We have signed agreement where we were said that for all the goods supplied the payment will be made within 30 days
But we havent received any payment nor they are reverting any mail nor answering any calls.
We have tried them reaching through different modes of communication like whats app sms
They are reading and just ignoring it not reverting back a single message
The person with whom everthing was communciated was jaikee and he added arun and gyanendra in the loop mail in the starting after which we havent received any communciation from these guys.

Sir I am contact to Castumer care in 4 time AC AMC purchase. But not reply carrier company.

    Dear Sir,

    I Ashok Sharma, bought one air conditioner of carrier company in May 2016. And after that also taken AMC for this AC after one completion of one year. I had faced cooling and gas problem in 2017. So after giving so mANY COMPLAINTs it has been resolved.

    Now again in March 2019. i am facing same cooling and gas problem, now your service engineer visited and suggest to change its cooling coil and also have to fill gas.

    After giving 15 complaints (Complaints no.[protected],[protected], 13378755,[protected],[protected], 13373851, Dt 1.4.19 to 30.4.19) from 1.4.19 to till date in your CUSTOMER CARE.

    But every time they are giving false commitment and also i had deposited Rs. 3500 cash on 20.4.19 in your service center in ballabhgarh at Bhardwaj Electronics for purchasing cooling kit.

    But till date my problem has not been solved . I am totally disappointed from your false commitment and services.

    I never expect this kind of ### SERVICES from Carrier.

    Your service engineer Mr. Dharmender is giving false commitment on daily basis to me since 1.4.19 to till date.

    Because of this carrier is losing his value and image in market.

    I will never buy carrier product in future and never recommend to any one for this product.

    Finally i have to make written complaint for your services and service engineer.

    Waiting for your prompt reply on the same.

      Window ac fan work only for a second
      After getting service from yours representative in feb 19. Compressor work continue and tripped after some time in this period fan stars only 2 time for a sec.
      2.in my other split ac, ac cooling is gone far away as work like a fan maintain only 28 deg temperature while ac runs on 18 deg temp.

      In view above complaint you are requested to recheck the same complaint at the earliest possible and rectify the same.

        To the customer service team,

        The day ac installed (15th may) when we tried to use our air conditioner, there was no cool air only the blower was working on this we called up customer service and raised a complaint and service center guy came to our place and checked the ac.

        They told there is issue with pcb and asked to wait until new pcb comes. Even with new pcb it was not working. They told there is some fault in line of my home and took ac to their service center to check and found it is causing issue there as well. They told that they are raising replacement but i didn't receive my ac back until now. Its been more than one month ac has been taken away by service centre guys but till now replaced ac not came and installed.

        We are suffering because of poor service being provided by midea and faulty products being sold. The summer is coming at its peak and the whole purpose of buying ac is looking like waste of money as there won't be use of it once summer is over. You guys can keep it with you and refund my money, i will go for some better trusted name.

        Please be informed that if necessary action is not taken in 24 hours i am going to write to consumer court, national consumer helpline and every other forum on internet. Also the issue will be highlighted on every social media if its not resolved asap.

          I had bought carrier inverter ac 1.5 ton breezo model on 5th march 2019 from flipkart for 42000/-. It was installed by local service centre - sv magic cool systems, hyderabad on 11th march 2019 for 1500/- installation charges. Since then there have been issues with ac till date. It was working for sometime and getting powered off. After few days, it never powered on. After giving complaint to company and service centre on 22nd march 2019, they sent a technician and he said pcb needs replacement for this new product. They said to buy a stabilizer for safety which costed me another 2000/-. The product says it has inbuilt stabilizer but wonder why we need another stabilizer. The service centre and company customer service is worst as they never bother about customers. Every 2 days i called them for pcb replacement and finally i got on 25th april 2019. Even after replacing with new pcb, the ac didn't power on. It looks like the pcb has manufacturing defect and they are trying to tell customer it's not their product issue and it's my voltage fluctuations in my home. I even checked with local electrician spent 500/- to check earthing, voltage fluctuations, he said everything looks stable and good. Then finally i asked for indoor unit replacement but the company and service centre keeps me waiting for 40 days for pcb and it didn't work as well. I called again on 25th april 2019 and raised another request for replacing indoor unit and they say they don't know when it will be replaced. My wife is 9th month pregnant and we bought for the summer. It has been 50 days passed since i bought this ac but till date we haven't use it for atleast one full day. I want to file a consumer case on this carrier midea india company and service centre sv magic cool systems, hyderabad and make them pay double my money i spent. Till date i spent around 46000/- for this ac. Please help and do needful at the earliest. I think summer will be over in a month time and even 2 months warranty also over by now.

          The company advertises stabilizer free operation operating from 150v to 280v which is not correct. Technician told it works only between 220-230v in India. Just cheating customers with fake figures. Worst Carrier products...my hard earned money lost.

            I bought a Carrier ester neo 1.5 ton inverter AC. After 2 days of working, i realized that they didn't install my ac properly and water is leaking from the indoor unit onto the wall and my floor is getting wet. I called customer care service for the same issue and was promised that i will get a cal back from technician within 24 hrs. After not getting call for 3 days i again called customer care, to my surprice i was told that my complaint got cancelled for some reason and again took my complaint as a fresh one with high priority. This process continued for 1 month. no one responds to my complaints. every time i call they say sorry for your inconvenience but they dont resolve my problem.

              I purchased midea water purifier from chandra traders chennai. Date : 30 march 2018
              1. The shop owner told me they don't have stock so he will deliver at my home. They delivered a 2016 model. They promised they will change all the filters for free to compensate this. That didn't happen.

              2. Installation guy took 7 days in installing.

              3. They have 3 free services, but the service engineer doesn't come for service. I raised complaint on 17th march 2019 and today is 13th april 2019, still the guy didn't come and cancels my service requests.

                The authorized service centre (Servicing salt lake area), arbee refrigeration, and the branch service manager, are being extremely irresponsible regarding providing proper amc documents even after more than 2 months, although my cheque has been encashed in january 2019. I have paid for renewal of amc for two window acs (1.5t and 1.0 t) for 2 years.
                I have been following up every week but end up getting only empty assurances.

                        My complaint trn[protected] for repair of carrier split ac under AMC has been refused by carrier midea stating that the cooling coil is not covered. Where as the AMC document shows the part is covered and not in the exclusion list. When I asked the customer care exec to show me as to where the part is excluded in the AMC doc, he abruptly cut the line.

                        I want the issue to be resolved by the concerned senior exec asap.

                            Hi, i have opted for amc for my window ac. Currently i was facing cooling issue for which i called the toll free for the service. The engineer was reluctant to come in t he first half of the day, because in second half i am off to my duties. Ost engineer visit it is now 2 days, no one has bothered to show up here to fill the gas and do repair works. I am constantly calling them, they dont answer the phone. No just poor product quality but the service too is down the drain.

                            Request immediate damage correction: refund my amc/provide me damages for harrassment

                              I made a complaint on friday 10/08 with complaint number[protected]. No visit was made on saturday and a visit was made today and identified they need to change a part and gas. I have taken am amc from carrier midea and was told it was covered under the same and another engineer will visit to complete the task however no timeline was provided. I called the engineer who connected me to the service centre co-ordinater who promised a resolution but never called back till i called him again. He gave me another number who promised but never came ti service my ac. Now he has promised to comw tomorrow. Ut with no gurantee. No resolution has been provided by the contact centre as well other than escalating the issue. I feel i have been cheated as i bought amc hence i am dependent on carrier to give me a solution. During amc biying process no information as such was provided that any major / minir issue will be resolved in over 72 hours. Please help me escalare this issue which has caused me great inconvenience and stress becuse of the company failure

                                  I have book a washing (Brand-midea 7.0kg) on (17/07/18) at flipkirt, unfortunately it was found damage, and i put for replacement on (23/07/18), the flipkirt was committed for replacement tr & c
                                  After service engineer visit scheduled date on (27/07/18), but still no visit, once again i call c care, he said there was reschedule for visit for (03/08/18).
                                  Sir i cant understand wy there delay for visit, almost 11 days is vast of time, and still co conform to relapsement, because wy there compulsory visiting, already installation person was conformed. Pleas help me...

                                    I bought a carrier window air conditioner (model 18 k Estrella) recently and found on the day of installation that ac is not working properly and found serious defects/faults and requested the authorized technician not to install a defective piece but not agreed and installed it. I made a call to the dealer in this regard and requested to replace it but they denied and said that" you may contact customer care only." I sent a mail to customer care and requested to replace the window ac with a new one. But not agreed and sent the technicians who visited home on[protected] and did not resolve the issue and pressurized to put the signature on their job sheet and misbehaved also. Issues of ac were not resolved, so I made a complaint to customer care by email on[protected],[protected] and[protected] but no response has been received so far. it is to further say that a parts/ an attachment of the ac of the different model is provided in the box and also requested to be changed also.

                                    I am very disappointed and fed up with bad services provided by the company of carrier ac despite serval complaints on e-mail. No action /response has been taken till date. I feel harassment due to their too poor service provided to me and further, no response received in spite of several emails whereas window ac is new and within the warranty period.

                                      Greetings!

                                      Myself Janak, would like to draw your kind attention towards the hard time I am facing with my Window AC named Carrier. I am facing technical problems every now and then.

                                      I have made below Complaint :

                                      [protected] dated 13th Jul18 and
                                      [protected] dated 17th Jul18.

                                      As asked by the customer care; I paid the technician twice Rs350/- per visit. In his last visit(on 15th Jul18) he over-charged(Rs300/-). This charge (Rs300/-) was not disclosed to me when I called up Carrier customer care[protected] to register my complaint. So, I called up customer care on 16th Jul18 to get the explanation for the amount I over-charged for which I am asked to call-up[protected]. I spoke to Gautam and he asked me to [protected]@pp the complaint receipts. I have provided him the required information and still awaiting for his reply. Since, there is no reply to my calls, I called the Customer Care again and the lady(Priyanka) provided me other nos. of their Service Centre[protected]wrong no.),[protected]went unanswered),[protected]number not in use).

                                      It seems that their records are not updated.

                                      After the technician fixed the problem on 15th Jul, it has re-appeared on 17th Jul18 .

                                      Its 19th Jul today and even after repeated calls and assurance from the customer care, the engineer hasn't dropped-in yet.

                                      I bought this A/C in May2017 from Nayyar Electronics World, Pitam Pura, Outer Ring Road, New Delhi, last year(2017) in May. The AC was delivered to me 7 days after I made the payment, for which I had to make daily follow-up with the dealer. It was just not a good buying experience.

                                      My A/C is just new and I shouldn't have been facing manufacturing defects. In fact, problems with this product are greater than its actual usage.

                                      My experience with the product and after sales service from the company is not good.

                                      As per my understanding there was no Quality Check performed by the company before its delivery.

                                      Enclosed please find herewith the bill and complaint receipts for your kind perusal. I would be very grateful if you could make possible arrangement to replace the same.

                                        My 2 ton Carrier AC is not working well (Cooling, Noise issue) for the last few days but still nothing is been done by carrier midia even after subscribing for AMC.

                                        After service on 07.07.18 the problem had not resolved, actually the noise was increases after the service. Please resolve the problem immediately.
                                        Carrier Midea India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
