I had asked a friend to make a payment of INR 20041 on Nov 13th 2021 through Razorpay link that was sent by CashE. After getting the payment done I shared the payment confirmation screenshot with a CashE agent on whatsapp. He acknowledged and said he would get it updated. Till today, after multiple interactions with [protected]@cashe.co.in, no resolution has been done. My all payments ents are upto date. Still.I receive multiple smses, emails, whatsapps daily to make payment.
