I got flipkart vouchers from CASHe but not the pin
In order to use vouchers in flipkart we need pin for that which CASHe has not provided and I am unable to use the those vouchers now

        Hi there,

        This is Pinky Biswas, my loan id- 623944, my issue is that today I have received a call from cashe collection agency, first they have called me and used abusive language and told me to die.
        This isn't acceptable from any service department, firstly they are not understanding my issue and then they are calling almost every one in my call list, I didn't provided any other number except the reference numbers I have provided.
        The people from service industry can't use this kind of foul language Priya and Mukesh this are the names of the employees who are very rude and using inappropriate behavior to earn their salaries and incentives which is not at all acceptable.
        Please take necessary action.

        I took a loan from cashe
        They are so bad!!!

        My mum underwent a surgery
        I had to spend 1.5 lac for her treatment
        So I was 3 month past due. As I had lack of finance

        Now I don't have any cash and would be paying end of this month

        But look at thes people
        They are no humans at all!

        This guy is charan cherry from cashe

        I can only look unto ombudsman to help in such a matter.

          I have been receiving continuous calls on whatsapp and normal calls from Priyanka.

          This CASHe Team keeps doing auto debits NACH wantedly for more that 2 times a month and that creates negative balance on my account.

          When i have told i will make the payment why do you guys keep doing auto debits and harrass?

          Priyanka madam is calling me from [protected] and abusing stating you are fraud your family is fraud you guys are shameless etc

          when asked to put the supervisor

          Vikram Supervisor doesnt listen at all. I am just fed up with these guys.
          i have missed paying i agree but you guys need to understand that the salary gets credited only once a month not 3-4 times.

            We want to preclose the loan. But we are not able to find any contact for help. Please advise.

                  I take a loan from CASHe. I have completely pay my all EMI on time but they debit excess amount . I try to contact them but they didn't respose me. Their customer service is not support customer .

                      I had a loan with Cashe, the last outstanding was 125378.00
                      I made the prepayment on 16th of July, through NEFT.
                      After 30 minutes I received a message from my bank that the amount is credited to beneficiary account.
                      I sent several emails to Cashe, first they did not reply and said that they haven't received the payment.
                      I think that they are misleading their customers due to unknown reasons.

                      Cashe do not have any customer care number to contact.

                      How RBI allowed them to start this business?

                      What I can do to take a strong action against them.

                          This is not right.

                          You can not voilate right to privacy.

                          If I have not paid your emi- there were genuine reasons . I'm jobless from last 1& half year.

                          You have legal ways to deal with. You can call my relatives and friends . You can't disclose anything about my loan with anyone.

                          You can't steal the contact numbers from Google account and call any body you want.

                          This is not the way how collection is being done.

                          I request you again to please stop calling my relatives and friends else I have to write to RBI and nodal officer of Bhainax Finance.

                          Call me and let's discuss how it can be settled .

                            Harrasment by your agents

                            I have taken the loan from cashe however I'm unable to pay the loan amount.

                            However I'm unable to pay the amount as I was jobless because of Covid.

                            I believe I have right to privacy and CASHE has no right to call my relatives and inform them about my loan.

                            You stole my numbers from Google account and and I belive this is illegal.

                            This is highly inappropriate and it's a mental...

                            I have took a loan for Rs. 50.000/- In which I have paid 3 EMIs of Rs. 9020/- and another 3 is pending, They are calling and forcing me to pay it.

                            If I owe to them that the emi will be paid as it is my cibil not yours.

                            Then they will call my relatives parents, the neighbours which are already shifted (no longer our neighbour).

                            They hacked my phone, even calling the numbers which were not in my contact list, that means they are accessing my calls logs also.

                            I told the executive that I will pay the remaining amount, but I need some time to close it, but they are not listening to me at all now they will call my contacts tomorrow

                            I have already filed FIR against CASHe and some of my contacts has also filed complaint against CASHe for abusive and misbehave.

                            Now its upto you, as you already have 211 complaints and this is 212 complaint

                              Hi due to some issue I missed to pay my emi. But in auto deduction it's happening for every one hour so now my account is in 5k minus. If I had I would have paid without Missing my emi I have requested in mail and in call but also. Really for need only we will take. First payment I have done. 2nd emi it became like this seriously it's hectic for me now 5k minus and emi amount. Stop auto debit.

                                I, ve own a loan from you company, unfortunately i missed my emi on due date due to some financial issues as exhausted grace period as well ..
                                I understand i have own and i, ve to repay you people but it doesn't mean your agents could threat me from fake numbers at odd timings
                                You people will charge penalty for my late payment and i will pay
                                But what is reason for threatening that we will call to your reference and office number

                                      Dear team kindly resolve my issue on priority. As i am having a loan with your but that doesnt give any executive to misbehave with me. Before Disbursement one of your executive confirmed me that i have the relaxation to Pay my emi on 7/8th of next month but all that was a misselling onky because now your enployees are saying i am doing fake commitments and warning me they will take legal action,
