This is with regarda to the harrasment my wife has been facing since last week. A person named devidas dhuri from cashe team is threatning my wife for collecting money whicb i have borrorwed. They have been calling her office number and threatning and misbehaving with office staffs.. As per the rbi guidelines they do not have any right to threaten or ask money from borrowers wife or family still they are carrying out this illegal activities. Kindly take some action for such illegal procedures by collection agencies

    harassment from cache representatives

    Hi team, i took a loan from cashe on last month. Due to some unexpected incidents iam not able to pay the emi. I agree i have been making delayed payment although im making them with the penalties. I don't understand how your company has access to my contacts & then calls my colleagues & family to advise them ive done fraud. The recovery team is calling and harassing me and my family members. It is started to be a mental harassment.

      Hi, i am a cashe customer in gold category that means i am using this service atleast from last 2 years.

      This time there is a delayed payment from my side, due to false commetment from cashe stating they will collect the money from ecs.

      Which they didn't updated.

      Also they have called at my wife # and started harrasment even after informing that someone died in our family.

      Don't this agents have some sense how to behave with the customers and also they should atleast have check previous records before harassing someone.
      I have taken a loan in cashe.
      I have done payment to bhanix finance LTD on[protected] instaed of one cap finance and investment of 6000 rupees
      They didn't update my details in cashe. Now iam suffering from CiBiL issue my customer I'd 94050
      The Cashe Collection Boy has no control on his sense or tongue. Doesn't care what will others feel or get hurt. This Shivarama Reddy (Dont know whether it is his real name) from Cashe Collection.. Do not want to know why the Consumers were not able to repay the loan. He just want to call and abuse people and also will call their relatives, friends, clients and neighbors to get the money collected. This is not fair. not really fair. Sitting in a corner with a phone and some datas - whether they are in Mumbai or Hyderabad or Chennai...

      They just CALL-> ABUSE-> COLLECT - > REPEAT

      They believe that it is easy to collect the money if they call and abuse using all kind of nasty words. They just want to tempt their patience. So that they will get the money back.

      The higher authorities from this Organisation must understand that we are "Human". Not "Animal" Using abusive languages and call their contacts and threatening them .. That reflects those persons from Cashe Company #cashe

      Please avoid such practices.

      This people are insane plz file FIR to nearest police station.. i have donethe same thing

        Iam wring to you with deep pain

        I was out of india could not make payment on time, when i told your guy i am out of india he started yelling on me, on top of that he was able to understand and also started harassing my family relatives and friends when everyone is saying i am out of mumbai still he repeatedly calling and harassing all my contacts and collegues and family & friends, when i came back to mumbai when i asked him his managers number he is not ready to give the number and neither transferring the call
        A guy called from bhanix saying he is from legal dept whereas he was not at all a professional and used abusive language and gave threat to me and my family.
        Speaking in a bad and worst tone with flit language even he told me fraud i have all the phone recording which i will be submitting in the complaint to

          I had opted for a loan on 15th August 2018 but there was no response instead I was sent an email to validate the bank account which I did it at the same time. After waiting for hours together, there was no response hence I made up my ind to cancel the loan and sent out an email along with send a message from the app for cancellation. The very next day I got a call saying that I had placed a call for cancellation and the lady wanted to know the reason which i explained. She said that you need to verify your bank account only then this can be processed. I verified once again which i had already done on 15th. To my surprise, I received the loan amount which I didn't need anymore. I called up the lady and she said that since the bank account was verified, the amount got credited basis the 1st request. I insisted her that I do not need this loan right now and may call later if required and asked for the cancellation procedure. She said that if your return the loan amount before 2 pm then the loan will get cancelled on 16th August. After that I sent multiple emails but no one responds nor are they answering my calls. Though I have returned the loan amount which was credited, it is showing a negative balance in the app for the interest charges because they have not yet cancelled my loan request and asking me to pay the interest amount for the loan which I did not avail. Very bad experience and will never recommend CASHe to anyone.

          I need this loan to be cancelled and penalty to be paid for the harassment I have gone through.

            I borrowed a loan from Cashe which is a split EMI for 3 months. I had made 2 Payments and there was a delay in my last payment. Person named Nancy and her contact number is +[protected] called and was very rude in asking me to make the payment. I informed there will be delay and asked to charge me penalty and late fee for that. This was the last payment which i had to complete. This person somehow found my contacts list and started calling my friends regarding the payment and also informed that they tried calling my girl friend but no response. I'm not sure if this app actually has access to our contacts list and also not sure how they get to know our personal information. Date of Incident: 25/07/2018

            This person somehow found my contacts list and started calling my friends regarding the payment and also informed that they tried calling my girl friend but no response.                 Lot of numerous call from unknown person from cashe from saturday (21-july-2018) to all my family members and friends.
                I did not get any call from them after that my family members gave one number; i have contacted that person, he simply saying manager from cashe.
                I have taken a loan from cashe and paid for one emi, but this amount is not being updated in my account, i have sent an email and call for this issue.
                I did not get any reply from them. However, suddenly i got a threating call with unprofessional words from cashe. This is not acceptable.

                Both of the team members threating my dad and mom and used some local language (Unprofessional words), both are old aged and heart patients.

                Today morning also i got a call from them.

                I am ready to pay the amount, which i have taken.

                Please ask them to reply for my first emi.

                I have sent a mail and made call for this issue, i did not get any reply from them.

Which is not my mine in application while applying for loan, & they put negative points in cibil score with default payment (1 emi delayed).in that case i am unable to apply loan in other banks, which it causes obstucle towards me & it s kind of harrasment.                     Iam unsatisfied the way of behaviour towards customer. If we raise any request or concern they wont reply as early as possible to the mail & they wont call also.

                      This company is a private lender i was using their service for the past 6 months, every time i use to pay my dues on time, last month there was a delay in repaying due to some other personal issues, but now i paid it, but a guy called me from legal department and abused me in filthy langu...

                      I suggest cashe to everybody.. But this people now good for nothing. I am trying to make payment with late payment charges then to they are harressing to follow collection activities.. I tried doing neft but it was not happening so as an exception i said them to take but they are not take not taking .. Pathetic.. Don't go for cashe..

                        I am receiving emails from cashe to official work id where it says i need to pay the loan amount i have taken.. But i never took loan from them and never created a profile. I tried to contact them and searched for a customer care number but they dont have customer care number but only had email adress. I sent an email explaining them to contact me back but i got a reply after 4 to 5 days stating to provide details of mails i recived.. Even i sent the details its been a week i didnt recive any reply feom them but still i recive mails to my official mail address. This is like harrasing a person.. Fake company and fake people.. Need to take necessary action asap.

                          I took 45000 loan from cashe with 3 months tenure. I re-payed 1 emi (15000) and due to problem i couldn't repay 2 months emi (30000), where they charged me 1500 intrest. I requested them to waive off penalties so that i can repay principal amount of 30000 but they did not accepted. After several months they put the interest as 18000 and asking me repay 48000 now.
