I have purchased a washing machine with a 2-year warranty from Flipkart. The washing machine was not able to drain the water at the end of the washing cycle and was making a rubbing noise.
So, We raised the complaint by calling mideacare service center. The regional service center was quick to reply initially and they send a technician after 2-3 days. He examined the machine and found out that the drain pump was malfunctioning. He told us that he will come back with the spare part in a few days.
Its been almost a month now and even after calling the regional service center many times, there has not been any attempt to close the case. Nobody is even telling us the correct timeline that it will take to just replace a spare part.

Out of 12 months of the warranty period, we have lost a month when the machine is just idle, wasting my hard-earned money.

    I had purchased window AC(1.5 tom Estrella Neo) from M/s KAY DEE sector 18 Noida(scan of bill enclosed) on 30.7.20

    The AC is not working since installation(is not cooling), I had immediately complained the same to dealer, who had lodged complaint no[protected]

    The service engineer had visited my house and inspected AC on 8th August’2020 and found it to not working.

    It was informed that window AC unit shall be replaced.

    Subsequently I had also raised complaint vide complaint no.[protected],[protected] and[protected].

    Company's service engineer had again visited on 10th August and shot photographs of AC and promised that the unit shall be replaced shortly


    The AC unit is still to be replaced.

    I had complained several times on email but company is yet to provide firm date for replacement of AC unit

        Purchased on 06/10/19 through flipkart. But actually start functioning in this summer Mid may 2020. But service is not satisfactory. I lodge complaint many times but issue not resolved. Please depute trained & Knowledgeable Engineer to resolve the issue immediately . If it is manufacturing issue then replace the same.

              I bought ac on 19 June and installed badly on 21 June and same day ac started throwing water and immediately I called technician but from 4 days he was making us fool we called Many time but in morning he says will come evening in evening he says will come tomorrow morning now we r fad up And I also mailed and called on costumes care but same reply have patience we will visit soon. I bought this ac for my son’s room coz his all exam and classes going on online and his exam will start tomorrow so I don’t want any disturbance after today. Now I don’t want this ac and want my money back and repairing of my room. My reference no is[protected]

                Sir i have been contacting the respective service centre for almost 2 months from now. Till now i haven't received any proper response from the service centre located in salem. They are willingly delaying the process time to complete my request as my air conditioning unit is in breakdown. And most importantly i bought this air conditioner only before 3 months. The service centre manager name is nityanandam and he haven't given me enough information about the repair and what problem persists in the aur conditioning unit in my house. So i request you to take necessary action towards the respective service centre and the employees for the delay.

                  Hi

                  I ordered a Carrier Split AC through Amazon on 21st May and got it delivered on 22nd May. However once I got it installed, the technician said there is a faulty part in the outdoor part of the AC and due to which there is an E1 error coming.

                  He suggested me to call Carrier customer care to complaint about this, which I did (Complaint Transaction number[protected]. After 2-3 days a technician from Carrier came to check (Dharmendra - [protected]). He confirmed that the outdoor part is defected and that part needs to be replaced. He said he is going to place a request for the part and will be resolved in 1-2 days.

                  However, 4 days have passed and since then this technician is also not responding properly and neither there is any progress.

                  I have also already put in a request for replacement of this AC in Amazon website within 10 days of the delivery date and called the Amazon customer care as well. They said someone will get back to you in 24 hours for replacement, but it's already more than 24 hrs and no one has called. I have spent almost 43000 on this AC and no one is helping out to replace this faulty AC.

                  Request urgent assistance on this. Waiting for prompt response.

                    I am writing this email to express my regret on purchase of carrier brand ac. I purchased carrier ac in an impression that it is a world leader in ac technology despite being a loyal whirlpool customer for years, but unfortunately my experience with the product and the post maintenance has been an awful one. Firstly, there were issues with installation of products that took about a month to resolve and now the most recent issues that i'm facing and following up with the customer service due to an issue with the product.

                    Your agencies to which the contracts for maintenance are offered are the ones to be blamed for this poor feedback of the carrier services. This one is specifically related to the most recent support calls that i logged with carrier. I first reported a case[protected] on may 16th and then kept following with the customer care team to get an idea when the service engineer will call/visit me. The service engineer never called and closed the ticket with stating customer not reachable after calling 3 times. I called the customer care immediately to reopen the case, which the team said was not possible and they opened up another case[protected] on may 22nd. Since then, i have been continuously following up with customer service team. Despite being convinced that the team will call me/connect with me no one has connected with me since.

                    Its 10th day since i registered my first complaint. Looks like customer satisfaction has no meaning for carrier team.

                    I am seriously regretting my decision to go with brand carrier. Will never recommend carrier brand products to anyone in future due to your poor post sale services. Wish it had been a fruitful relation with brand carrier.

                      Grievance details : greetings of the day, this is to bring to your attention midea team that a bonafide customer like me has to face a single issue numerous times. Kindly, check with your system that the water dripping issue was lodged with your customer care support 3 times bearing registered mobile number [protected]. Now, today morning the same issue repeated by water dripping from the inside unit. This is the 4th time the issue repeated after the unit was seen by your on field support executive 12- 15 days back. Now, i think the issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible by taking the issue seriously to consumer forum. Because, i won't be accepting this deficiency and negligence in service at any cost. Waiting for a positive response from your end. Please do the needful and service the issue at the earliest with customer satisfaction and i won't be paying a single penny from my pocket. Being, in the field of law i know how to deal with this deficiency and negligence in service. Please note that while the product was under warranty site inspection was done of the product 2 times the service registered vide registered mobile number [protected]. One time service engineer told that water leaking due to white cement missing on outer wall and second time white cement was applied on inside wall. Now on 25th may the same incident reported. Now, the intention is very clear that they had malafide intention to loot the customer once the product goes out of warranty.                         To whomsoever this is concerning, i bought an a/c midea on flipkart and it was delivered on last thursday. Thereafter, i followed up multiple times with the installation team, however, there is no proper response. All promised time frames for installation have never been met.

                        My only concern is that the return policy is until 31st, in case there is an issue with the ac i can't return it because i have read some bad reviews about returning it. This is my first ac and i don't want a bad experience.

                        I'm freaking done, do you guys even care to send someone for installation or just have fake promises?

                          I have purchased a ac carrier 18k australia neo 3 star from anandamela, parcus road, burdwan on 27 feb 20. The technicians visited three times but failed to start due to defective (Indoor). The ac lying unused till date. Please replace the defective indoor and start ac without any further delay. Thanks.

                            I brought midea water purifier and the product is not working. Its less than a year old of purchase and iam facing multiple issue with the product. Iam totally not satisfied with midea brand.

                            Below are the problems with water purifier -

                            1. Very hot water is coming all the time.
                            2. Water water is not getting out through waste water inlet.
                            3. Machine is running continuously for a long time and tank full indication is not showing.
                            4. Water pressure is very less and some times water is not coming through purified water inlet.

                            Inshort it is completely not working. I have already raised it with midea customer care. I would want this to be rectified on priority as soon as the lock down is lifted else i would have to escalate this further.

                              My name is amar singh bisht & registered mobile no.- [protected]. I had purchased fully automatic top load washing machine in jan'18.
                              In feb'20 there was some noise coming from machine. You engineer checked & suggested to change rotor.
                              On 2nd mar'20 i registered my call to replace the part. But till date neither i receive any call from your nor parts.
                              From 13th mar'20 i am daily calling to your customer care. They give me mobile no-[protected] which is switch off. After that they provided me mobile no. - [protected], [protected] both are not reachable.
                              Most of the time your customer care make some lame excuse & cut the phone. Pls. Check my recorded call history.
                              On 15th i called up you sales manager on mobile-[protected] & he assure me that it will get replace on 17th.
                              Today again i call at you customer care again they are saying that it will take 2 more day.
                              Pls. Look into this.
                              You service is really very poor.

                                Hello sir/madam,
                                My name is mukesh. My complaint regarding worst service provided by carrier midea company and i feel cheated by company's behavior. Sir, i purchased a fully automatic 7kg midea washing machine from flipkart on 14 october 2018. With which i got a 2-year warranty.

                                My invoice number is fab2ga[protected].

                                From then until 19 february 2020 the machine was working fine, but on 20 february, the machine suddenly stopped working.

                                Then on 21 february i called the company's customer care number[protected], the company sent a service engineer from its authorized service center to check the washing machine. The service engineer examined the machine and told me that the pcb circuit of the door of the washing machine would have to be changed, and assured me to bring the parts to the washing machine within 7 to 10 days.

                                For this, company gave me a transaction number[protected] for further assistance.

                                But from the day of the complaint but till date no satisfactory response was received from the company, they are constantly complaining about the same thing that we do not have the parts, we are asking for it, and saying this, they have spent about 20 to 22 days in vain.

                                And when i called him again recently, now he is asking me to wait for another 15 days, due to which i have to write this complaint in force.

                                  I did not get a proper response from your alloted service, could you please check with getback asap, or give your higer official number or email id regarding the service related issue i need to escalate.

                                    I have a carrier ac extra cyclojet. Had issues as it was making too much sound. Raised complaint but no response at all. An associate visited but when i check with the customer care, they had no knowledge about it.

                                    I doubt the customer care call attenders are also diverting calls to petty associates for some benefit.

                                    Dont even know if carrier cares about all this.

                                      Complaint raised on 15th dec.2019. Called so many time till date with no proper response from customer care, service in charge when ever i call they just keep on give me tat. They always make commitment but till now they are not able to give service. I have taken extended warranty also. They said that one part is defective so they order it and it will come in 4 days. Now when i m calling they don't bother to answer the call. Extremely frustrated with the kind of service they give. I want my money back.

                                        I think I did a mistake by purchasing ac from midea carrier.
                                        From starting itself you gave a dumb product and from your side ac repair 3times.
                                        And still it's not working and if it is not replace I am going to consumer forum for making a complain for mideacare (carriermidea) LTD.
                                        Very worst service from your side totally unsatisfied
