I bought a Carrier ester neo 1.5 ton inverter AC. After 2 days of working, i realized that they didn't install my ac properly and water is leaking from the indoor unit onto the wall and my floor is getting wet. I called customer care service for the same issue and was promised that i will get a cal back from technician within 24 hrs. After not getting call for 3 days i again called customer care, to my surprice i was told that my complaint...

I purchased midea water purifier from chandra traders chennai. Date : 30 march 2018
1. The shop owner told me they don't have stock so he will deliver at my home. They delivered a 2016 model. They promised they will change all the filters for free to compensate this. That didn't happen.

2. Installation guy took 7 days in installing.

3. They have 3 free services, but the service engineer doesn't come for...

The authorized service centre (Servicing salt lake area), arbee refrigeration, and the branch service manager, are being extremely irresponsible regarding providing proper amc documents even after more than 2 months, although my cheque has been encashed in january 2019. I have paid for renewal of amc for two window acs (1.5t and 1.0 t) for 2 years.
I have been following up every week but end up getting only empty assurances....

Besharam Elena, lakshmi, pradnya, pooja if you have self respect and respect for the customers and for your parents then reduce my call rates from your end and don't try to become fraud and arrange a call back from the retention team.

Pradnya today you become full greedy and hungry by eating my incoming and outgoing and incoming validity of this number and 4 other numbers showing your greedyness and hungerness and nasty attitude...

Hi i am rahul rai from amritsar (Punjab) i bought carrier 1.5 ton a. C from my town and i just had an issue regarding front panel of a. C i want to change it and buy new one but ur service team is not much co-operative and not much professional as they don't know how to deal with customers if they had an issue how to deal with or overcome the issue. I don't want to even recommend such a brand with no support.
I am lodging complaint...

After so many trail mails (attached), nobody is reverting on my reminders and nobody have approached me yet from last 03-Sep-2018,

I have a window AC 1.50 ton, and i have get done the AMC of my product, now its cooling coil gets defected and they people are refusing to change it,

I want the issue to be resolved by the concerned senior guys ASAP....

My complaint trn[protected] for repair of carrier split ac under AMC has been refused by carrier midea stating that the cooling coil is not covered. Where as the AMC document shows the part is covered and not in the exclusion list. When I asked the customer care exec to show me as to where the part is excluded in the AMC doc, he abruptly cut the line.

I want the issue to be resolved by the concerned senior exec asap....

Dear sir, i was complaining for my ac outdoor unit fan broken since 25 days to carrier costomer care but no one responds not even there technician or an engineer contacting me... Complaint no.[protected] which was i filed on 10/08/2018. Every time i called there customer care executive they say they will contact me in 2 hours but no one call. I regularly called them daily sir.

Hi, i have opted for amc for my window ac. Currently i was facing cooling issue for which i called the toll free for the service. The engineer was reluctant to come in t he first half of the day, because in second half i am off to my duties. Ost engineer visit it is now 2 days, no one has bothered to show up here to fill the gas and do repair works. I am constantly calling them, they dont answer the phone. No just poor product quality but...

I made a complaint on friday 10/08 with complaint number[protected]. No visit was made on saturday and a visit was made today and identified they need to change a part and gas. I have taken am amc from carrier midea and was told it was covered under the same and another engineer will visit to complete the task however no timeline was provided. I called the engineer who connected me to the service centre co-ordinater who promised a resolution...

Customer care called me saying within 1hr harish and some other name will do the i
Installation. I already submitted a complaint. If it's not possible with u people pls pls let me know. I really like this product. But it's lying in home from 3days....

I have book a washing (Brand-midea 7.0kg) on (17/07/18) at flipkirt, unfortunately it was found damage, and i put for replacement on (23/07/18), the flipkirt was committed for replacement tr & c
After service engineer visit scheduled date on (27/07/18), but still no visit, once again i call c care, he said there was reschedule for visit for (03/08/18).
Sir i cant understand wy there delay for visit, almost 11 days is vast...

I bought a carrier window air conditioner (model 18 k Estrella) recently and found on the day of installation that ac is not working properly and found serious defects/faults and requested the authorized technician not to install a defective piece but not agreed and installed it. I made a call to the dealer in this regard and requested to replace it but they denied and said that" you may contact customer care only." I sent a mail to customer...

My 2 ton Carrier AC is not working well (Cooling, Noise issue) for the last few days but still nothing is been done by carrier midia even after subscribing for AMC.

After service on 07.07.18 the problem had not resolved, actually the noise was increases after the service. Please resolve the problem immediately....

My window ac 1.5 ton is under AMC wef 01 Apr 18 vide cash receipt 920 and call no.[protected]copy attached).
A complaint no.[protected] was raised on 01 Jul and the AC was picked up on 02 Jul 18. The service center called me on 02 Jul 18 saying that the cooling coil has to be replaced costing Approx Rs 4000 + taxes and transportation.
When the AMC cash receipt was signed, the carrier engr had promised that AMC covers all repairs...

Its the 6th time today I have called up Customer care and informed about no visit of technician and still closing of the complaint. Subject - pathetic installation damaged odu condenser unit and while replacing the condenser unit damaged the odu as its compressor started producing annoying motor sound and to rectify the annoying compressor sound pumped out many units of refrigerant from odu but the sound problem remain the same on the other hand the cooling of ac deteriorated.

So after detailing and describing every problem...

During second service engineer has broken the lock of panel.. We came to know when we found the lock after some time... And suddenly panel was came out.
We have also raise the complaint but no body is taking care of this... Now the market trend customer is expecting service... Which we expect form midea. Complain no[protected]... Kindly replace the panel immideatley....

I have purchased moto c plus on line on 23/5/2018 after hardly running only 15 days it`s battery get discharged today i made contact on toll free no but my problem could not be resolved, yours service is extremely poor and it`s battery is also of sub standard quality, replace the battery free of cost immediately
