Loan approved on 13th July but not yet disbursed.
I applied on 13th July and the loan was approved on the same day. e- mandate has also been done but there has been no response ever since. The app shows processing while the website shows that loan has already been processed and shows the emi dates as well. However, I never received the amount and there is absolutely no customer support available in this regard. I am sending emails twice a day and calling several times but all I receive is automated messages. This is very frustrating and I have never had such bad experience with Cashe before.
It is extremely misleading and puts forth a fraudulent image of the company. I need an update regarding my loan application urgently.

    Cln : 1658889.Loan approved on 12th July but not yet disbursed.
    I applied on 12th July and the loan was approved on the same day. e- mandate has also been done but there has been no response ever since.         I have applied for a loan in cashe and it has been approved but the amount is not credited in my account and I was not able to contact the customer care and there is no proper response and I need money on urgent basis kindly help me out of this

        This is the reply I got
        Dear Customer,

        Greetings from CASHe.

        We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

        Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

        As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

        We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

        We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

            Loan is approved and Esign done but amount not yet credited please check my Loan account : CLN634223 and I been using cashe for last 3 years without any issue, and it is very emergency for us for amount thats the reason o[censored]sing Online platform.

              Please find the attached payment screenshot and Bank Statement,

              As today is my 2nd EMI date so that I have made payment of Rs3941 through UPI then I have decided to make 3rd EMI also and made it Rs 3941 through UPI

              The Cashe app shows that my Loan is no more pending suddenly NACH hits with Rs 3941 this is excess amount that I have paid to you

              I request you kindly refund the excess amount of Rs 3941 ASAP

                        I have applied for loan of 20k. Its all approved and Sanctioned 14th July 2023. The App is still showing processing and I still haven't received any amount. Its been 10 day and I have mailed the support team multiple time now. There is still not responded.

                        I fear that they will deduct emi amount without me getting any money. i have also read many review of them troubling for emi to be paid, afecting my CIBIL Score

                          My loan is approved on1 4th July but yet not credited I have sent several mails on every mail their revert is 48hrs it will get credited but till date I have not recieved the amount...plz help I am 8n urgent need...my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Myself Victor Narjinary, I have applied for loan on 20th bearing CLN#918517, after doc verification and e-mandate on 21 st, all processes are complete, but still haven't got the disbursal in my account. . Moreover i would like to mention that i have also borrowed from the same platform 3 times before this, , that time amount was credited within 15 mins, , , then why is it being delayed this time? Although all user credentials and bank account details are exactly the same, why is Cashe team facing technical issues while disbursing funds which is taking so much time? As far as my knowlegde goes online platforms are meant to process things faster. Kindly requesting to do the needful as early as possible.

                                      My loan was approved on 14th July 2023 but yest its not credited past 9 days now...everytime I drop amail to the support team they it's will happen in 48 hrs but I have not recieved the amount

                                        I applied for a loan with them on 9th July, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and distressing.

                                        On 14th July, I received a delayed approval notification, which itself was disheartening, but what has been even more distressing is that, despite the approval, I have not yet received the loan amount in my account. The status on the application continues to display "in processing, " and there has been no indication of any further progress.

                                        I have taken all necessary steps to address this matter, including contacting their support team through multiple emails and raising tickets on their platform. However, I am extremely disappointed to report that I have not received any satisfactory response from CASHe regarding the delay or any possible resolution.
