हमने आप से दिनांक[protected] को 4 वाटर हीटर गीज़र ख़रीदे थे जिसका इनवॉइस न- c04/1819/1000425, कस्टमर आई-डी न[protected] है. दिनांक[protected] को इनमे से एक गीज़र ने काम करना बंद कर दिया था जिसकी कंप्लेंट मेने फ़ोन द्वारा कस्टमर केयर में दर्ज करा दी थी कंप्लेंट न[protected] है. पर 4 दिन तक कोई नहीं आया.दिनांक [protected] को यूनिवर्सल एयरकॉन से आपका टेक्निशन इरशाद मोबाइल न- [protected] और परवेज मोबाइल न – [protected] आये थे और गीज़र चेक किया उन्होंने कहा इसका टेम्प्रेचर.रिले ख़राब है और उसे निकाल कर अपने साथ ले गए और कुछ दिनों में बदलने की बात कही.
आज 18 दिन के बाद भी वो नही आये और न ही टेम्प. रिले लगाया, आज हमने इरशाद को फ़ोन किया तो वो कहने लगा की यह उसका काम नहीं है और न ही वो कर्रिएर कंपनी के लिए काम करता है.और गीज़र ठीक करने से मना कर दिया.और बिना हमे बताये और बिना गीज़र ठीक किये सर्विस कॉल को बंद कर दिया, यह बहुत ही बुरा अनुभव रहा हमारा, क्या आप सभी कस्टमरों के साथ यही करते हैं क्या आपने सर्विस डेस्टीब्यूशन देते वक़्त आपने टेक्निशन की जाँच पड़ताल नहीं की, यूनिवर्सल एयरकॉन की सर्विस डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन को रद्द कर दें नहीं तो यह कंपनी का नाम ख़राब कर देंगे, ऐसे लोग ही कंपनी का नाम ख़राब करते हैं. कर्प्या इस पर जल्द से जल्द कार्यवाही करें और हमारा गीज़र ठीक कराएं, नहीं तो हमे उपभोगता कोर्ट में जाना पड़ेगा. आपका अति धन्यबादी

    I really trusted carrier brand so i trust midea... But. A c i got not working properly...in 5 month i complain for 10 time... Every time new issue...in ac.
    Now i am fed up with ac... I wasted so many hours in compliang...
    I request to carrier media company... Please take back your ac... And refund my hard earn money... Which i invested im your product. Not satisfied with product.

      I have two air condition of carrier make.
      I had taken 3 years amc with comprehensive from your carrier midea service partner sunriscool. - goregaon - east.
      After sometime your service partner change to expert aircon services dahisar - east.

      Meanwhile from 2016 to 2019 full one years lapse by your service partner due to they don't got data about my air condition. So i compain on by email 07/05/2018 on [protected]@carriermidea.com regarding this.
      Than i got email from mr. Nandkumar jha after calling call center that 4 primitive maintenance in next 1 year & which will not cover breakdown service & same will be chargeable.

      My reply to him on 08/05/2018 that which is not acceptable. Because i paid amc with breakdown service, which not done than i will get same benefits which i had paid money for.
      On 09/05/2018 i received email from mr sohel - [protected]@carriermidea.com mentioning breakdown complain not missed from our end, so pms was due from our end so we will providing the same.

      My reply on 09/05/2018 it is not accepted at all. & let 2019 come in extended time of $ service with breakdown as per me if happened that time will ready for police & court matter from my end.

      Today 30/09/2019 it is happened i paid rs. 2832/ for gas charges & service charges,

      Which your company must refund me & also my breakdown service also must provide me.
      Today i had spoke with mr. Prashant from your call center & mr. Ajay from mumbai head.

      Please look into matter or be ready for consumer grievance.

      Please arrange to solve my washing machine's leakage problem
      I am complaining from 07 Jan for this problem
      Area Service Engineer Mr. Manoj was also unable to solve the problem
      I am in touch with Manoj ji from 27 Jan

        Tired of calling and making them understand anything.

        2 weeks ago one technician came and said some part needs to be changed

        He never showed up after that.
        When i tried to complaint again i received a message saying "duplicate complaint"

        Unbelievable

        How do you expect us to operate our business if you cannot even repair our under warranty ac in one month

          I bough this Ac from Vijay Sales sector 29 gurgaon. When AC was installed at the first place the grill was broken so i called customer care and then they took 2 months just to replace the grill and when they i came i told them that their is a water leakage issue for that engineer said we will resolve this as we donot have that part to replace. after sometime i called engineer he said i have to pay extra charge to get the things done and Ac is still under warranty and they are asking for money. Carrier AC is really bad i will never suggest anybody to get carrier products. company is cheater and try to charge money even under the warranty of products.

            Dear Carrier Team,

            After my 4th complaint i am writing my 5th complaint on 09.09.2019 that my AC water leakage problem is still there.
            Kindly let me know how many times i have to write.
            The person came to check my AC this time he did something as usual they do every time.
            When i asked him that if you are not able to rectify the problem why don't you give honest feedback to company then his reply was quite surprising.
            He said if we will say we are not able to rectify the problem Carrier company will void our contract so in any condition can't say for replacement whether the customer suffer one time or thousand times.
            Just because of this i had a damage of Sofa set costing INR 20000/-
            Kindly let me know who is going to bear the charges of Sofa set, the company or these contract people.
            I am tired and only left with a option to file a case against Carrier Company.
            Earlier Details:-
            I am tired of calling customer care people. I called up 4th times and asked them to connect to senior management as I am facing water leakage issue with my split ac. Since I have purchased it this problem is there. Somebody called me and said today is holiday so no one from management team is there in office.
            When I called up first time your technician came and he said just need to clean the filter and it will be fine and told us that you need to clean filters after every 20th day which I have never seen before anywhere.
            Again the problem was there and they sent senior technician to fix it this time. He also did something but after that also problem was there.
            Third time again they sent senior technician even after that problm is still same.
            For forth time i have already told you.
            I can't bear it anymore, kindly replace my account or return my money.
            Otherwise I will be forced to file a case against your company.
            I don't want any call send me all the replies through email only.
            Senior technician which you have sent he is the only one here in my city and he doesn't know anything or knowingly he is not giving right feedback.
            As customer care people told me only with his feedback you can replace it otherwise you will not.
            Hope problem will be sort out wisely. I am sending you the details of calls which I did to customer care.
            I bought it on 3rd June 2019 and problem start just next day.

              I had purchased midea 6.5kg washing machine semi automatic on 12.10.18 from flipkart with order id od[protected]. It has 1 years warranty and one-year additional warranty. Within a span of 04 months, the spinning stopped working. After that, i complained to midea, and they sent a mechanic to repair the machine. After the repair also the problem was not fixed. Again within a span of one month, the same problem started in this particular unit. The machine was not responding after it shows the remaining time as 27 min. This time also i complained to media. The complaints no are[protected],[protected],[protected]. This time also they sent the same mechanic and this time also the problem is not solved. This unit is under warranty period. I request the authorities to refund my amount paid by me and to take back my unit. Please do the needful.

                I have purchased one new ac 1.5t on 12/4/19 of carrier made from reliance retail limited, bestech square mall lgf plot no. 1, industrial focal point, sas nagar phase ix -160063 mohali. The working of ac was not satisfactory. So i lodged a complaint through customer care vide no.[protected] on 24.6.2019. Same was attended on 26.6.19 and gas was refilled in the ac but still woking/cooling was not satisfactory. So again complaint no.[protected] was lodged on 28.06.2019 and customer care ensure to resolve the issue with in 24 hours. But till no any response received so for.
                Even complaint was lodged on nch portal on o1 july 2019 but only sms received from nch portal on 2/7/2019 that your docket no. 1421203 has been disposed, whereas no one has solve the problem. Pleas look into the matter to avoid sick of family in such a extream hot weather.

                  I have purchased 3 air conditioners in the month of april 2019. The next day a technician came to us saying he is from carrier company to install the same and they were got installed.
                  Now, two air conditioners out of three are not working properly and out of which one gave the problem of water leakage followed by giving the error p6 and cl and finally got dead/not working since 1 month.

                  For this concern, many calls were made to customer support. A technician came and said some part is missing and that's causing water leakage and now it's fine but the very next day the problem started again and our wooden furniture got damaged.

                  We did a complaint again and a technician came and said we will not touch the air conditioner but we guess the error is coming because gas is finished. Where in p6 error is related to hardware failure of the outdoor unit.

                  The case is forwarded to you for following concerns:
                  1. Carrier technician said we will not touch the air conditioner

                  2. Service centre people said that you have installed the ac from third party or the dealer, it will be installed again and hence it's installation is not in warranty and you will be charged for refilling of gas and reinstallation.

                  3. We told to customer executive that the carrier technician came to install the ac and we are totally unaware of the fact that he is from third party.in response he said you should gain some knowledge of the products before buying. How you allowed him to install. You should have learnt the rules of the company before buying.

                  4. A call came from service centre stating that you will be charged for gas refilling and reinstallation of the air conditioner. But the ac is in warranty period and hence no charges should be asked for.

                  In view of the above, this case is forwarded to you as the customer is being harassed and mentally tortured by your company. Inspite of repeated requests on customer care centre and service centers, no support has been provided. The technician from your company clearly refused to touch the air conditioner and asked for charges only after that they will touch the ac. Inspite of spending money on such a branded ac, we are suffering in the peak summer time. The goodwill of the carrier company is torned.

                  We request you to kindly look into the matter and provide the service/support from carrier at the earliest.

                    Last year, in the month of august-2018, the ac did not have the
                    Cooling effect and after calling the service desk (Transaction number:
                    [protected] it turned out that one of the screw in the outer fan was
                    Not at the place, resulting in non functionality of the compressor.

                    Afterwards, the preventive service (Service request number:[protected]
                    Of the ac was completed on 27-apr-2019, in which no major
                    Defects/faults that would effect the functioning of ac were found.

                    Then, on 05-may-2019, the ac did not have the cooling effect again. A
                    Call was again made to the service desk (Service request number:
                    [protected] and after the visit (For which we had to pay 472 inr), it
                    Was found that it requires a gas top up which would cost around 2500
                    Inr.

                    It has been around 1 year that i have purchased the ac and so many
                    Problems have surfaced. It seems there is some manufacturing issue
                    With the machinery that is causing the machine to not work as it
                    Should be. The ac has been used in the months (April 2018-septemeber
                    2018) in the first season and from mid of apr-2019 in the current
                    Season, but is already causing so much of inconvenience.

                    This problem was escalated to carrier midea, however, no response was received, while simultaneously, i was escalating the issue on call as well.

                    With no option left, i got the gas top up done.

                    However, since last few days the problem has occurred again and upon visit by the "service engineer" it has been found that gas has again started to leak.

                    Buying the product from carrier midea has been a pain and a total wastage of money.

                    I again made the call to the service desk and they assured me that i would receive a callback from the senior executives of the company. It has been more than 48 hours but i have not received the callback.

                    It is my humble request to the company (Carrier midea) that either they should replace the ac or take away the ac and give me cashback, as it has been an absolute wastage of money buying this product.

                      The brand new ac was one month old. But i am regretting by purchasing it. Pathetic customer care and service. After several complaints finally the technician turned up for inspection and informed that it will the indoor motor is faulty. The surprising part is that they are telling that they don't have spares and i have wait for longer time. No SLA provided. The height case is that they stopped responding to emails & tweets. This is the worst customer experience in my life i had. I recommend to fellow citizens not to buy carrier products in future. They are cheater company. I had Lloyd's & Bluestar aircon and it's almost 4 years old but never faced such kind of issues. Carrier is the worst one. I also tried to reach their corporate office but no one picks up the call.

                        The worst service i have ever seen in my life. They are just transferring the call to one person to another . But no one is coming for the ac service . One year is alredy complited this month but i only get 1 service . And they have written that i have got 2 service. Plz send the service person as soon as possible.If you are unable to give service plz dont sell your product to that area.

                                There has been multiple complain regarding my carrier inverter ac with carrier midea india toll free number. I am wondering how a company like carrier provide services to its customer. Even after repeated complain no technician is turning up to attend the issue. Every time i am hearing we are prioritising the complain and some one will attend my case. Let me know here, my ac is completely not working since long.

                                But it's not approach on me.

                                I install ac from local engineer.
                                AC is not cooling properly.
                                I bought Split Inverter AC last year and I am facing problem since then. Service is pathetic, they dont even know anything about the AC, dont know even how to check for gas leakage, never comes on time, take 2-3 days to solve a problem and keep charging money for small things, even amount increases within a day. Carrier ACs are bad with no cooling at all. It started making noida within 6 months and they dont know the problem.

                                  We purchased an ac on 15 april 2019 and it didn’t worked properly. We raised multiple requests to change the unit but they trying to make fool o[censored]s giving timeline of 1 week ahead. They told to change the pcb of the product but no one came over.
                                  We need strict action as they are not properly responding for the complaint again their own faulty product which needs to be replaced

                                    I have purchased midea 1.5 inverter Ac from flipkart on 15/10/18. I faced many problems in installation from modes. After 10 days Ac installed. Then on 02/ 05/19 F2 error displayed on ac display. I complained on 03/05/19 no.[protected] about that error. Without visit of technician they cancelled my complain by reason that I have no purchase bill. Again I complained about that on 08/05/19 no.[protected] on midea customer care. Without any call they again cancelled my complain on 15/05/19 saying that

                                      I purchased a carrier air conditioner from flipkart with model no idu /odu :[protected], the price of the product is more than 40 k the installation has not been done though the delivery was done on monday and the installation was to be done on sunday still nothing is done i have missed by college lecture yesterday and again i am at home today, believe me flipkart is giving me such hassle in this month of ramadan and me fasting can't even creep and shout, the service centre of carrier is not picking up the call, an another number shared is switched off. No body knows what is happening in the world i am really frustrated they are just sharing numbers and now i am on the verge of getting this escalated on social media and consumer forum

I have logged many complaints in the past few days for refilling the gas in the ac, but none of them were properly acknowledged. All of them were closed without intimation.
