    How can your collection team keep on calling my reference number. I'm already available on call and I'm following with cashe team for restructuring or settlement but your collection team are very worst. They think they are only boss. And after spoken with me how they are authorised to call my reference number? And your collection team are using abuse language.

      Dear Team,
      I defaulted this month emi due to my job loss and family being affected by covid . I am trying to mobilise funds to pay the emi. I hav not defaulted my emi payment. Please refer my repayment schedule. But, now I am getting call from collection department just for 7 days delay. And the guy speaking is not emphasising and orders me to pay in immediately.

      As per cashe norms, the delayed payment will attract penalty.
      I already mentioned I will pay on 17th of June
      So, requesting you to kindly look into this and educate the collection team not to harass and they are calling and threatening my family, as I am already in deep depression due to my family being affected with COVID and had to hospitalised

      This is very worst company, sending mails no of times to office mail id, after we requested also.

      Pls don't cheat, blame & harase the people.

        Hi,

        My CASHe Loan Account No: [protected]

        I have taken loan of 220000 on 30th April and received 195466 in hand amount after deducting processing fees, Partial interest until Jan 2022 and insurance.
        I have already paid 1 emi of 28896 on 31st May which includes 24400 of capital.

        Then I have paid 195000 towards capital on 8th June 2021, which means I paid 119400 as capital, so pending amount should be less than 1000 but CASHe App is 36147 as pending amount which is not correct. can you please look into this issue.

        Any advance paid should go towards Capital only not towards future interest

        Could you please help in resolving this issue

            Hi team,

            This is to highlight how companies like cashe harass customers their recovery agents inspite of the commitment of partial payment. They threaten by saying just see wat I can do now, call u beggar n what not. Inspite of the fact that you tell them we are recording their calls they continue such abusive behavior. I m a lady staying alone this is very scary. Inspite of the fact that we mail the details to the company for settlement no revert from them.

              Although I have no active loan with you as on date have received request to pay INR 5, 000/- through UPI on May 30, 2021 which I have honoured.

              Kindly confirm the reason for the same. However, in case the same was done erroneously then kindly refund the amount on priority.

                These cashe people are big time cheaters...I have taken 1 lakh loan n paid my 2nd instalment of 33333 on time on 28-5-21 ( transaction no 2079217) but still they automatically deducted 33333 using mandate on 1-6-21 (transaction no 2075139) . I sent total 27 emails in last 5 days of bank statements as proof of payment including whatsapp on their recovery team member number [protected] to refund, but not a single reply till now !! worst part is inspite of taking doubble payment recovery people still threatning me n also put penalty on my loan !!! god knows, how these cheats r openly looting innocent people !! just filed a police complaint n case in consumer court against their malpractice n will expose their reality now throug social media to as many people as possible...My no is [protected]

                    I had payments due to Cashe as I lost my job in April 2020 due to COVID 19. I had spoken to some of your collection agents and had promised to make payments whenever possible.

                    I have been making payments whenever̥ possible, however, I was contacted from Soni from CASHe Waiver Department on March 13 regarding an offer where I could settle my loan if I pay an amount of Rs. 12000. However after discussing she said that I can pay a total of Rs.9000 to get my NOC. The payment was made in 2 installments and I was informed that I will receive the NOC in 10 working days which I have not received yet.

                    I was promised that I would get my No Obligation Certificate(NOC) from you within 10days of the payment of Rs 9000.

                    However I received a call on 5th May 2021 from Pallavi and was informed that I’ll have to pay an additional amount of Rs.5000 to get the NOC immediately.

                    I don't understand what kind of arrangement this is. Your agents call me and ask me to make payments whenever they think they are low on cash?

                    Kindly understand that during this testing times I have tried my best to make payments towards the loan that I have taken from Cashe and this is not the time that you keep pressing to make payments promising that the loan will be closed.

                    If you cannot close the loan please inform us the same rather than giving false promises.

                    Also I tried contacting your agents Soni and Pallavi and both do not answer the phone or reply.

                    Are you a fraud company?

                    Kindly have this loan closed as promised and provide my NOC(No Obligation Certificate)

                      They are asking to insert internet banking userid and password and also while authentication of bank payment the loan amount and amount debited from customer account differs

                        Reference Call to Friends, Relatives and Colleagues

                        Myself has taken Loan of Rs 86, 000 so now along with Interest it's 1, 08000... Already paid out around Rs 75, 000/- and told them to hold for one month bcoz of Heavy Pandemic Situation as mother got Covid and father got hospitalised and Lockdown is present...But they started calling my friends, Relatives and Colleagues even I didn't give any numbers to them...So again and again torturing them for RePayment already informed that local financiers...

                        My friends, relatives are getting an abusive call by your staff from [protected] from last four days... This is an illegal practice. My loan account no is [protected]. She is shouting on them and asking them that she will also call to their relatives.. 20 of my contacts have recieved this call. This a case of harassment. I have already mailed u and to RBI regarding this. But no step has been taken by you.

                          I'm thankful to cashe for providing me a loan.But though I have done my last EMI payment in April'2021 a mandate fail charge of Rs.295 has been deducted from my account 4 times. So kindly refund Rs.1180 ie.295×4=1180, to my account.

                            With due respect I'm very grateful to cashe for providing me a loan. I have done my last emi payment on april'2021. But inspite of that in the month of May'2021 a mandate fail charge of Rs.295 has been deducted 4 times from my account, which is a total sum of Rs.1180 has been deducted.
                            So, I would like to make a humble to kindly credit the said amount back to my account. I've written an email but there's no response.

                                For the Month of April & May I was not able to pay EMI because of COVID and sudden death in my family. I have already informed them that I will pay the amount by 29Th May. Now the collection team executive are calling my wife and saying that "Tere Pati ko sharam Nahi aati hai kya?" I am totally shocked that even after communicating them why they are calling like this. She is girl and that's why I hadn't said anything. But these days am really fed up with this type of calls

                                  Hi,

                                  I have done payment through UPI on due date i.e 6th May'2021 again it is deducted from my account on 7th May'2021 morning through auto debit option. Once I have done the payment and confirmed then why again it is deducted next day. If there is any glitch in your system you have to fixed. Why it is deducted double amount for the same month EMI.

                                  I have submitted all the proofs like bank messages screenshot and bank statement.

                                  Sent multiple mails to cashe asking for a refund but there is no response. The helpdesk team has sent an email on 8th May'2021 stating that within 72 hours i will get the refund after verifying their records with my bank statement, but till date it is not resolved. No response from any customer care executive. Requested to call me if you need any further information. No one is calling and there is no customer care number for customers to reach them. Very pathetic customer service providing and since 2 days my mails are not delivering to [protected]@cashe.co.in.

                                  Will it take more than 10days after providing all the proofs and received payment confirmation emails from your side.

                                    I have paid my full and final amount its declared by Cash E. I have paid this amount by the guidance of Ketan Shetty and Rakesh. But now I am getting email & SMS regarding payment on daily basis. apart from that unsuccessful emendate. I request you to please help me on this and provide me my NOC. I am sending mail from last 15 days after payment I did receive any proper response for my loan account closer. I hope you all of you known that the current situation of salaried person. Why are you sending emendate request to my bank after full & final settlement. This is my last mail regarding this. after that I will mail to RBI and consumer court also. So I request you to all please stop it and give my NOC as per your commitments. I am sharing last night unsuccessful emendate. I am receiving this on every two or three days after full & final payment.
