I am devendra upadhyay. I was taking a loan 5700 rs from cashbean on a date 01/03/2020. My repayment date was 15/03/2020. And repayment amount was 6555 rs. But i was paid repayment after 01 day with panulty. But cashbean team is not update my repayment. And contine calling me and update panulties in app. I was paid repayment on 16/03/2020. Details are following -

I was paid repayment on 16/03/2020, amount 6686 rs with panulty of 01 day from sbi net banking imps transaction. Details are following -

Imps refrence number - imps[protected].

I was raised apeal seveals time on cash bean app but cash bean representative not resolve the issue and told me transaction is not existed. I am also email on customer suport email id and cash bean representative email id. But both are not responding till now. Email id details -

I am in a truble & lots of herasment and maintally disturb from cash bean team. Please help me.

My name is john joy panackal. On 17/03/2020 i repayed my loan amount of 8159. But the cashbean team says that i hadnt pay the amount and they ask for repayment of 8159 along with late fee. When i tried to contact through customer care they are not at all answering any calls. Due to this it had created my problems. There is no action done from cash beans team.

I took loan from cashbean 9500 due date is 6.03.2020 I'm paid repayment same day but cashbean system problem or else I don't know but payment was not updated.
Cashbean person are calling regularly to do payment 10924 it's amount all ready paid this person are torchering daily I did again payment 12296 including daily base interest that time he do payment I'll refund your old amount 10924 rs but now thay are not updating anything they are cheating now

I paid my loan repayment amount twice once on 12 march via bank transfer to their yes bank account, they assured me that money will be refunded in my account within 3 days but I have to repay the amonut first on or before due day. So I made repayment again on 18 march via paytm on 18th march, but my payment status not updated. When asked to their customer care, they told we did not receive any payment neither on 12 march nor on 18 march. I do not know what to do. I send them all the proofs but no use

I have taken a loan of 8800 from cashbean app and my due date was 6th march 2020 i have paid the amount of 10119.33 with a interest of 1400 for 15 days. First payment was not showing successful in their app but it's debited from my account. Due to their torture i have made the payment again. Now when i contacted them for my refund they are behaving like criminals. Its been 14days they didn't give my payment back.

I paid the payment in google pay the transaction is successful. But it doesn't updated. I send a email to the cashbean customer service but they are not responding. I have done payment by bank transfer from Google pay RS 1994 and it is not updated in casbeanapp and there no customer service responding sir plz kindly fix this issue my no is [protected]

I have paid cash bean before due date through uco bank. Payment also success. My loan id is[protected]. Cash bean using yes bank account. I transferred to yes bank only. But still loan amount is due like that its showing and interest also 735 showing in the app. Utr no. Ucbah[protected] dt. 09.03.2020 time 1.13.49 transaction amount is 5290/-

Kindly help in this matter...

Cashbean called me and said we are incresing your limit we need ur selfie i have told them that i don't want loan but they have told me we will not proving u loan we are just increasing your limit afterward they transfer money and asking for 15days repayment i didn't apply for loan how it comes to my account and they are asking for 700rs interest for 15days

They are harassing me and calling continuely to me. I told them to check they didn't. I mailed them i raise appeal against them and all the things i have done. But nothing works here. The calling executive is so rude he didnt want to answer and check any of the things. Take loans from anything else but not from here.
I literally pissed of my decision.
They are fraud

I took a loan from cashbean with loan id[protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have paid 2 days prior to repayment date. They haven't updated it in app. When i appealed in the app it's shown that it will resoiin 48 hours but after that they closed my appeal without any feedback showing result as nothing. No response to my mails and not a single person available when i made 45 calls to customer care. Now it's simply showing overdue in the app and penalty amount is added. It's total fraud, even after taking high interest rates they are cheating people like this for extra money. I want to complaint on such irresponsible and neglect company.

Hi team,

Amount is credited from my hdfc account and not debited on cash bean. When i raise a compliant. They close ticket saying transaction is not existed,
I have raised ticket twice with screenshot of payment, ticket no 32638736, 32609751.

When i even contact gateway through which i made payment they says that check with cash bean.

Now i dont know whom to contact

Dear sir i already paid 2100 rupees in cash bean loan account app,, but not update this payment payment date 13/03/2020, payment successful sir, today date 15/03/2020 today fine 42 rupees,, cash bean employees again and again calls, please repay the payment, i say i already paid employees says pay again again, daily are being fined, payment slips and fine screenshot i'll deliver it to the court

I have paid susscesful the amount. But they are telling not received the amount. Almost 6 month i uses the cashbean. Already i have add the beneificary the account and paid every 15 days only i. Paid. But this time i paid the same via. But they are not. Saying not receive and also i have raise the complaint many teams.. They are saying invalid transact

Saikumar plot no 82/b dattatreya colony asifanagar-500028, mob:[protected] existing customer from cashbean app loan id:[protected] right now unable to clear the loan due to my partner cheated me, they are calling continuesly on phone to me and my mises, this kind of torture i had been attempted for suicide 10 days back, this kind of harrasment never seen in my life, take serious action on immediately, my situation do or die situation at present..
I don't want this kind of harrasment on daily basis stop this right now give me a solution on high priority basis and emergency basis...
Right now unable to clear the due's and outstandings because one of my partner cheated me escaped, last couple of months i am unable to pay rent also and my son suffering from fever last 4 days even single rupee to check up for his health, entire family members standing on road, try to understand the situation close the loan immediately...
Right now i don't have money to Clear the Due's and Outstandings, I have taken a Loan of 1700/- Rupees Right Now they Adding Interest on Daily Basis include Today Dated 2912/- Rupees, My Situation Do Or Die.

I took a loan which i couldn't repaid as i lost my job. Now they are calling me and to whom i've saved numbers on my mobile.

1. As per the rbi guidelines, cashbean charging much more penalty.

2. Giving threat to customers like me.

Also, i've searched about the company (P c financial services pvt. Ltd.) but the company is unregistered with the ministry of corporate affairs. As a result it's illegal.

Please close this company as it's doing fraud on everyday basis.

I have taken the personal loan rs. 13700/- (Including interest) from cashbean online app. After due date i was unable to pay loan amount on time due to some financial issues. Then cashbean customer service frequent call me for payment & everytime i said give me some time for money arrangement but his customer service was not ready to understand my problem. Then i paid partial payment of rs. 2000/-. On the next day cashbean agent called me for loan payment & he was threatning me that your pan card & aadhar card would be blocked. And he used abused language also. I have submitted call recording of conversation. Is this practice of company to recovery the loan amount.
Cashbean customer service send me threatning messages from different different messages. I am attached with this complain.
Kindly take proper action against this company for demafation of my character.

I have taken small amount loans from cashbean, gotocash, erupee, icredit, rapidrupee. Now i am unable to do repayment on time due to financial issue. So they are calling me again & again & harassing. They are also calling my friends & relatives and harassing them because they have contacts details access of my mobile phone which is illegal as per your rules. I told them that i will pay it with penalties & overdue charges whenever possible. But they are harassing me & my dear ones. These all loans companies are illegal. These are not rbi approved so how they can access my contacts details. Please help me from these issue. I apologize to encroach your precious time. Your earlier deeds will highly be appreciated.

This is jakkula prasad, i have made the cashbean loan payment on 3rd march 2020 and the amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it still reflecting as i haven't made the payment and i'm getting calls from cashbean to make my payment. We have even sent them mails to cashbean. [protected]@pcfinancial.in stating that we have made the payment and also sent the screenshot of the transaction id but no response from them.
We are continuously getting calls and messages to make payment.
Please look into this and do the needful.
