        Dear Cashe,

        Even after 4 months of paying all the due amount with excessive fines and interest, I can still see that my loan [protected] is still active and has an outstanding amount. I have been following up with customer care for 4 months and you have promised several times that you will update but still to no avail.
        Please update my status at Credit report facilities ASAP.

          Hi,

          I took loan from cashe and pre-closed the loan but since the emi was close it was processed. So I paid excess amount of 13361. I got response from cashe that the excess amount will be refunded in 24-48hrs now it’s more than 5-6 working days and there is no communication from their team. I have emailed them twice but there is no response either.

            I have taken loan from you. I am yet to repay it but why are my office employees and other colleagues receiving calls regarding the same. It is reported that they say their phone numbers were provided as reference which is not true.
            I have given only 2 numbers as reference and those two are neither my colleagues nor my relatives.

            You are doing things which are affecting my reputation among my family and my office colleagues.

            I am filing a defamation case against your company and the phone numbers I am receiving calls from.You will repent about it

              I have taken loan from cashe of 5k rs
              And on January 9th there is a first installment of mine
              But i didn't paid because iam presently out of cash
              But i will pay the money of all my installments by January ending
              Until then you can add late payment charges
              But don't call continuously, and from cashe iam getting calls of harrasment and i already wrote the email of my concern still you guys are harrasing me

                I have applied for a Cashe loan and it was approved with 70000 INR credit limit. I have completed all the formalities ( eMandate and Sign Loan aagreement). However, the amount is not credited yet and status is in Processing. Can you please look into this matter.

                  Regularly but i lost my job & unemployed for 8 months, last month i got job, and i told them I will pay it in monthly monthly part from Jan month because now my salary is less than earlier, but thiere executive are calling continue to me and saying bad words, also calling to some family & friends & disturbing them also, i am totally depressed, please take some action against that type of executive, i am going to file complaint in RBI sachet portal also..

                    Sir,
                    I have cashe loan of 9 months with me, which is completing on Jan 23,
                    My 6 emi had been cleared, some on time or some by delay but it's cleared.
                    From last 4 months I am facing tremendous financial problem due to my job n not getting of salary so my emi of Nov 22 is still pending.
                    I know I have to pay but from collection agents they are harrassing like anything and even they are calling to my contacts also.
                    Thay are not ready to listen anything and threatened by saying that they will call everywhere of my contacts and make me amborus among them and sent person to my office and residential.
                    My Nov 22 emi will clear by this month.
                    Pls try to stop all this as early as possible

                        Hi Team,
                        I am asking the team to disable the auto rent payment. Last month also i did the same & amount was transferred to my old landlord. I don't live on that place any more. I have dropped Cashe support an email for the same but couldn't find any response except they asked me to share the video recording. I even shared the video recording of app where i was not able to disable the auto rent payment.

                        Please disable the auto rent payment. I am ready to pay the outstanding but the issue is once i pay it they will again send it to my old land lord.

                        Please help

                              Dear sir,

                              I already paid 2 EMI but still it showing due.
                              Not updated in system and getting call from customer care asking to pay due. I have sent all screen shots to customer care people who called to pay due. Even I already submitted complaint but no action has been taken. Kindly looking into this

                              It's getting horrible and sending payment request to my UPI numbers. They are doing fraud. Not updating properly.

                                      I have applied for loan from 3 days long they are saying all completed but nothing response from their end this is harassment happening
                                      Also hampering my credit score maybe play with my credit score

                                        I have taken a loan from cash e for 5000 and the i suffered a heart stroke last month and die to which I was not able to pay the emi, now they have contacted allu contacts and asked them to pay them, all of my contacts are shared with them and giving threats that they will be charged instead of me. Please help
