My Loan is approve but its not disbursed and I get same email asking for 5 days to solve the issue from Cashe. I applied with hope to pay my sons education fee

They will not reply you after giving all 5 days and 24-48 hrs promises. If you emi will deduct from the bank so dont worry. Go to court with all mail and not your bank statement. Also file a complaints for harassment and mentally torture. you will get the the refund and also extra for claim on account of mental torture harassment and damages inflicted. Be cool! wait for the rock!!

    I withdraw my credit line my credit line already approved but I withdraw 3rd time last time I got fund in my account within 5 working days but today is 6th day I didn't got fund.
    Please solve this problem in today because I paid my all dues before time so why can so much time to disbursement amount in my account.

        Hi sir applied loan on july 19th it is approved but till i.e 26th july I haven’t received when i mail on 20th to CASHe customer care they sent the below mail.

        Dear Customer,

        Greetings from CASHe.

        We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

        As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

        We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

        We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

              Dear Team,

              I applied a loan on 22nd July and associate said once loan is approved so it's taken only 20 minutes for disbursement but it's still showing transferring there is no reply of mail and also there is no calling support.

                    Loan approved esign the agreement but money not received
                    Hii my application no CLN#[protected]. My loan has approved and i have e sign the agreement and completed the auto debit mandate process but money not credited in my account from last 6 days its show processing.
                    Has its a emergency so i have applied on online platform for quick loan but it has taken 7 days but still not received the amount and signed the agreement and auto debit mandate..
                    Please look into the issue and do the needful.

                      Hello Team,

                      I m extremely unhappy about this fraudulent transaction, please sort this for or will lodge ecomplaint at the cyber cell.

                      Had requested loan of INR 7k on 14th July which shows as disbursed on your website and on my app it's still showing "processing" i have been writing to your support team who don't respond nor there's a customer service team to reach to for any concern or grievances.

                      Sort this out for me on priority basis.

                      Also I would like to bring into your notice Please be informed that the that a few people posing to be from your organization (or I am not sure they are faking their identity) By name Shalu (Name of Female and a man speaking over the call) has been demanding the customers to pay an amount of INR 892 TO THE HR TEAM so that the funds will be released in to the account their contact numbers are as below with the screenshots of the conversation on WhatsApp - these guys can barely speak in english and full customer with jargon that they themselves are not aware what they are talking about.

                      I am forced to lodge a complaint to cyber cell as well as consumer court about these fraudulent activities.

                                I have a loan in cashe. My loan id is CLN#10166125. I have completed e sign agreement and complete all formalities on 20.7.23 but still i have not received money in my account. I have marked several mail to cashe at [protected]@cashe.co.in. but not received any revert from them. Pls update the status of loan.

                                  I have loan number[protected] with cashe. I have cancelled my insurance policy which was with icici Lombard taken at the time of loan application. But after some time I felt insurance policy is not necessary for my . So I cancelled it, ICICI Lombard transfered refund amount to cashe account. Now cashe is saying it's not refundable. This scammers are just make fraud and forcefully looting people money in form of applying non genuine terms. This terms are against law and constitution.
