I get a call from the cashbean company. He was using such a dirty language and was abusing me and talking and there i felt that the company is not completely
I knew that no one in the company could use foul language
How do these people talk in this way
At that time, i had decided that i would not pay this company on such, i will complain this company.
Immediately after that i sent a complaint to the company on e-mail and also their recordings and no action has been taken from the company. No, i got a call about it.
I inform all people that do not take any loan from this company, this company bets on frauds and instead of loans, they charge more interest money.
I request all the people to put a consumer complaint against this company and also put a review and everyone can know this company and do not get caught in the loan of this company.
This company is playing against human life
Government of india should take action on such companies immediately
Such companies should be locked up.

I want to inform all the people that no one should take loan from cashbean company.
This company does something wrong with everyone, it says something else gives something else.
I took a loan from this company.
The deadline was that day to repay the company's loan.
I get a call from a lady in the morning and she calls me as soon as possible to repay the loan. Within 1 hour.
If you do not do so, i will spoil your civil record. You will not get a loan from any company and now i will file a case against you.
If you do not pay in 1 hour.
As i had time till 12:00 am night to pay.
A little later, i get a call from the cashbean company. He was using such a dirty language and was abusing me and talking and there i felt that the company is not completely

How do these people talk in this way
At that time, i had decided that i would not pay this company on such, i will complain this company.

Right now unable to clear the due's and outstandings because one of my partner cheated me escaped, last couple of months i am unable to pay rent also and my son suffering from fever last 4 days even single rupee to check up for his health, entire family members standing on road, try to understand the situation close the loan immediately...

Your employee os providing wrong information of making my paument double he will increase the payment and he was talking very roudly i am very disapointed with your company and you can check that i am doing my payment timely i have also recorded the call of your employee and i can put complain on your company and he his calling me on my busy schedule and your company rule is that your employee will call me after 10:00 am i request you to take an action on your employe otherwise i will not make any payment

I had taken a loan of inr 8000 on date 08/02/2020 through your mobile platform with a due date on 22/02/2020 with an interest amount of inr 9131.

Subjected money had been transferred before the deadline, but it's not been reflecting on the app itself. Furthermore, due to this technical malfunction from your side, a penalty amount is being shown on today due to non-payment which is on 23/02/2020

Do take note that this is not customers fault and i shall be non-liable to pay any penalty whatsoever. With this mail, i wanted to provide you with all the proofs that this error is not from my side.

I request your kind assistance on this matter and hope to have closure soon.

Sir,

My name is bhagat chand & having reg. No: [protected]. Some of the people are using my details like pan card, aadhar card, he applies for the loan with my details after that he takes the loan amount. Now the company randomly calling me harassing me they abusing me my family. They sync all the contact no and call them or abusing them. They sent me messages that my pan card or id proof is blocked and harassing me.
Many times i talk to the cash bean executive i told him everything situation but they not understanding my situation.
Please help me with this.

I have unfortunately got loan of amount 4000 which i unknowingly took from cashbean
At the spot time i have messaged them so many times in customer support but no one responded.
Even i tried to call so many times, but no response
One day i got a call regarding the payment of loan 4000 which i took unknowingly
So they have asked me to pay 4600 and i made him understand my problem
So he asked to pay 4000 from google pay so that he can cancel 600 from cashbean loan amount
After successful payment of 4000 im getting 600 due in my cashbean account and due date is[protected]
Even i talked to the customer support agent and he told that he will cancel but it is showing due and penalty going on increasing...
I'm daily getting calls about the same problem even after i paid the loan amount
They are saying that if i can't pay that penalties and all, they will call my friends and others from my contacts,
How could they steal my contacts and all
I should not get any calls regarding the payment and i should not get any problems.

Myself Vijay, from karnataka.
I've taken loan from cashbean, and I'm not gonna pay it back to them.
Because, the first day of my due date, one person called my father and he used vulgar words and he harassed him a lot, and now they are saying that they will collect all details of my contact list and they are calling my friends, relatives and my colleagues too, so I need a suggestion and, I request u that, kindly take an serious action against this Rascals.
These are uneducated fellows, who harass everyone and they don't even know how to Speak to customer.
And they are illegally stealing data from my mobile.

As Govt. has asked all banks, nbfs not to charge emi for 3 months, cashbean mobile app is continuously asking for Emi and Charging Daily 2% intrest, and abusing on call, please look into matter and resolve it ass they would charge daily late fee, as they are voilating Govt. orders, please can anybody help, its urgent

I made repayment of rs 15929.60 of loan through razorpay payment channel to cashbean.on 13th feb.1st transection was failed, then I made the repayment of same amount again . It was successful..but when I checked my bank statement..I came to know that both the amounts are deducted from my account and credited to cashbean and pc financial services..I talked to their customer executive, wrote th various mails, submitted appeal on their app.. every time I get same answer..that they have received only one payment..i also talked to my bank and I have submitted written complain..they are also telling to wait..pls help me getting my refund..my registered mobile number is [protected]

Dear friends, don't trust on cashbean app they are telling completely wrong, at the time of repayment they are telling on phone call please pay with in 30mins o[censored] r loan repayment, then it will increase u r next loan double loan amount and tenure period also, , , this is completely wrong information and they are thinking all people are mads
Why they are telling I don't know and ofter repayment they not responding any mails

I repaid the loan of rs.14690/- with cash bean on 03/02/2020 at 00:05 am from my hdfc bank account to their yes bank account. The amount got debited from my account immediately but did not reflect on their app. I re-checked in the morning and the situation was unchanged. After multiple attempts to get through to their customer care in vain, i checked with hdfc bank. They advised me that the amount was credited to the beneficiary on 04/02/2020. However, cash bean refuses to accept that. Now they say it might be an error at their payment gateway - razor pay. Multiple emails to razor pay as they have no direct contact number, have not yielded in either reversal of the amount or credit to the beneficiary.in the midst of all this, cash bean has been levying humongous amount of delayed payment fee by the day and threatens to mark me as wilful defaulter. The calls to cash bean also do not get connected. I have emailed both parties multiple times with the screen shot and my bank statement to prove debit from my account

This is the worst company i have ever come across. They have these cheap callers who keeps on calling as if i have take crores of rs from them and havent paid it since 10 years.

15th was my due date. And they started calling me from 14th. Then on 15th they started calling on my dad's and my sister's number.

I am very much surprised how the government is not paying attention to these sick companies!!???

Different different people calling from other number harsing like anything.. Are they running financial company... Or rowdy sheater company... How the govt of india as given lisence to run the company... What md doing he is sleeping... I request to take nessary action on cash been.. Make sure it should shut down... They are using vorgal language for recovery...

We have just added the details to verify the details, but they have disbursed the amount without confirmation. They are not responding when I called to the customer care to cancel the loan. Literally they are cheating the people very badly

They are charging high processing fees and intrest which are not showing up front before adding the details. This is very bad and cheating the people

Hi my name is Ankit. I took a LOAN of 2k from cashbean . And i have taken loam from them before but they keep on harassing 2 days before the LOAN closure. Now for this LOAN it has been due by 15 days due to some inevitable cash crunch . I am ready to pay the extra amount. But the people are really rude and say degrading things. They spoke about section 138 e but it needs a notice period of 60 days . Dont be fooled by these bullies. Is that how they treat a customer. And Go on cancel my aadhar if you have that power . Also these ### cant even speak in proper english. I will no doubt bring a lawsuit against them . For support email me at [protected]@gmail.com.

मेरे दोस्त ने आप की कंपनी से लोन लिया था, जो कि उसने किसी कारण से भुगतान नहीं किया, और उसने मेरा मोबाइल नंबर बिना मेरी जानकरी के आप की कंपनी को दे दिया, और आप की कंपनी के कुछ कर्मचारी मुझे रोज फ़ोन करते हैं, आज दिनांक-(29/01/2020) को मेरे पास इस मोबाइल नंबर -([protected]) से फ़ोन आया, और उसने मेरे दोस्त के बारे मे पूछा तो मैंने कहा आप ने लोन हमसे पूछ के दिया था, तो वो अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग करने लगा और गाली भी देने लगा, क्या यही है आप लोगो के बात करने का तरीका ।
और आगे से ध्यान दे कि मेरे मोबाइल पर किसी भी प्रकार का फ़ोन न किया जाए ..!

Online loan system giving us loan at 33% p. A with higher processing fees..

When we see the advertisement i saw the company is going to give us lian of rs. 60000 on very low emi... But i entered.. My first amount was 1200 in 15 days. With the repayment of 1400. Then 2000 in 15 days with the repayment of 2450...
So i just want to know that the company giving is giving the wrong information and following the wrong procedure... Please take some necessary actions..
