Dear sir,

This is to report that i had taken loan from cashbean on 21/02/2020, and repayment date was 06/03/2020 but in the end to February my mother was admitted for the reason of kidney dialysis which i had inform them as and when they called to me before the date of repayment. i asked for giving me the time to repay as and when i complete all the process and after that they charge very heavy penalty with a interest rate of 33% for 15 days. My loan amount is 6021 which i have to repay and i will pay in next 5 days. but i will not pay penalty any more because i already inform them and as and when i was tried to pay they continuously call me and abusing me a lot. due to LOCKDOWN i am not even get out to banks also. so i had inform them by mail, message and on phone calls. but they completely ignored.

Previously i had taken loan and repay on time but due to some medical problem this time i could not make payment on time which i had inform to your executive and send the pics also for proof, as i have send the recording also for particular conversation.

I have taken loan from cashbean and paid on time due was on 16/03/2020 but not update on my loan, on this issue I send mail and call many time. After 10 days overdue they tald me to pay the due amount of 2870 otherwise your civil score will be effect. Because of there pleasure I paid the overdue amount too.
I am sharing all the details. And help me to refund the overdue amount which is I paid, and teach cashbean a lesson of frouding people.

I will be proceeding with a police complaint and a cyber crime complaint against cashbean which is under PC financial services Pvt LTD!

One of your employees has threatened to hack my account and block my pan, aadhar and bank details!

I have not paid my amount due as due to lockdown I have lost my job and I am a regular customer of cash bean as well.

Once I get the money after lockdown I will be making the necessary payment!

I can also go ahead and sue your company in court for such a threatening message asking me to pay 50, 000 for what!! I will not spare it this time and your employees have crossed all the lines!

I have taken Loan From the CasBean And Due Date Is 17/03/2020. And Due To Lockdown I'm Unable To Get Money From others or relatives to repay on time and That's The Reason I'm Unable To Repay My Loan on time
I tried to teach them many times by Calls And Emails but there Is no response from Cashbean, they have charged 5500(excluding interest 2000rs) for 14 days and They are calling every now and then and Harassing me Mentally To Repay It Right Now. Now they have sent notice to me with fraud customer it’s not fair. I have requested many times for repayment time for 1st week of April and they are not understanding in this covid19 lockdown situation.
I am only one person to lead family and from 16th company gave me holiday with no salary, nowadays 10rs also is big amount for me.
They are taking highest interest and they are putting penalty with high amount and that is also increasing day by day.

I've taken loan from the company and due date is on 02/04/2020. And due to lockdown i'm unable to get money from my vendors. And that's the reason i'm unable to repay my loan right now.
I even tried to reach them by calls and emails, but there is no response, they are calling every now and then and harassing me mentally to repay it right now, otherwise they charge me panelty, and if i don't pay it now then they'll call anyone from my phonebook as they have access to it from my phone.
I really don't want anyone from my contacts get harassed by the company. And i'm really not able to repay it right now... I just want some more days, tenure to be extended. Please help me with it..

I am the old customer of cashbean and took loan several times and repaid on time. But now in critical condition of corona virus i requested them to extend time to pay loan because in lock down i don't have any work. Even rbi announced to moratorium the loan. But they rejected my application and pressurized me to repay the loan.
Please help me and i suggest everyone not to take loan from cash bean because their loan tenure is only 15 days and their interest rate is high.

Due to covid-19 lock down for 21 days i am not able to repayment this loan at the moment and i have requested to cashbean team, please give us some time until clear this lock down time. So later only we can pay this repayment. But we are getting calls from their collection team and making harassment everyday. Meanwhile, they are putting very huge penalties to the customers and harassing to pay such a charges also. We never seen such a penalties and interest rates (33%). So i request you to all, please take further action on this cashbean company and save the peoples. We are suffering with their harassment. Kindly take the action on this company immediately. Herewith attached proof to check penalty and interest rate.

I took a loan from CashBean and paid the same on the due date I.e. 16 th of march. It didn't update for many days. I tried complaining to their customer care through every channel(mail, twitter, facebook). But I got no reply instead they keep on calling and they even threatened me on WhatsApp. Now when I open the app today I saw that I have been charged a penalty from 16th of march. Why do I have to pay a penalty when I have already paid the amount on due date. There is no one to listen on CashBean. Please look into the matter.

I got a loan of 15000₹ from them, and the payment amount shows 17200₹, fine not a problem. Tenure is just 14 days.
Because of country lockdown, i cannot pay on time and i asked for a consideration from cashbean. Instead they imposed a penalty of 6k for 10 days. Seriously, they making high fraud. I will file lawsuit on cashbean when lockdown is over.

My name is vijayabhaskar a citizen of INDIA, i have taken a small loan from the instant personal loan app cash bean.and the due is on 31/3/2020.As u know we are passing through the worst situation due to the corona virus. RBI its self passed moratorium in emi.but this financial service not giving us time to repay.at this condition we doesnt have any sourse of money to repay. Kindly. Sir this company gives a loan of 1000 with a loan of 50000 that too for only 15 days and implicates the poor man now the poor man is unable to give money in this lock down and these companies are imposing a 1 day penalty from 100 to 400 in and do their own arbitrariness everyone is currently our of work take some action on these companies thank you

I am a valid customer of cash be an app and using this app since a year. I have taken loan more than 10 times till now and never missed an emi. I paid always before time. But this time when I asked them for allow me to pay loan amount for few days because my salary may credited delay this month because of COVID-19 LOCKDOWN. I have sent mail to cashbean and explained them regarding the problem. But they replied that they will charge penalty of 2% per day and even cibil score will be affected, etc. Even I explained them regarding the moratarium of 3 months ordered by RBI. Still they are behaving very arrogant.
The same problem is faced by many other persons in our country I guess due to this cashbean. Immediately take action against them

Actually i am taken small loan in cashbean. Last 3 month i am using this app and paid loan amount on date with out fail. This time my due date 25/04/2020. Due to corrana virus lock down period. I am unable to pay loan amount on date. But they giving phone call and whatsapp torture to me. Kindly take action to them. I am asking some time for loan repay. But they said no time for payment, pay immediately.

There is a application in Google play store called cashbean. They are giving people loans without any proper permission. I checked they are not authorized by rbi. They will give someone a loan with very high processing fees and they will trap you in there system. Some people are commiting suicide because of them. If they don't get the money on time they call all the contact of the person who have taken the loan and they abuse people . They blackmail people.
