    I paid the pending amount that is 26722 on[protected] but the status isn't updated yet. I raised request many times but none of them reached to me regarding this. This is literally annoying.

    Please look into the screenshot attached and kindly update the same on cashe app.

        I have paid my emi via upi on 31st august, but they have debited the same amount from my account on due date 2nd September,
        CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Amount debited twice from my one was I made payment through upi and another they have auto debited l, need refund immediately
        I have paid my emi on 31st august and still app is showing me overdue...i habe raised 5 complaint tickets ...shared screenshot of payment on whats app on support mail ...still not updated my payment this is harassment no one picking call no one helping

                I have taken a loan from cashe and as part of the loan agreement I am entitled to pay EMI by 11th August.
                Payment is done through NEFT mode from a bank account registered with CASHE on 11th August itself.

                Though payment is made on the 11th of August, it is not reflecting in the app. Today again you have deducted the EMI amount, which is excess.

                I am receiving a lot of calls and messages which are disturbing my professional and personal life.

                Though i dropped mails, very bad response from you.

                      I have paid my Final emi of Cashe loan on the Kotak bank account mentioned in Cashe Application but the Emi paid is not reflected in Cashe Application. Iam regularly sent mail and also sent all the screenshot of bank stmt with them. But the customer care is not responding.

                      Emi paid on August 14 2022 on Rs.9533.

                      I need the resolution ASAP.

                        The EMI Payment that paid is not reflected in Cashe Application .I have paid paid the EMI to the bank account mentioned in cashe Application on 14th August. But now as well the emi is showing as Unpaid and the customer service of cashe is not responding to the mails.

                        I have mailed them all the details regarding my bank stmt of successful transactions and all but they are not responding

                          My friend took loan, as she haven't have job she haven't repaid it. Later she agreed to pay loan and asked time to pay, but they Harrassing her and even they are sending messages and Fake notices to her contacts. As I am one of her contacts they are calling me and using abusive language.

                          I and she can't bear this torture, we are decided to commit Suicide. But we have hope that you will help in this case and solve this issue as soon as possible.

                              Greetings of the day!

                              I availed a loan from Cashe and was paying my EMI's on time until I faced some financial crunch and dropped repeated mails to Cashe that I am not being an intentional defaulter and to restructure my loan after receiving an offer from Cashe ( email attached ). On the other hand, when I asked for restructure I was refused by your executives. I repeatedly asked for loan restructuring but I am being continuously denied. I really don't want to default on this loan but the harassment that your organisation is causing is really not a practice to be followed by NBFC. Recently, the representative from Cashe from the number +91 [protected] called my reference and started abusing the person in such a filthy language that can't even be described in words ( call recording attached ) P.S. This is the one which we recorded. We have been getting continuous calls like this of abuse and harassment. Now the issue here is when I am proactively approaching for loan restructuring and that too after when its offered by you people are denying and then using these harassment calls to retrieve money, is this really acceptable. Are you redirected by RBI to use these tactics ? As a founder is it directed by you to use these kinds of tactics ? I am not paying a single penny now until and unless the action is not taken on this. I would like you to have an expedited investigation on this on highest priority else I am reporting it to the RBI and posting it on all the social media platforms the unethical tactics you are undertaking to harass the employees.
