Hi,
I have 2 loan accounts 5731890 for which i pay 2000 & 2750. I paid through Paytm but they did not update my payment and kept charging my account and when asked to update the previous payment they did not bother to revert moreover they applied late fee of INR 800. I m not gonna pay any late fee and will also not pay further EMIs if proper resolution not given. contact me ASAP....

I took a loan from capital first of 60000rs for an Iphone on Aug 2016. It was suppose to deduct 5000rs every month for 12months, starting from SEP 2016.
On 5th Sep 2016 5000rs got deducted as communicated. On 23rd Sep 2016 again some charges was debited from my account.

I need to know the reason and want my money back. As it was communicated to be interest free loan...

Hello Team,

I had taken a Two wheeler Loan from Capital First for One year. I want to close this loan before the Period of One year. They had given me the Force closure amount of INR 22, 844.93 Rs./ . While there are 5 EMIs(4537 Per onth) remaining and if I sum UP the Remaining EMIs then I will pay INR 22, 685 Rs./.

In this way they are charging me more than Interest + Principal. I want your Help to please sort...

Due to my bank server related problem(according to capital first ltd) the ecs cheques couldn't cash on against loan agreement no. 2742324 from capital first every month since January 2015.. My account balance was enough for the cheques to be cleared, my loan duration time was from January 2015 to January 2016..I received phone calls from capital first asking me either to settle the amount with rs 7000 or to close it with the total charge...

Two wheeler loan acc no:5230922... Took the loan in month of feb, 2016 and cleared the loan in fulll with fine amount after completion of 6 emis in the month of aug, 2016... To my surprise they have deducted emi for month of sept... Now i am calling them but each time they r asking to wait for 5 more days... Plm is not solved till now... I want my emi amount back as soon as possible......

This is ridiculous service when the Emi date is every month 5th and the payment not done then we hav payed with penalty amt my every month Emi is 1317 but I payed 1717 same next day received the receipt and payment confirmation also then again I got msg stating that the penalty got double I hav to pay 2117 how come I will go with consumer court with issue need reply asap...

This is to inform you that one extra emi has been deducted from my bank account on 3rd sep'16, whereas i've already paid the rest three bounced emi (Amount-inr 3501) on 11th july'16 as instruct by your consultant after this all the bouncing charges will waive off and your loan account will close.
