount transfer of ₹15500 and ₹900 reciept which I forcely paid in order to correct things without any settlement showing in my cibil account information..adding to your information my account balance had never gone less then 5000₹ .. I am still to know that why capital first couldn't debit ₹1250 (emi/month) from my account through e.c.s..i went to corporation bank asking about the same problem, staff from corporation bank(Viraj khand, Gomti nagar, Lucknow) told me that the problem exist in capital first system, but when I asked capital first about the problem they blamed corporation bank, and yesterday when I went to capital first office asking about the due amount of ₹900 for the loan agreement 2742324 which I have already paid way back on 10thJanuary 2016(₹15500) staff told me that it would be a technical error due to which ₹900 over due amount is still pending and added that the status written off cannot be removed and when I told them that in January 2016 I received call from one of their staff asking me to pay ₹15500 to avoid written off status in cibil he said that their staff who told me about that did not have knowledge and further said that if that staff would have full knowledge then why he should be in capital first, he should have been an IAS officer..Also when loan tenure was going on and through e.c.s they couldn't debit my account, they used to call me at that time telling that you have to pay cash and there will be no effect on you cibil which was totally untrue ..they never told me about late payment, they always talk irrelevant, today when I asked Their staff to give me in written that there was technical problem due to which loan which ₹900 is still showing over due for the loan which was fully paid way back in January 2016 he said no, nor he was ready to accept human error in written paper..i am feeling like helpless, for the things for which I haven't done anything wrong moreover I kept my account balance always above 5000₹ for loan repayment I am still paying off mentally, financially, physically..please help me out.i will be really privilege if you do favour me...I am mentioning the problem again in the point written below-
            (1)why they couldn't debit my corporation bank account through e.c.s even though my account balance was always above the amount of instalment which was suppose to be deducted
            (2) Why fake promises were made during the time of collection of instalment (jan 2015, Feb 2015, March 2015, April 2015, May 2015, June 2015) in cash that it would never had an effect on my cibil report, I was never told about the over due charges even after asking .
            (3) my due amount was ₹5000, settlement amount was ₹7000 and amount with penalties, late charges etc was ₹15500 ..I was free to choose any among those three but I opted the highest amount of₹15500 so that my Cibil status doesn't go into written off status but still it's in written off status..
            (3) above three point didn't looked digestive to capital first so they imposed another ₹900 over due amount instead of closing my account in January 2016, since I paid twice time greater then the settlement amount.. And asking about it, there staff is stating that it would be a technical error or human error
            (4) if the error was made by company then why should I suffer for that error, I couldn't avail auto loan due to my Cibil written off status..
            (5) at last why can't the written off status cannot change into closed status since I have paid nearly ₹25000 for the loan sanctioned amount of ₹15000..and that too within time duration from Jan 2015-jan2016.

            Capital First Ltd is an useless financial institution which updates cibil status as POST WO SETTLED after taking all the dues, bounce charges, penalties I.e 200% of loan amount. They also promised that they will update it as closed and issues NOC and Closure Certificate.#A/c .8517951

To my surprise they have deducted emi for month of sept... Now i am calling them but each time they r asking to wait for 5 more days... Plm is not solved till now...                 I have purchase a SONY TV from AVISHEK ENTERPRISE which is located in Subhasgram by loan ( Capital First ). My loan no is 5040451. but the problem is that they are not provide the capital first card which they assured me against the sum of rs 300/- I have already pay the all EMI.                   Dear Sir, Myself is Vikram. My loan no is 2528022 for durable loan. Due to my transfer i had missed one last EMI which was 2870 Rs.and i didnt get to knw that my cheque was bounce. Due to transfer i had change my mobile no. But at the time of loan i had given another Contact no also for any kind of solution. Now after 2years i got a call on that another number from advocate that you have to pay total of 2870 Rs with overdue charges which is 7500, total is 10370 rs otherwise we will file a case and arrest you. He gives me one day only for payment. I ask him why they are calling after 2 years when they have my another contact number also. Tuey said we dont know anything. You have to pay 10000 otherwise get ready for jail. Kindly help me. I told him im ready to pay Rs 2870 which was pending. But he is not listning plz help me i only have one day.

                      Hi Myself Raja Selvaraj from Chennai. I applied personal Loan in banks, but banks rejected my loan due to CIBIL score not good. I applied and checked my CIBIL score and it was extraordinary good score 787…
                      I analyzed the reason, and then I found the following wrong update in my CIBIL. Indian Bank updated Home Loan amount of 20, 000 (How come Indian Bank provide just 20, 000 for home loan). Under Housing loan account number[protected]. I never take any kind of loans in my life. But, Indian Bank mentioned loan amount of Rs, 20, 000 was outstanding. Because of this reason my applied loans are got rejected. Will someone please help to fix this.                         Personal Loan applied for 3 Lakhs. received rs.283334 on 19/04/16. rs.16666 deducted for un know processing charges. due to high interest & after 4 emi (Rs.12584/- pm) paid around 50336/- . Thought to close the PL, got the foreclosure letter for 299772/- dated 11/08/16. Have paid the entire amount on 11/08/16 (Receipt No. [protected]) at Capital First Limited, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore branch. The customer care executive of same branch told that Loan has been closed. You will receive the NOC within 7 working days. It was a big shock again after 1 month later for amount of Rs.12584/- was deducted towards Capital First PL . Have closed my PL loan, then how come the capital first deduct ? This has led me into stress & depression. Have been following with the call center for the said matter. But no valid response why ?

                        My loan agreement no 6222381, On 2nd Sep 2016 I have paid my EMI on line(1430/-), It was successful transaction Id-GSMP[protected].But again on 6th Sep 2016 1430/- has been deducted for EMI again.So I want 1430/- refund now, Please look into the matter.Customer Care No is useless.

                              This is to share my bad experience with Capital First that I had given the cancelled cheque of HDFC Bank and duly filled form at your coprorate office in Delhi (Rajendra Place) to change my back account for EMI paymnets. It was submitted in July'16 and till now, my old bank i.e. RBS is reflecting in your records. I had given two complaints so far at your customer care but nobody is bothered to revert or update.                                 I have been harassed by capital first for a year over a supposedly missing last emi payment for the month of march 2016. The cash payment for that month was collected personally from my hand by a capital first representative on 08 feb. 2016 after that on april capital first representative came without informing me to collect last emi payment on that time i was not available at home. My maa told him to come next time. After that i have not received any call for payment. I also call customer care to send representative to collect last emi amount (Rs-2889/-) but i don't receive any response. Now capital first says the transaction is cancelled according to their records. How can a transaction where there is a physical transfer of cash be cancelled.
                                How they charge me overdue amount.

                                I have been getting threatening/harassing for penalty...

                                      I am very dissatisfy with the capital first services this time.

                                      I applied for the swapping my A/C HDFC to ICICI bank but it could not be processed properly this time. I had discussed with customer care “As per customer care, if you submit the documents before 18 July then it will be updated. But it did not update for this month.

                                      After this issue, my check got bounce on 5th Aug due to short balance in HDFC bank, I was expecting that it will be deduct from ICICI . Again I made a payment online on 6th Aug & same thing discussed with customer care that my A/C should not hit again for the payment.

                                      I got a call from customer care on 8th Aug about the payment & I shared (SMS attached- [protected]) payment transaction .I asked again to your representative, kindly ask your team to update my transaction in your record.

                                      Now yesterday again hit my A/C for the payment .

                                      I have been seriously frustrated& irritated with whole scenario. Even after lot of discussion. Request you to look on my issue & remove my bounce charge. My CIBIL should not hamper due to this negligence.

                                      In 2016, 26th january i bought a tv by capital first.. and i also apply emi card.and give processing fee. 6th emi complete but emi card not reached my home...plz help me get emi card
                                      I am taking loan and I m given all document but my EMI not deducted from my account. I m paying in cash all EMI but u requested for EMI trogh bank and bank deduct charges per month 200 and ur capital first employee fill form wrongly.

                                        My Loan number is : 3256946. The loan tenure ended in March 2016.

                                        I have been harassed by Capital First for a year over a supposedly missing EMI payment for the month of August 2015. The cash payment for that month was collected personally from my hand by a Capital First representative on 18th August 2015 (see receipt attached) and now Capital First says the transaction is cancelled according to their records. How can a transaction where there is a physical transfer of cash be cancelled. If it is cancelled then give me my money back first.

                                        I have been getting threatening/harassing phone calls asking for the missing EMI payment since last year. Despite my best efforts to talk to Customer Care/Nodal Officer on multiple occasions, there is still no resolution to this problem and I still receive those calls threatening to reduce my Credit score. Kindly get this issue resolved.
