    I paid off manually for ₹21498 on 7/3/2022 and on the same day it got autodebited again for ₹7166 which is not a small amount at all and now all my emi are pending and I will need a refund for the money that was auto debited from my account it’s more then 5 days now there’s no customer service no and the no they have provided is not working at all

        I've asked for additional time to make the payment and one of the employee of CASHE has already acknowledged the same on phone call. Now, there is one employee (Essakikumar Devendran) of CASHE who is deliberately torturing me multiple follow emails in every few minutes.

        Please look into this.

          On 5th March 2022, an old landlord of mine recieved a call from Cashe team. They informed her about my loan status and pending emi and demanded to speak with me.
          Since we do not have a direct relation anymore in any regards, they shared my number with CashE team and asked not to call again.
          However, a particular male team member was adament they put me on a conference call with them. Inspite of being informed to him by the landlord not to call them, he kept calling them from different numbers and started abusing the lady and her husband.
          He started making derogatory comments against the lady and accused her of having a illegal relationship with me. And told her husband that her wife is having an extra marital affair with me.
          I have all the call recordings of the way the employee spoke to the lady. However cannot upload it here.
          When I spoke with their team leader Shweta Jadhav and Runali Powar, they denied of having that number or knowing of such incident. Which I am sure they are lying because the same employee called my wife and the landlord again on the 7th of March and me on the 8th of March from Runalis number, for which I have a call recording again.
          I want to make the payment against my loan, however want to take legal action against the company for its modus operandi and malpractice against customers.

                            I paid via goglepay my emi on 1 march 2022 rs 4658 and now also deducted Rs 4658 dated 2 march 2022 auto debit . i already paid my instalment amount and again deducted in my account and its not reflected in application and i attched the payment slip and bank ledger kindly clear my another EMI and do the needfull.

                              Hello cashe.
                              I paid my amount I have screenshot too.but it is not reflecting in app.
                              If my problem won't resolve means how can I repay the remaining amount with trust.
                              And we are paying along with interest and processing fees.hope I will get clean and clear transactions with cashe. Resolve it soon.

                                I have been facing issue from last 3 days no representative from cashe team is in contact everyone is ignoring the calls and I am now being tharrased on mails. if the amount is to be paid then what is the meaning of waiver ?? And also Ms Alisha one of your representative why she claimed to be doing so for me?? Also why I recieved the mail regarding waiver?? If all these parameters are not true in best of my belief then I seriously need to escalate this issue with the legal authorities sitting out of the cashe department. Sending you screenshot for your reference to be sure what you people claim to do so all are scammer here.

                                  I had availed a loan from Cashe Bhanix finance in the month of Jan even though I made the payment the collection harassed me and asked me to make the payment again and informed me that they would refund the excess once its reflects in my loan account.On jan 14th they contacted me and informed me the payment is now reflecting and will process the repayment for the same. its been more than a month now the payment is not reflecting in my account nor same there has been any response from the team whenever I ask for the status. I have even shared my bank statement to show that i haven't received any refund. Requets you to please look into this and help me accordingly the refund amount is 15231. I have even closed the account and still there hasn't been any response
