My window ac 1.5 ton is under AMC wef 01 Apr 18 vide cash receipt 920 and call no.[protected]copy attached).
A complaint no.[protected] was raised on 01 Jul and the AC was picked up on 02 Jul 18. The service center called me on 02 Jul 18 saying that the cooling coil has to be replaced costing Approx Rs 4000 + taxes and transportation.
When the AMC cash receipt was signed, the carrier engr had promised that AMC covers all repairs and parts except plastic parts. I was assured that AMC T&C would be given to me next day, which I have not been given till date.
Charging money after AMC without any T&C is totally unethical practise and does not justify AMC.
The service centre representatives have been extremely rude and coming from a supposedly world renowned company it is unbelievable and unacceptable.
It is requested that the AC be repaired and returned to me since it is causing unnecessary hardship on the blistering summer leading to Ill health to my family and increase of BP due to the callous attitude of your service staff.

Carrier did not inform me of the exclusions if any from AMC except plastic parts and this clearly constitutes deficiency of service. Being an Air Force officer dedicated to duty to the nation, it is not possible for me to run behind a huge company for my grievance nor can I afford the exorbitant and uncalled for expense quoted by your reps.
There is no point in carrying on with an AMC, if the carrier company continues to fool it's customers and take away their hard earned money.
It is requested that either my account may be repaired and returned immediately or it may be returned to me without repairs and the amount paid towards AMC refunded to me.

Further, it may not be improper to suggest that your employees are rude and sell AMC to unsuspecting customers by fooling them and withholding details.

The very fact that the AMC documents have not been given to me even after three months clearly shows the malafide intention of carrier company employees.

    Dear Team

    Its the 6th time today I have called up Customer care and informed about no visit of technician and still closing of the complaint. My 2 ton Carrier AC is not working well (Cooling, Noise issue) for the last 35 days but still nothing is been done even after subscribing for AMC. Bunty and Shadab are the two technicians who have Chawri bazar Area under them, neither they pick up calls not they pay a visit, yet they close the complaint. I would request to the concerned authorities to please take severe action against the technicians and fix my AC Asap.

      Hello midea,

      Subject - pathetic installation damaged odu condenser unit and while replacing the condenser unit damaged the odu as its compressor started producing annoying motor sound and to rectify the annoying compressor sound pumped out many units of refrigerant from odu but the sound problem remain the same on the other hand the cooling of ac deteriorated.

      So after detailing and describing every problem faced by me from past 1 month and also clearly pointing out the people who are responsible to make my life hell, the midea care has again given my case to those who are responsible for damaging my outdoor unit.

      This treatment to me is insane and unbearable. The person who are responsible for damaging and redamaging my outdoor unit everytime they touched my outdoor unit are mr shareef and mr raju of the satna midea service centre and mr waqar the midea point of contact from indore.

      And even after describing everything in detail in my mail and in fb post and also discussing the same with mr saurabh of midea care, my case has been transferred again to those who destroyed my ac's outdoor unit and my mental peace.

      How the hell my outdoor unit issue has been assigned to the same person shareef who created the whole mess and not able to resolve anything till date on the contrary he and his team are responsible to create this defect.

      I rightly requested for replacement of the defective outdoor unit so don't indulge in this kind of delaying and formality tactics which will make my issue worse.

      Kindly respond and resolve my replacement request asap, and don't dare transfer my service request back to same people who are responsible for this mess.

      Carrier midea amc for a/c is waste of money & time. They don't resolve the problem with split ac which was under AMC.
      PLEASE DON'T BUY CARRIER AC AND AMC FROM CARRIER MIDEA.

        During second service engineer has broken the lock of panel.. We came to know when we found the lock after some time... And suddenly panel was came out.
        We have also raise the complaint but no body is taking care of this... Now the market trend customer is expecting service... Which we expect form midea. Complain no[protected]... Kindly replace the panel immideatley.

            I purchase a carrier midea ac last year, last year cooling very well but this year ac not cooled perfectly, i lodge a complaint but technician not show proper justification about problem and product under warranty period and dealer not support positively for solution.

            If no provide any solution we lodge complaint in consumer court.
            Please take necessary action immediately.

              I have visited vijay sales store, crown plaza faridabad for purchase window ac but after convincing by sales person for inverter ac that feature consuming less electricity, i have increased my budget and had purchase carrier split inverter 1.5 ton duracell 3i ac on 28/4/2018 from vijay sales. And installation done after two days. Engineer not given demo that time due electricity not available after not 15 days this is not cooling it's not even cool 12x10 room and consuming 18 to 22 unit in single night, i have given complain many times but engineer visited and checked the unit and told me that ac working but not solution provided him,
              I have told to service engineer that please sit in the room and feel that room getting cool or not than he told me that as per given instruction by our superior, we will check our unit and make the report, if your room not getting cool or consuming heavy electricity that is not our concern.
              I have written my feedback on his engineer visiting report but no response revived by vijay sales and carrier company.
              I am extremely disappointed about the service provided by vijay sales and service central he charged me 40300 rs for that unit which is not working properly
              False commitment given by sales team that this ac is consuming less electricity and now it is not given cooling properly.
              Anybody here to listen my complain, provide me permanent solution or change my ac.

                Dear Sir,
                I am writing this mail to complain about my 2 Carrier Carrier Midea Ductable AC 5.50 tr that I purchased from Coolcare Air conditioning on 26th June, 2016. (copy of bill in attached named bill)
                From last 1 month I am regularly complaining Carrier Midea about my AC not working and till date my complaint is not resolved.
                Let me tell you my problem from starting. From the very beginning my Carrier Midea AC’s are not effective in cooling for which I complaint and then someone from Carrier Midea came and told me that the pipe fitting is having some sharp turns and it cant make effective cooling ever, on telling him that the fitting is done by Midea executive itself then he said if the outdoor fit outside then it can do some standard cooling and it does for around 1 month. After running a month cooling again lost its effectiveness and we complaint again about it. Then Carrier Midea guys came and said that gas is leaking and they filled gas again and AC ran for 1 month again and lost its effectiveness again. This all happen within a year of purchase of the AC, which looks like a simple procedure to complete the warranty period of the product, because as soon as winter arrive requirement of the AC is done and will be require in next summer only.

                This summer season again my both AC’s were not giving cooling for which I complaint again and guys from Royal Aircon & Electricals Sonepat, HR.(who surely not look like a engineer) came & said that the motor is defective and they need to replace the motor, on which we told them to get it done at earliest and they charged us Rs. 500/-(Cash without bill) as the visit charge and told us that product will arrive from the company which take 5 to 6 working days. On the 4th day we called them for asking the status about the motor they told us that the motor cost is Rs 5500/- & we need to made the 50% payment of it and only after that they will order the motor from the company, which I made the very same day (Rs. 2750/-) And requested him that because of your mistake that we already suffered the loss of 4 to 5 days so kindly arrange the motor without any further delay on which he assured me that the motor will be fitted in my premises within a week. From that day onwards people from Royal Aircon & Electricals are not picking my phone. When somehow they pickup my call (calling from other number) they said that the company has mistakenly sent the wrong motor and they have mailed the issue to the company, on asking the copy of that mail they said it will be done within an hour, after that he started not picking the other number as well. After 8 days when the part finally came then they said that it is defective again from the company side and they need to get it replaced again. The guys who came here were behaving very badly and were in so much rush that they didn’t even let us see what the defect was. The process of not picking the calls is still remains the same from Royal Aircon Guys, then they came today with another motor E-1137 but the previous motor which was fitted in purchased Ac was E-11024, we told them about the same before fitting it on which they replied it was the same motor with same functioning. They replace the motor and as soon as they fit the motor they told us it will work properly now which doesn’t seem like as it was making some kind of noise but they said it takes some time to settle and they were in so much rush that they have another complaint to attend so they were about to leave by the time they are leaving the motor suffered the short circuit and got burnt, which surely effected the other parts of the AC as well. So I don’t know the current position of the AC whether it was in running mode or not after the short circuit due to the wrongly fitted motor by the Midea customer care i.e Royal Aircon & Electricals

                These 2 AC’s are fitted in an factory and because of both AC’s not working I had already suffered a loss of my card in my machine which got overheat. Every time we complaint someone comes and do some changes like filling gas, moving outdoor unit elsewhere etc.
                I am very much confident that either Carrier Midea has sold me either a used product or a defective product as the new product can’t be that much defective.
                After all that stuff I want an complete replacement of my both the AC’c as I had played this complaint games from a long time already, otherwise I have no other option left to move to consumer court againt Carrier Midea and Royal Aircon & Electricals. And I don’t need any person from Royal Aircon & Electricals stepping in my property again, Carrier Midea directly contact me.

                  My a/c had stopped working on 29th apr, 2018 and was flashing a continuous blinking light on the idoor unit display panel. We registered a complaint with carrier customer care and a technician visited our place. It was surprising to see the unprofessional behavior of the technician. He simply said that there is gas problem in the a/c and will send another guy for gas refill. When the other guy came he mentioned that if the a/c is not turning on then he cannot measure gas pressure and it must be a faulty pcb. Again the person who visited first came and he also started saying that looks like it's a problem with indoor unit pcb. We don't check or repair pcbs so we will replace it and see if the a/c starts working. The next day he brought a spare pcb in a box to my home. Unfortunately, only my parents were at home. They questioned on the packaging as it looked tampered and did not appear original seal packed part. Also, the mrp and pkg date on the label of the box were striked out so that they are not visible to my parents. But the technician insisted and told that this is how the company sends the spare parts. He installed this pcb and charged my parents total of 4500 for pcb plus 470 for the visit charge.ac turned on and therefore, my parents gave the money asked by the technician. They did take a bill receipt for the same. Now, this replaced pcb started giving the same problem within 30 days itself and again the a/c would stop working in between with lights flashing on the display panel of indoor unit. We registered a complaint again on june 2nd, 2018 with carrier customer care. Another person came from the service center and he took this pcb to workshop for checking. We had asked them to provide a new pcb since this was under guarantee. To our surprise he brought back the same pcb from workshop and said that we have fixed it and this can be installed again. Originally we were told carrier doesn't repair pcbs and anytime there is a problem, it has to be replaced. By this time, we had suspicion and doubts on the authenticity of the part and service provided. We asked the person to take it back and bring a new pcb since we don't want a repaired part based off their initial statements itself. It has been 20 days but we have not heard back from service centre on the spare part arrival. Customer care tells us that our request is pending spare part and will be addressed soon. We have paid 5k for this pcb and its been 20 days that our a/c is non-functional at home.in the meantime, we also got to know that this pcb costs around 1800 to 2000 only for which they had charged my parents 4500. When i called the manager of service center, he mentioned that all this depends on part codes and at that time it was 4500. I questioned him how can price of a part reduce from 4500 to 2000 in a month to which i got no response. I am submitting a complaint here but not really sure how this can be resolved appropriately. Hoping to get the queries and concerns addressed by carrier midea india.

                    Ac has been purchased and installed since last 2 months. It was working properly, but since 15 days its compressor is not working and its cooling system is also not working. When we switch on the ac only its fan is working but even after a long time its compressor is not working and for which it is not useful. Hope this information is sufficient to detect the problem and can be resolved properly.

                      Hi,

                      This is to bring to your attention that i bought carrier split air conditioner on 30 may 2013 from kbm electronics (1/32 main vikas marg, lalita park, laxmi nagar delhi 92,[protected],[protected]. Since first month o[censored]sage i started facing problem with the gas leakage and cooling. I logged complaint with the carrier team and the engineer visited the place. Cooling problem was resolved though problem related to gas leakage was still not resolved. During working the unit stops working and shows error message as ec (Gas leakage) on the display panel. This problem was persisting and not resolved by the concerned team and all of sudden the display unit of the ac has stopped working. I again went and logged complaint with the complaint cell. Complaint was logged n the first week of october and finally after two visits engineer told us that display unit needs to be replaced as it has fault. After constant follow ups on 14th nov engineer took the part with him for replacement. I was told that it would be replaced within 4 working days. Now the engineer is saying we don't have part to replace and it would take more time. Its been more than 30 days since that part was taken away and still not been replaced. Here is the details of wrok order form which engineer provided while taking that display device (Key tek solutions, cmi authorise service partner, c-17a mandawali upper, opp navneeti appt, parparganj, plot # 51 ip extn delhi 92).

                      This is really ridiculous on the part of carrier india that they are not able to resolve the problem at once. No response and communication is happening and this is really torturing to keep on following up on these things. Would appreciate if you can look into this and provide resolution to it asap.

                      I think that the unit provided to me was faulty one and second hand one. No new device can give so many issues in 6 months period only. This is really shameful, unethical and unprofessional on the part of carrier to treat customer in this fashion.

                        I would like to inform you that i booked midea 1.5 ton ac through flipkart on[protected] and its deliver and install same day at evening. But i noticed its cooling capacity is not more than my previous voltas 1.5 ton ac and current using mitashi 1.5 ton ac at my other room (156 sft) which area is bigger than my room area is 100 sft. Please suggest.

                          I had bought a carrier 1.5 ton split ac last year in february.in a year and 4 months the whole cooling coil, costing 10, 690/-, had to be replaced as it had rusted. Complaint number being[protected]. The servicing was done an authorized carrier midea partner, zee aircon. My complaint is against carrier midea, the company is cheating it's customers by falsely advertising about it's product. Have provided images of the product. It says that there is 100% copper used in the coil. Hence it is supposed to last longer and be more stable. On the other hand i had to change the whole coil in year and four months because of the coil rusting and leaking gas. What they don't say clearly is that very little copper is used in the coil and whatever copper is used is 100% pure copper!!! What is the point of me buying such an expensive product and then spending 10, 000/- again in a year on it. I had mailed the company customer service as well but didn't get a reply till date. Please take up this matter seriously as these companies have been cheating it's customers on a regular basis.

                            I have purchased 18k superia pro inverter ac in april 2018.


                            It has been just 15 days i have installed it and the ac is not working properly.


                            First of all the installation was not done properly by carrier executive. Transaction no. For installation was:[protected] assigned to mohammed galib. Suction and discharge valve are not even closed properly.


                            After 7 days it started shutting down in night automatically. I complained at carrier. One person i. E sanjay yadav came (Transaction no.[protected] and checked the sensor wire and outdoor and went back saying there is no any problem.

                            Since then it had started consuming too much electricity just after 3 days of working. Per hour it is consuming 2.5 to 3 unit.

                            Still nobody is there to pick the request.

                              Ive bought product last October. I didn't use it then as it was winter. Starting using from march since then complained about cooling and controlling issues multiple times. Finally they replaced mother board after 2 months of complaining which fixed controlling issues but cooling issue still remains.
                              Carrier outsourced to some 3rd party. These guys don't have any equipment with them to test. They just go by guessing. I've complained soo many times, frustrated with the product

                                I purchased carrier ac model 18k estella window ac having sr no[protected] and model no gwrac018er020 on 16/04/2016. Within one year it has stopped cooling and when we contacted customer care and raised ac problems immediately they send the technician team to check out the problem. As soon as they visited they confirmed that the cooling coil need to be replaced as its defective one and in next 2-3 days they replaced the cooling coil but we havent unaware whether it was new one or repaired one but in next one year meant in 2018 again ac stopped cooling and we have contacted customer care for resolution and again they said your cooling coil is defected and asking for new cooling coil which costs around 6500. Please suggest what to do now and how come if a new part has been installed and with in one year it can be again defect one. How came it possible same issues arises after part replaced and i think they are making fool of customer and asking money

                                  New product bought from authorized dealer in noida (Kay dee electronics) in april 2017. Cooling function halted towards end of july 2017. Lodged a complaint on 18th august 2017 with serice helpline number of the company.

                                  Not a single technician followed upon the service request for next 10 days. Received an sms that service request number is cancelled due to duplicate complaint. I never had any other sr number.

                                  Lodged a fresh complaint on national service hotline with same problem, and no technician visit was scheduled for 1 week. As a customer i had to follow up again and again. Sr again gets cancelled as 2 different technicians came at different points saying they are not sure of the problem.

                                  Emailed service helpdesk on 11-sep-2017 for "complete replacement of this product". Only received automated response, nothing else till date.

                                  Called gzb service area manager, who reopened the ticket and sent a technician, who said he will replace the defective part with original part and it will be a 3 days wait.

                                  It has been 8 days, i have not heard from carrier, or manager, or the technician...

                                  Called up twice on different hotline numbers carrier[protected] ; midea[protected], but customer service executives keep saying they are sorry for inconvenience, and my complaint has been assigned high priority.

                                  Nobody from the company has followed up on this problem.
                                  Carrier Midea India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I just started using this product, on 1st day it worked well..on second day the unit starts automatically loading n unloading..unable to cool the room ..plz help..or any service centre in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

                                    I had raised a complaint on 9th sept to customer care service regarding my split ac. They promised me that it will be attended within 24 hrs. One person came on 10 the to inspect and said the unit outside need to be taken to service centre for gas filling. Till now no one has come to pickup. Today is 12 th sept.

                                    Inspite of my repeated calls to service centre and customer care no one is bothered to resolve it.

                                    There is poor response from service centre and they don't care.

                                    I am really frustrated and want to raise a complaint against the company and compensate me for the trouble done by them and the delay in repairing.

                                    I had bought this unit in 2014 and previously also got poor service.

                                    Hope u will take this ahead and provide a response

                                      I had detected some problem with my ac on friday (01/09/2017) evening. I had approached the said dealer (Ss cooling), on saturday (02/09/2017) by 9:18 am and submitted my claim over phone ([protected]) to a male whose name was not clear at that time. Since there was no response till 2 pm in the afternoon, i contacted the same office phone number again to know the status and received a reply from a lady saying there is no such complaint, after explaining that the systems were not open when i called the same lady said she will enquire and get back. And again, there was no response when i contacted the same office phone number 3 times and received same lethargic answer from the same lady who picks the call in the office. And the last call was attended by mr. Nathan – service in charge (To whom i spoke in the morning) with surprise, that the call was not attended, he asked me about the status and assigned technicians. They sent 2 young technicians (Ph no of technicians [protected]/[protected] by 3:45 pm. They seem to be too childish in attending the ac complaint, finally they found the remote sensor board had a problem in making the compressor working and with my consent detached the remote senor board. They wrote a complaint record and received rs. 300/- (Out of rs. 2000/- as said by technicians) from me and gave no acknowledgement for the same. They gave word to repair the same and make the ac running by monday (04/09/2017) or by tuesday (05/09/2017). Since the same was not met i had to call the office by tuesday evening for almost 3 times and there was no response over office phone number, i tried calling the owner of the dealership mr. Prakash ([protected]) only for him to attend the call by 3rd time and he immediately gave word to clear the complaint by 7 pm and gave an mobile no ([protected]) and there was no response when i called the no by 4;14 pm and again contacted mr. Prakash and when i called him by 8:49 pm there was no response and he called me back by 9:01 pm and was giving a non-conducive answer saying he was expecting my call. Finally, he said the same complaint will be attendant without fail by wednesday (06/09/2017) and assigned the same mobile number naming him as vimal. By wednesday morning when i called mr. Vimal there was no response and i again contacted mr. Prakash and spoke to mr. Vimal over conference call and he said he will resolve the same by 4 pm and when the same did not happen i tried calling mr. Vimal and mr. Prakash and received no response. I directly raised a complain to carrier midea india ltd no[protected] and was assigned compliant no[protected] by 4:18 pm and with a technician no sameer ([protected]) only by 5:18 pm. Meantime i received a call from ss cooling saying i have been assigned with a service request as against complaint request by 4:51 pm on wednesday (06/09/2017). By the same evening 2 technicians visited without informing me with a remote sensor board which was a wrong one and went back saying within 5 minutes they will come back and resolve the issue. Once again, i contacted carrier toll free no and received total irresponsible response from their executive by 8 pm, and when i said i will be raising the same to customer redressal department, he was totally not bothered and answered “no issues” and thanked me for calling carrier customer service. Till today (Thursday – 07/09/2017) nothing got resolved both from ss cooling or carrier midea india pvt ltd. And me for the past 4 days suffering with my child and family without ac in this bad climate in chennai. This is a series lapse from both carrier midea india and ss cooling side in delivering and serving their customer and making the customer into series hardship. Whole of my family is having sleepless night for the past 5 days out of this bad and irresponsible service delivery from both the companies. I request the respective authorities to, kindly look into this complaint as early as possible and respond to my requests. And now i have no idea where the spare part is lying with and when the same will get resolved. Kindly help me to get out of this non customer oriented companies to get back my spare part so the ac can be repaired

                                        unsatisfactory service under amc for kurve wall mounted ac

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Pcb was detected non functional on[protected].
                                        I am waiting for last 20 days for my ac to become functional.
                                        Today i contacted call centre[protected] & what a pity i was given a mobile no of my area head yash chaurasia (+91-[protected]) & he told me he has already left the company.
                                        Is this the way the reputed brand of carrier midea should function.
                                        It seems the company is not serious in giving...
