Hi Team,

My name is sivaramakrishnan And my personal loan EMI is 9533 Rs my due date is on 8th of every month. I have paid my due on time on 8th October 2022 but again I have been debited amount of 9533 Rs on 10th of October. Which is duplicate. Please do investigate and revert the excess payment back to my bank account.

    I am using Cashe loan i made my emi payment through phone pay on app given repayment account transaction is sucessfull but still amount is not credited to my loan account and in app its showing due.everytime this issue I was facing

      Hi.. Seek help from consumer forum to look into this matter as I'm fed up of mailing cashe to update the system. They are not updating the system even after I made the payment on 7th Oct and have sent screen shot as well to cashe customer support. But they are not replying to mails and instead calling me and Harrasing me that my emi is due.

          Payment not reflecting in my case account!! I done a payment of 17540 on 9/11/22!! Till now the payment is not reflected in my account..i send a mail to cashe support team with bank statement proof!! But till now the problem not solved..

            Dear cashe team,

            Greetings of the day!!!

            I am getting mail that
            Please be informed that it takes up to 30-45 working days for the CIBIL to be updated.

            But I have paid in the month of June now it is almost 90 days you can calculate.
            Let's take working days only that means it's more than 60 days.

            But still i am getting same mail that 30 to 45 days. On same date I have paid my other loan that took only 20 days over all. Now it is almost 90 working days. That amount also very less If they can update in 20 days why can't you. Cash e is big organization. When small finance company do that soon you also can do right. That'll be useful to customers.

            I took Loan 3 times Loan and I have paid before due date. My limit also not increased and my cibil also not updated.
            I don't want increase in credit line. At least update my cibil now.

            I'm applying for loan if you people enter the data on time that'll be good for me.

            Please don't tell the same thing 30 to 45 days.

            Will you please update my data on Cibil.

            It's a kind request please do the needful as soon as possible.

            Now I'm unable to send mail also getting error message that The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

            Very poor customer service.

              Have made payment of Rs 6159 of Oct month which included late charges of sep month Rs 43. But this app is not yet updatinh their system and instead I'm getting mails and messages from bhanix/razorpay requesting to make payment.
              Do I have to wait till Monday for your app to get updated?? How other apps are automatically getting updated even on Saturday/Sundays and your app can't do it automatically???

              I'm really dissatisfied with cashe.

              It's not yet updated in system and still they are calling me to make payment. Kindly look into it on priority @cashe. This is the 4th complain I'm posting. Since 7th Oct I have been waiting.

                Have made a payment of 6159 by NEFT for the month of Oct (including charges of September month which is 43). But app is not reflecting it. This is really Dissapointing.

                  Tried paying my loan but this app never reflect the UPI Request on paytm and I am never able to pay my full loan amount. When I try to pay using the link sent in mail Or message I'm able to pay only the basic amount excluding late charges.

                  Kindly suggest and solve it.

                    Two complaints

                    1) Keeping getting messages "Dear Customer, Your EMI towards CLN # [protected] is severely overdue. Please settle all outstanding immediately to avoid additional penalty charges. - CASHe" no assistance but only threats - I lost my job and was jobless for 3 months and no guidance on insurance claim was provided

                    2) multiple presentation of the debit mandate in a month to my bank resulting in bounce charges on am average of Rs. 2000 to 3000 every month - I am thinking of now cancelling my mandate since they are being presented 5 to 7 times every month without my authorization

                      My Cashe Installment was due on 1st October 2022, and i have made the payment on the due date with a different bank account.

                      I am continuously getting reminders of payment despite having raised an issue with their customer support on mail. It has been more than 3 days and i have still not received a reply from their support team.

                        I have paid all my emi of around 3583 each but the last emi I paid is not reflecting. Out of the 3583 I paid only 1563 is showing. I have also raised a ticket but I've not been getting any updates regarding it. As I have to take another loan I need this issue solved ASAP

                            I am writing to inform you that I am jobless and my current income is not enough for me to be able to make any payments towards my alleged debt at this time.

                            I respectfully request that you contact me by mail only going forward; please do not contact me by telephone. I will respond to any mails you send to me in a timely manner.

                            If at any time I am in a position to resume payments on the alleged debt, I will contact you immediately to make appropriate arrangements.I prefer to deal with you directly and not a collection agency. I fully intend to pay my debts, but I need a bit more time. I also request that you withhold any interest on my debt for the next three months ( November 22 End )

                            This mail was sent to me cash department but they use 5 to 8 times auto debit in month and levy penalty day by day in my account.

                              Hi Sir/Madam,

                              I have loan with CASHe overdue since lockdown, due to very bad financial issues I have not paid the loan EMI's. And they started pulling my contacts from my mobile contacts and started calling them and using abusing language with them as well and if I am question they are telling that is legal to pull your contacts and call them and use abuse language if not paid.
                              When I called them and told them that I am ready to pay the amount and need some time but still they are calling my contacts and started harassing them as well, due to which my job is in danger because in my contacts I do have my reporting managers and company HR's numbers, they are calling them and giving wrong information about me and using very abusing language.

                              Could you please help me out is this legal to pull my contacts and call them and use such abuse language. not only pulling my contacts and even pulling the contacts of my contacts from there mobile and giving warns. Please help me out to get rid of this as my career is in danger as my manager has warned me very strongly.

                                  My loan is approved and showing transferred from 3 days but I still havent recieved the ammount also none of the customer support answers all the previously calling agents that you have pre approved offer and all are not responding saying it will be don in 1 day and hang up please help if it not transferring just cancel the loan but why is it showing transferred to your bank account

                                      I have taken loan so many als paid on time but from last 3monthd i am going through medical issue and i have informed them that i will not be able to pay on time for few months also i will clear the dues through part payment also i am doing the same.peesently i have 2montb emi of rs 20020 is due out of that i have 5000 thousand on 16th Sep also i have informed them that i will pay rest on 29th sep.insteas of the same they are sending threatning messages that they i will call to my Organization also the have called to my refence and damage my reputation.they are using very harsh language in call .Rakesh Biswas

                                      Dear Rakesh, You availed loan from us on 9th April 2022 amounting to INR 75, 000/- for 270 days as per agreed terms and conditions of Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited.

                                      The said loan is payable in 9 instalments with final due date on 9th January 2023 however you failed to repay as per due date.

                                      We also understand that you promised to pay multiple times, however, went on to default subsequent EMI's. Our collections team has been calling you from a long time however you are either ignoring our calls .Under the circumstances, our collection team continued with the follow-up. Since you were non-responsive on calls, we called one of your references to establish contact and pass on our message for repayment.

                                      Please note that there was no abusive follow-up & no harassment as claimed by you however we would appreciate if you could share any details to investigate into your complaint.
