I defaulted this month emi due to my job loss and family being affected by covid . I am trying to mobilise funds to pay the emi. I hav not defaulted my emi payment. Please refer my repayment schedule. But, now I am getting call from collection department just for 7 days delay. And the guy speaking is not emphasising and orders me to pay in immediately.
As per cashe norms, the delayed payment will attract penalty.
I already mentioned I will pay on 17th of June
So, requesting you to kindly look into this and educate the collection team not to harass and they are calling and threatening my family, as I am already in deep depression due to my family being affected with COVID and had to hospitalised
CASHe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Pls don't cheat, blame & harase the people.
