Hello sir,
This is prem singh, i have taken a small loan from loan app cashbean. I m taking loan from this app since 6 months nd i have paid all amounts on time even before due date. But right now due to lockdown for covid -19 pandemic. My small business in closed and now i m not able to pay their amount i have requsted them to postpone my repaymnt date but nobody is there to talk, their panalty is affecting my amount and day by day repaent amount is increaseing. Now everyday i m getting harassing calls nd threats from their recovery team.
Please do the needful.

Dear govt,

I want make compliant against cash bean company. I have taken loan 15000rs last month. For that my loan repayment this month 4th. But due to covid issue didn't get salary unable to pay on time. So i informed them unable to pay need time. But that time they informed me to pay atleast 50% of repayment amount. I agreed and i have repaid the partial payment amount of 9200rs. That time i informed wil pay remaining amount next month 1st date only. That time they said ok.

But again after 4days again am getting several call and threatening message. Kindly look into this issue. Because of those people calls and messages are creating thought of suicide.

If this continue i don't know what will happend next. If you want help me form this issue kindly forward this issue to that company

I am a regular customer of cashbeen. Due to lockdown for covid19 i couldnot pay his loan on time. They threating and imposed late fine not only me but also several customer. This is unfair and also against rbi guide line. My contact number is [protected] and my loan id is[protected]. Even i mail them covid [protected]@pcfinancial.in. Dear team,

I made the double payment of my loan account. And amount which had done first time has not returned, kindly return my amount at the earliest.

On 4th april 2020 i have did 1st repayment before one day due date and it giving technical connectivity issues and then again 2nd repayment it's also technical connection issues but both repayment deduct from my account then next day on 5th got successful repayment mail from cashbean for both transcetion against single repayment.

I have been requesting through emails and customer care, but no response from your end its almost 05 days of my transaction done. Kindly refund my amount and respond to this query.

I have a loan from the cash bean today is the last date of repayment and the phone is coming from the company for the repayment cell no i have received the call number is [protected] i giving the region that due to lock down i'm unable to make payment today he told me every day you will be charged 2% of fine off your total amount and your credit score will be affected. With due respect i want to inform kindly give relief in lock down period for the repayment.

Im applied loan amount of 7819 now they put penalty amount of 1750. Many times i'm send mail. If any partial amount i'm ready to pay kindly suggest solution

Hello team,
I have taken loan from cashbean so many times and paid back always before the time line.. Now i haven't repaid as my friend update he repaid in view that he can take back the loan again. But now they are not providing loans. But they are harassing people to pay back loans. Now in these panadamic days they neither allowing to hold the due days nor allowing us to repay and take back the loan. This is really harassing to people. For 6 days of overdue they charged me penality... For dusbursed amount of 5000 for 15 days to pay back so now i have to pay 6128 for 5000 in 6days. I have already maild them. Even they dint replied. And already spoke to the person regarding the repayment. From where should i do. If i do they will block and they will not give loan again. As per monotorium rbi has said to financial institutions also to give 3months pause deal. Then why cashbean is not applying this format.

I'm taken a loan so I want to pay a loan they re calling me every time I will not pay they re charging me per day 500rs

I, preciton pereira residing at majorda i had taken loan from cashbean of rs 2000 for emergency medical purpose, my loan id is[protected] and it was suppose to be paid on 1st april 2020

But as per circular goin on from 31st march rbi has said that no debit to be raised for any loans, emi untill 31st june 2020 ie emi moratorium and which is why govt has told no debit will be done and this customer care ppl charged me overdue amount of 7days ie rs 2496 and they charge interest of @33% per day which can be a loss for us if they kept charging me.

Wherein my concern is rbi says moratorium is given for loans/ emi why hell this ppl are charging me for no sake. This is a illeagal business and they harrass too much, they say if dont pay we will put you in court, we will case on u etc etc.. This company should be banned
