Hi I am Monica [protected]. I have a pending repayment with Cashe. I understand there is a delay. Due to personal issues i have failed to repay my cashe EMI. I understand the delay is huge. But I have no money with me. I have collected some money to pay off here but Capitalfloat deducted my money from account. I cant arrange anymore money. I asked for settlement. But I need at least a week's time. I have plenty of loans going on from other borrowers also. I am not running away anywhere. I am not thinking about cheating. All I am requesting is time. But Cashe wont understand. Everyday they are calling so many times and I explained why I cant ans calls. I am getting threatening msgs like I will take legal actions against you. I am not saying I wont pay. I said I need time.

pls arrange settlement with some time.

    I complaint against RHINO FINANCE PVT LTD COMPANY give loan under flash cash app I have paid all payments that company but that company in my Cibil report shows overdue and again I will pay 723 2 times thise is fraud company please sir/madam I will saffar from thise isuue I faced lot of issues please take action that company and please I want NOC letter please take serious action I will pray to u it's my humble request... yashavanth B H

      Cashe are fraud. They are calling my relatives, fathers friends. Cashe has given the files of non payment to some recovery agents.

      And they are harassing mentally calling my relatives and friends. Even though my number is working still they are doing the same. I have almost cleared all the amount.

      They haven't provided Moratorium during lock-down or not even the restructuring option. They don't follow any of the RBI guidelines. I tried to clear the amount as much as I can. Now it left with some amount to be paid which is less than 3 EMIs.

      They call me daily threatening calls and messages stating they they visit my home and office to make nuisance. Till last month I have arranged and tried to clear some amount. These people were seriously pathetic. There are many things for last couple of months, I can't explain all of them here.

        I took a loan from Cashe and paid all EMI before due date. Only one EMI left. Now recovery agents are continuously harassing for repayment. They also hacked the phone contacts illegally and calling every contact and asking them for money using abusive language and threats.
        They continuously harassing and mentally torturing me and my relatives. Doesn't talk without threats and abusive language.
        Who gave them right to data theft and hacks? I lost the job due to such calls from recovery agents to my employer.
        I already complained to their customer support but nothing changed. If they don't stop, we need to take some legal actions soon on field of defamation, data thefts, identity hacks and threats and harassment.

        Especially from this number [protected]. Continuously calling contacts and defaming me and harassing the contacts in phone

          Hi,

          I have a loan with cashe for an amount of 40000, i repaid it before the due date and i got a confirmation message also. But the same day an emi of Rs. 20000 is again deducted through emandate on 5th March 2021. Got a confirmation message from cashe stating that my loan is closed.
          Sent multiple mails to cashe asking for a refund but there is no response. The helpdesk team sent a message stating within 48 hours i will get the refund after verifying their statement, but till date it is not resolved. No response from any customer care executive.

          I request cashe team to look in to the issue and resolve

          I had raised a request for excess amount deduction through their application. After 5 days the amount got refunded to my source account. I did not get any mail or email from the concerned team regarding the above complaint. Thanks for the update cashe team.

          I have take a loan from cashe but now I have noticed rate of interest charge by company 17 % approx and loan taken for 6 month but interest charge for year and it is really cheating company and I have raised this issue in nbfc department of rbi and request for investigation

          Hi,

          I have done payment through UPI on due date i.e 6th May'2021 again it is deducted from my account on 7th May'2021 morning through auto debit option. Once I have done the payment and confirmed then why again it is deducted next day. If there is any glitch in your system you have to fixed. Why it is deducted double amount for the same month EMI.

          I have submitted all the proofs like bank messages screenshot and bank statement.

          Sent multiple mails to cashe asking for a refund but there is no response. The helpdesk team has sent an email on 8th May'2021 stating that within 72 hours i will get the refund after verifying their records with my bank statement, but till date it is not resolved. No response from any customer care executive. Requested to call me if you need any further information. No one is calling and there is no customer care number for customers to reach them. Very pathetic customer service providing and since 2 days my mails are not delivering to [protected]@cashe.co.in.

          Will it take more than 10days after providing all the proofs and received payment confirmation emails from your side.

            I took loan from Cashe. As per the loan agreement, I was supposed to get credited with the amount Rs.Xxxx after all the deductions. However, It got credited less than the agreement on Sep 2, 2020 ...I have sent several mails to [protected]@CASHe.co.in but no response.. This is really ridiculous behaviour. I have successfully completed my loan tenure as well, but still the resolution has not happened from past 6 months.

                There are multiple accounts created by CASHe in my CIBIL account and accounts are still in open even though loans are closed year ago. I've tried contacting their customer support but I didn't get any response back from them. The reason is it's resulting the lower my credit score for having multiple accounts which is having high impact

                      Hi Cashe,

                      I am a customer of Cashe and have taken a loan from your company and I have been provided a loan by Cashe in my difficult time.

                      Due to some financial crises I was unable to pay the EMI for this month hence have enrolled with SingleDebt and have given LOA to do a payment on my behalf.

                      Today I had received a call from one of the recovery agent named Mahid from mobile number [protected] to collect my EMI which I attended and have a recording on my mobile I have explained to her in detail about my financial crises and also explained that I have no intention to default the loan and will repay it. But she kept on insisting that I have to pay the EMI and she will not listen to me.

                      I then connected my Paralegal advisor and conference the call with Mahid ([protected]) but she refused to speak to him and threatened that she will send recovery agents to my home and thrash me up and then call my paralegal advisor back and talk to him.

                      I am very disturbed and went into a depressed situation with this threat and Mahid was so loud and arrogant on call that my family (Wife and son) was able to listen to her speaking and they are also in feread state now.

                      If the recovery agents try to harm me and my family by visiting my home and not following the RBI guidelines I will have to take the end step of my life and before that I will share all the proofs to the concern and law.

                          Harassment of recovery team

                          Hi,

                          I've taken loan from Cashe and unable to pay the debts due to other EMI payments. Recovery team contacting people who were on my contact list. They taken the data from my phone illegally. They do not even contact my ref people. Due to some reasons I'm unable to pick there calls.                           Kindly dont torture my contacts it's not legal by central government of India hacking and giving torture is a crime...

                            I took a loan from cashe and was unable to pay last EMI due to job loss. Now their tele callers and recovery agents, mostly females are harassing and threatening continuosly using abusive language. Also they should be sued for personal data theft. They sync our contact in phones and start calling and messaging everyone in the contact list saying I'M fraud and so on. Also asking them for money and using abusive vulgar language.
                            Going to file a complaint against them at nearby cyber crime cell office.

                            Notify also no use still the recovery people are doing like that. They don't know how to talk.

                              Hi,
                              I have had multiple loans from Cashe in last 2-3 years and always repaid them in time. However during lockdown last year, I lost my job and failed to fulfill my obligations and could not pay last 3 EMIs worth 30000.
                              I am still to get a job and have written them multiple times for a settlement offer but they never responded.
                              In stead they regularly call people from my phone's contact list and abuse them. They convince them falsely that I had given thier names as reference while taking the loan. They are defaming me among my friends & relatives.
                              Please tell me what should I do.
                              [protected] Most of the calls are made by this number to declare me defaulter and abuse my friends. I have multiple call recordings.

                                  I had received call on 21st Dec 2020 from one of the executive priya, I asked for settlement, They said that they will waive off the penalty amount if i pay the outstanding principal amount, as of that day, outstanding principal amount was Rs.61403, then after,
                                  I agreed for part payments, they sent the razorpay links and paid the said amount. I believed them and paid the amount.
                                  They said that they will issue the closure letter after receiving the payment.
                                  Before making the payments, I asked for the mail confirmation of the final settlement amount also, they denied sending the mail, they promised me to issue the NOC from cashe.
                                  I have sent email to support email address with proofs however it is now more than 15days and asking to wait. Could you please investigated this and help me get No dues.
                                  I am really tired of following up with executives. kindly do the needful. CLN nor:103326; Loan ID : 531972

                                    I have taken 2 loans in total from your organisation.
                                    One was for 4000 which was paid in full and another one of 50000 approx which was delayed and penalties were applied.
                                    on 30 Sep 2020 I spoke to your collection team agent on mobile number [protected]. We agreed on 3 emi payment and panelty waiver, I paid all the dues on the time without fail. I was given panelty waiver in email from collections email of Cash E
                                    1st EMI was paid on 30 Sep, 2nd on 29th Oct and last emi on 30 Nov, 17000 + 17000+16000 respectively.
                                    I am still getting notifications to pay the emi and I also did not receive my No dues as promised by the agent. Your collections team is calling and harassing me. I have sent email to support email address with proofs however it is now one month and no response received. Could you please investigated this and help me get No dues.                                       I got a call stating from cashe saying i have a loan dues since i was not aware so told the person to plz send me the details on my mail id.Later on a high voice he told me to repay i assured him once will go through call you back he began abusing on call.As the mail which i recived is of loan disbursed of last year.Where you have been so many days.Later recived a text message having abuse and vulgur content.Is this the way these people talk to clients.Is this proffesionalism maintained.I am sharing all the prrof and the matter is also live on social media and to the bangalore cyber crime.I want to escalte and senior official should look into this.
