I have loan with CASHe overdue since lockdown, due to very bad financial issues I have not paid the loan EMI's. And they started pulling my contacts from my mobile contacts and started calling them and using abusing language with them as well and if I am question they are telling that is legal to pull your contacts and call them and use abuse language if not paid.
When I called them and told them that I am ready to pay the amount and need some time but still they are calling my contacts and started harassing them as well, due to which my job is in danger because in my contacts I do have my reporting managers and company HR's numbers, they are calling them and giving wrong information about me and using very abusing language.
Could you please help me out is this legal to pull my contacts and call them and use such abuse language. not only pulling my contacts and even pulling the contacts of my contacts from there mobile and giving warns. Please help me out to get rid of this as my career is in danger as my manager has warned me very strongly.
