Hello Team,

I have been good customer for cashe loans however due to my health issues I failed to make payments recently I agreed to repay but working on it.

Cashe Team support executive called me on my phone spoke to me rude away made me do much frustrated I had to raise my voice. She called me chor - theif.

Actual process of support team is to deal in a polite way and try to close the case. But she had removed all her frustration on me called my reference insulted me on call and said I'm chor. This is how Team is torturing me( Sonia)

I need support I'm loosing my health due to this conversation I kept requesting them I will pay it soon I'm suppose to get money.

I can manage torture of calls but way of talking in rude way arrogance on call harassment of spoling my cibil, complaining to near by police station, calling reference person about me has made my life hectic I'm not able to concentrate on anything. Kindly support me.

    They simply contacting all my contacts and behave very bad even also abusing... I will settle amount but they don't even take my words simply saying done the payment...and even they call to all my contacts and saying I took loan from other institution also... So please stop contacting to all my contacts...

          Sir I aplied personal loan trough Apollo vouchers in cashe, aproved amount is 40, 000 but for 30, 000 only I got vouchers, remaining 10, 000 Apollo vouchers am not recived, but for this month amount for non recieved vouchers EMI is deducted trough auto debit, please solve my issue apsp

            I took loan from cashe however i missed my emi as i was covid pogetive and lost my job, same i informed to cashe collection team however at the time of taking loan by installing cashe app they took my all contact list, today they keep on calling on my contact list and they are abusing and threatning my friends and family member,
            When i am talking to them they are saying that if i will not make the payment they will keep pn calling my contact list
            Request you kindly help me

              I have already complaint in this website regarding this bounce charge deduction an no response fron cashe team till now and again one more time rs 295 deducted in 3rd February 2022.i have also emailed [protected]@cashe.co.in and [protected]@cashe.co.in in january 21, jan 24, jan 28 and again today feb 6 after deduction of 1 more time Rs.295 as bounce charge even after loan closer on 18th january and also having sufficent balance in my saving account which is illegal, irregular, cheating and fraud activity.kindly make sure i will get back my money Rs 1500 deducted illegally.

                    Cashe — Emi deducted twice in January
                    I had manually paid the EMI for January on 31th January (rs 5337). Despite the payment, cashe has deducted another 5337₹ through e mandate on the same month on 31th January. I have raised a ticket but no response yet.
                    Kindly check and resolve the issue ASAP!!

                      Hi i have taken a loan from cashe finance. After paying and emi i meet an accident. My loan account goes on default stage. After i have paid the emi their executive say they will waive ofc my penalty but they didnt . And they stareted abusing me and cslling my refrence Nd abusing them too. So request you do the needfull else i will go to consumer court.

                          I had taken a loan from cashe . I made one e.i payment and then due to financial issues was unable to make the payments. Also the number that was registered was switched off as I could not recharge it and had my alternate number updated I did speak with the cashe collection team. To find out about my whereabouts cashe reached out to a random person in my company and shared my pan card, pay slips, address and my contact information. Also I informed them I will start to repay them and to allow me to give till month end. But the collection advisor Vikram alias Anil Solanki COR3346 was rude and asked me to make a payment by 15th of the month for rs.5k which I did make and also cleared the amount. As per the law if I have taken a loan and unable to repay I am bound to make the payment but I was asking for some time more to repay their loan but then violated the as per consumer data protection shared my personal sensitive information with a unknown person and on top of it Vikram from cashe is blindly saying my documents will not be mis-used. I need a compensation from cashe for breaching the consumer person data and sharing my details. I am claiming for 30lacs from cashe. Or else refund the entire amount that I paid and provide me noc for the same.

                            Hi Team - I have taken a loan from CASHE in the month of Nov-2021 and paid my EMI for DEC and JAN months on time. I have an eligibility to take a top-up from a different bank and wanted to close the existing loan with CASHE, i am fine also fine by paying the entire outstanding amount as per the policy. From the bank i will be receiving a DD which i can submit to BHINAX FINANACE LIMITED.

                            The problem is I am not getting a confirmation from the team that whether you guys will accept the DD or not, because in the agreement i could see CASHE only accept the payment through IMPS/NEFT/UPI which will not be helpful in case if i want to submit a DD to you.

                            I am requesting the team from the last 10 days to provide me a confirmation whether you accept it or not? no-one is addressing to my emails, if i do not provide a confirmation by tomorrow to the bank then i will have to wait for a month to avail the top up from it.

                            Please can someone provide me a confirmation on this.

                              Getting harassed by agents, saying will send recovery agents at home.

                                As per payment waiver off cashe given a payment intrest due to close the account as they said the final amount to close, I paid at that same day 6594rs .thereafter they are not replying to me and account on sever condtion, pls close the account

                                    I did pay my all the outstanding amount which was due from last 5 months…before the payment cashe collection agents was commit me to waiver off my penalties and they will share waiver letter and loan closing letter within a day…but now the are not responding of my calls and massages. after that day i issued a mail to [protected]@cashe.co.in now it's been 8 days but still having the reflecting penalty on my cashe account. penalty amount hit 5 times and bounce in 8 days because of nil bank balance...just because of liar collection agents and bad customer service now 2500/- bouncing charges reflecting on my bank account i don't know how to clear this all and who is payble for this but this is very disappointing to me because there is no service for this all..im not very rich to pay all this easily i requested you to please solve this all..
