I have paid my due already for this month and it has been 12 hours now. I have also tried to email them several times but no response I am checking the app again and again to see if the due is cleared but it's not this is ridiculous, this is something very serious, if my issue is not been resolved today I have to take legal actions as I am getting scammed I think.

    Hello Dear,

    I made 2 payments via upi [protected]@okaxis 3rd november before emi due.
    but again emi present in my bank account.
    and not updated in my account.
    one paid amount: 1033rs & 2nd amount is 340rs.

    kindly update these due emi in my account & resolve this issue as soon as possible.

          I have taken loan in CASHe and due to some issues i have deflated payments but i am paying part part amounts CASHe team threating me to pay the payment immediately otherwise they will call my reference numbers and contact lists they are talking very rudely and giving threats

            Sir are you mad or Irresponsible towards the customers don't known,
            Sir i have sent no of mails for unable to use the cashe app due to error in login page till now there is no action for it

            Sir on calling your team executives not even one will give response and anybody give they will take in very urgent as they have go somewhere no patience to talk to customer

            Sir want to take action your team executives

            Sir in the previous mails i have attached error login page issue screenshots
            also you can go through it

            Sir 1 week back you have called and spoken to me and suddenly you disconnected the call in the phone conversation you told that you will sent the statement of my payment and also you said you will talk to your high authorities for waive off the penetity till now i have not received the call or mail for waive off penalty & statement till now

            Sir please kindly requesting you to solve the issue of login page and provide the Emi in app so that i will do the payment until then i will not do

            Sir i need a New loan so kindly solve the issue it is my request

                I have taken several loans from CashE and paid on time.However, I am unable to pay my current loan on time as I am paying towars my mother's cancer treatment.I have already told all this to the recovery agents but they keep on threatening to call my contacts. I am already stressed...still managed to pay one Emi and paying in part parents..My emi is 16k and have requested to restructure the loan but still got no help

                  I had uploaded all the required docs. and completed my profile in cashe app. I got an offer for a loan and applied for the same.They had accepted my request but not disbursed my loan amount.

                    They are really irritating a lot, bcoz I had not taken any loans from this but they are behaving rudely...

                    I just apply for the loan on this app but after rejection, I uninstall the app from my device but they say I had taken a loan from that and irritating a lot on my all contact list

                            I have payed my pending Loan amount of rs. 14436 before 24 houres and closed the loan. But it is not reflecting in the app yet. i have already raised ticket through the app. But i didnt received any reply from the customer service also.                               My emi has been deducted twice for the same month once already I have paid through UPI 13 november and then it's already been reflected on the account then again why it's been deducted on 15 November please resolve it

                                Unfortunately I delayed in paying my EMI and received call from CashE - CCE ([protected], [protected],[protected], watspp chat [protected]) Pathetic sense of customer handling ethics. Unprofessional and misbehaviour attitude towards customer.

                                      Hi,

                                      I've taken loan from Cashe and unable to pay the debts due to my family situations. Recovery team contacting people who were on my contact list. They taken the data from my phone illegally. They do not even contact my ref people. Due to some reasons I'm unable to pick there calls. So they are threatening my peers and asking me to borrow money from other people. As per RBI guidelines bank cannot discuss about my loans with anyone. However, they telling everyone about that.
                                      If I'm lacking behind they can send me legal notices but which they aren't doing instead they are harassing my relatives.
                                      I didn't banks do such unprofessional activities even we have right guidelines for it.
