My EMI Date is 24th of every month which I like to change to 1st of every month, I requested the same over the given support email id but not getting any help, even we are getting threatening calls from recovery depatment. 24th is coming under month end when people where having less or no money left.
Kindly help me to solve this issue cause unable to disscuss on this with there team because they don't have any support number available.

Dear Aniket, We would like to inform that the due dates are auto generated basis the loan disbursal date and hence cannot be modified.

You can avail a 5 days grace period from the due date for repayment without any additional charges. However, any subsequent delays would incur a 0.5% flat interest fee (including the 5 days grace period) on subsequent weeks thereafter.

We suggest you make the payment on or before the due date or within the grace period to avoid additional penalty charges and negative reporting to Cibil.

Please note that in case of auto debit enabled on your loan account, your bank might levy bounce charges if the mandate fails.

      Hi Team, I have once applied for a loan from Cashe with the CLN : 10649065 . The amount is never credited to my account but the emi deduction attempt is continuously being made by Cashe along with abusive calls and emails, tried to call their customer care but no luck

        I took a loan from Cashe for 18 months tenure during Covid and till now paid 12 and for remaining im paying in partial due to my financial problems and now the persons are harassing with calls and also they have contacting my Friends and threatening them with sexual abuse and saying harsh words kindly look into this. It’s not the way to talk to someone please my state of mind is to commit suicide now as i feel embarrassed with the way they are talking now. To Precise i have almost paid them more interest which is almost double to the loan as its almost 49% which is Double

          I've applied for a loan on 22.10.2022 and it's still showing processing and I've not received the amount till date and complaint about this many a times via e mail but no response received from Cashe team.

            Sir
            I have running Loan with CashE for 3 month Tenure I have paid part payment of Rs.3607/- out of Rs.9607/-. I mailed their support, collections even their tell caller that give me some time to arrange money & will payback with extra Interest, but they are not update their system & lots of calls, mail, reminder coming daily basis from different different number to harassments me. Please help me how I get relive from them. Last all transaction I have made payment on time. Please Help.

              Very poor and disappointed service. I wouldn't not recommended anyone to go with the Cashe this is completely fraud application no one bother about their customer. I made payment 2 days prior and they haven't updated, am still getting SMS, E-mail & horrible experience calls. However, I draft an email to [protected]@cashe.co.in and ofcourse no reply or payment confirmation from CashE side but terrible & annoying calls, messages or email. References no.[protected], Date 25-Oct, Transfer amount - 7200, Beneficiary - [protected]. [protected], [protected], [protected] ( His name is Rahul ). That's the number of mental harasser of CashE and if someone complaint, he arrogantly said "Jao kar do complaint".

                This is to imform you that i am cashe loan customer and regular i was paying my previously however due to financial crisis and my wife health issue. I am requesting that i am able pay the loan amount beacuse monthly income is decreased due process ramp down from my office. Situation is very severe for me please assist.

I have already said to that company that my current financial condition was very bad and I have no money. And my wife health condition was very bad. They are continuously disturbing me daily.                         Cashe is threatening me to send loan recovery people to my home. I have mailed them last month asking them to decrease the amount of EMI by increasing the number of months but they rejected I cannot pay cause my mother was admitted in hospital due to cloth in brain. They are so hard in their words. How can I stop them from threatening me andy family? I am also ready to approach legally for this.

                          First of all Cashe team does not have a customer care number. their virtual chatbot assistant is crap and only serves a limited purpose. I am not able to get any resolution from the Cashe team. The agents call and harass to make manual payments Stating technical issues in the Autodebit process and after completing the Manual payments they present the cheque through the mandated process again to the bank. This a malpractice I wanted to highlight here. The grievance addressal officer number is also fake and it connects to an IT firm number in Mumbai. I am not sure how to get a resolution or connect to customer care and my Bank has been charging me cheque return charges despite my regular payments on time. I have shared the documents with the case support email address But I still have not received any satisfactory resolution. I am now going to foreclose this loan and would like to initiate legal action against cashe for the malpractices.

                            Have written several mails and only ticket ID gets generated but there isn't any solution. my CLN# [protected] the foreclosure amount asked by Cashe to close is 63124 whereas by mistake the payment i made was 73124 and have asked the support team to return back my excess paid amount which is Rs. 10000/- which is not yet done.

                                  Hi.. Seek help from consumer forum to look into this matter as I'm fed up of mailing cashe to update the system. They are not updating the system even after I made the payment on 7th Oct and have sent screen shot as well to cashe customer support. But they are not replying to mails and instead calling me and Harrasing me that my emi is due.

                                      Payment not reflecting in my case account!! I done a payment of 17540 on 9/11/22!! Till now the payment is not reflected in my account..i send a mail to cashe support team with bank statement proof!! But till now the problem not solved..

                                        Greetings of the day!!!

                                        I am getting mail that
                                        Please be informed that it takes up to 30-45 working days for the CIBIL to be updated.

                                        But I have paid in the month of June now it is almost 90 days you can calculate.
                                        Let's take working days only that means it's more than 60 days.

                                        But still i am getting same mail that 30 to 45 days. On same date I have paid my other loan that took only 20 days over all. Now it is almost 90 working days. That amount also very less If they can update in 20 days why can't you. Cash e is big organization. When small finance company do that soon you also can do right. That'll be useful to customers.

                                        I took Loan 3 times Loan and I have paid before due date. My limit also not increased and my cibil also not updated.
                                        I don't want increase in credit line. At least update my cibil now.

                                        I'm applying for loan if you people enter the data on time that'll be good for me.

                                        Please don't tell the same thing 30 to 45 days.

                                        Will you please update my data on Cibil.

                                        It's a kind request please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Now I'm unable to send mail also getting error message that The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.
