I applied for a loan with Cashe on 9th July, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and distressing.
On 14th July, I received a delayed approval notification, which itself was disheartening, but what has been even more distressing is that, despite the approval, I have not yet received the loan amount in my account. The status on the application continues to display "in processing, " and there has been no indication of any further progress.
I applied 96000 loan. It says I need to pay emi. But i receive no money at all.
I have taken all necessary steps to address this matter, including contacting their support team through multiple emails and raising tickets on their platform. However, I am extremely disappointed to report that I have not received any satisfactory response from CASHe regarding the delay or any possible resolution.
I am only getting automated mails from them when I mail them.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.
We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
