              I have been harassed by their third party collection department. I have paid my all dues but still its not reflecting on credit bureau its is affecting my credit report so much i am not getting any single loan

                  My loan account number is [protected]. My due date is on 24th December but I have already paid it on 20th December. But the payment is not reflecting in the application. I have also mailed about it several times to helpdesk of cashe but still waiting for the reply from 3 days. I have tried calling many times but can't connect to an agent. I request you to please verify the payment and update it in the application and please stop harrassing me by sending lot of emails and calls for repayment. As a proof, I am adding the screenshot of the payment here also. Kindly check it, verify it and update it.

                    I want to file a complaint against cashe finance team they have copied my contact list from my phone and they are continue calling to my references for make an payment .. they are used very unprofessional & absusive language with my references and my family members it's very unprofessional please do the needful and help me out from this harresmant

                          Hi,
                          I had applied to loan on 18th December, the very next day I recived the sms stating"Dear Customer, You have provided incorrect bank details. Please update your bank details on the CASHe app to proceed with your loan application. - CASHe" but the bank details in app was correct. So I wrote mail to [protected]@cashe.co.in stating the same. On 21th December they replied me stating "Dear Harshitha,

                          Greetings from CASHe.

                          We are glad to inform that your loan application has been approved and the funds have been disbursed to your Bank account.

                          Thank You,
                          Raj
                          CASHe Support Team"

                          But I have not recieved loan amount.

                                The cashe loan app which is registered with rbi has done a fraud with me where they have accepted my loan application they collected documents and done e mandate for auto debit now after everything they are showing on their application that amout has disbursed that mean I have taken the loan but the amount is not credited yet it is still under processing and they generated my 6 month emi for next 6 month which is starting from 12th january 2023 and I am literally not going to pay any single penny to them until i receive the amount now my question is they have done auto debit mandate which means they will debit the amount on due date but if I don't keep the emi amount on the same account they will report to cibil and it will effect my cibil score and they are not responding in any social media after dropping a lot of messages and mails, I want immediate action against this fraud scammers as they don't even have a calling number I am unable to contact them so I want immediate legal action I want my money or it will not be so good. also want penalty ho harras and to misguide and misuse my data and please remove this fraud app and their company from playstore and India.

                                    I am sudha i was took loan last year December i and already paid 3 emi but still not updating payment simply auto debiting amount already i raised complaint 100 times and i have 3 emi prof i was sent WhatsApp and mail also prof one year still now cashe people doing harrasment because of cashe i can't keep amount in my account money will not come simply for earning how much we are struggling that pain we only know but you people simply easily taking money please i want immediate action because of cashe i am not getting any fresh loan it's effect on my civil score please take action and respond immediately how many i have to send proof you people not at all responding also

                                      I have taken loan from cashe finance and same was overdue some personal issues. They are continuously irritating harrassing me and my family members.

                                      Recovery Agents are talking abused language and same was not understanding my situation.

                                      I have shared so many mails to cashe recovery team and higher management also but no response.

                                      Totally fraud applications and please share the complaint to RBI.
